Came from out of town, had a great experience for a one-time thing. If I lived in the city I’d visit much more! Comfy waiting room, private sauna with robes and towels and a shower. Wish I would have more time to try the float chambers.

Love this place! Have been coming here for several months now for sauna and cold plunge, and more recently the morning meditations. Every visit I'm always greeted by a friendly and helpful staff. The facilities are always so clean and prepared. I go to the downtown location and it's always so peaceful and welcoming here. I highly recommend Ebb & Float.

Parking may seem tricky, don't pay and walk like I did (although it wasn't far), you can actually park next to the building. Weekdays are limited to the spots facing ebb&float, weekends has full open parking availability. Beautiful spa business, friendly staff, the process was fully thought out meticulously. It's well planned so you don't need to worry about anything. Bring a swimmers cap if you don't like to get your hair wet during the float. The massage chairs are nice and recommended for a quick relaxing session. Deeper tissue soreness I recommend booking the licensed therapist, there's no comparison.

Friendly from the moment we walked in. They have an alternative to the traditional float pods, as well as the pods you expect. Helps alleviate that claustrophobic feeling some people have. A skilled masseuse helps untangle the remaining knots. An infrared sauna with a remote to change colors allows you to customize your chromatherapy session. The optional Halotherapy topped off this visit. There added other treatments, as well. Check them out! Free Parking is beside the building.

I’m new to floating and have had a variety of experiences here. In general this is a really relaxing, spa like environment although I have some issues (see below). The float price is crazy but cheaper/worth it with a membership, IMO. The float cabins are really nice experiences! And the staff members are nice and try to be helpful, in general. A few things/details seem to have escaped them, though. * in the “meditation room,” after a float, I once sat there with a post-float customer who was literally just chatting away to people on the phone, making appts at doctors offices. Everything they use to describe this room is that it’s supposed to be a quiet meditation and relaxation space to wind down after your float. The staff did ask her to move to the lobby once I asked (after 10 minutes of her loudly talking away) but there’s no friendly reminder signage in the meditation room, and I don’t think the staff would have done anything without me asking. Incredibly frustrating. Even in therapy offices they have signs asking you not to talk on the phone or play music/videos. It felt like an inconsiderate waste of my money and time that the staff didn’t enforce this without me having to ask. * If they could play the relaxation music (i.e., if the rooms were soundproofed) in the tanks the entire time, I would be asleep in seconds. They say they can’t though because other rooms would hear it. *The biggest gripe I have is that there‘s only one outlet on one side in the unisex bathroom. The first time I floated I had to stand there for like 15 minutes waiting for another girl to finish drying her hair. Now if I see another woman floating at the same time, I get anxious toward the end of my float that I won’t get there soon enough to get to use the single outlet. Super annoying logistical oversight!

my experience was disappointing. The only positive aspect was the friendly and efficient front desk service. However, the massage itself was far from satisfactory. The therapist seemed disengaged, and barely applying any pressure, despite my repeated requests to increase the intensity. I left feeling frustrated

The best experience! We did the float pods, infrared sauna and the cold plunge along with the massage chairs. I can’t recommend this place enough…it was a dream experience!

The space is so beautiful and calming. The staff is helpful. I did the unlimited sauna package this winter and it completely changed my mental and physical health. Highly recommend!

Booked a sauna and a cold plunge for my partner and I. It was our first time doing both. Everyone was really nice and welcoming and made us feel at ease. The cold plunge room is very nice and 20 min was more than enough time for us to be in and out. The sauna was also great and there was someone in the hall to transition us between activities was nice! Only thing is that its a little loud! You can hear people from other rooms and people coming into the building. I didnt mind but I dont think I would book a float because i would hear people

It’s always the best hour of my day. The staff here is awesome. The equipment is spotless and incredibly maintained, and the space has a vibe unlike any place I’ve been. Don’t think, just book it.

Seriously, though. 😍 This place was AMAZING. I never self-care enough and this was my first float/massage experience. Everyone there was super nice and welcoming. (Especially since my super loving husband just dropped me off for a birthday surprise and I had no idea what to expect…) And the way your body feels afterward…oof. It’s tough putting it into words. But basically, the way you walk in won’t be the same as the way you walk out. Hours later, I’m still relaxed. Shout out to Nichelle for a crazy good deep tissue massage. Your hands are magic!

The whole experience was fantastic from the moment we walked in and took our shoes off until we left. The whole team put us at ease and explained the process fully. The location is awesome, extremely clean, well attended to, and the perfect place to relax. We were excited/nervous but had a blast and can't wait to book our next float!

Absolutely amazing!! The float is like something you have never experienced...so peaceful floating in total darkness. Followed up with infrared sauna then the cold plunge!! I would definitely do all 3 again....staff was awesome and facility very clean. Be sure to bring your own flip flops tho.

From day 1, I was completely taken aback by the peace and comfort the space gave me. More importantly, I felt each staff member to be very dedicated to preserving that atmosphere. One of the best places to be for a wind down. Oh, and the services were great, too!

Had an amazing time here! My partner and I spent our anniversary here and did a couples float, sauna and cold plunge. We felt so refreshed and felt like a new person by time we left. Definitely looking at the memberships moving forward!! The aesthetic was on point!

I could not be more disappointed with ebb and float. I had a couples massage scheduled at 1:15 on a Saturday as a Christmas present. At 1:30 the day before the scheduled massage I received a confirmation email informing me of when to show up, park, etc. A few hours after I received this email, I got a call telling me that the schedule had changed and they needed to cancel my appointment. When I called back and asked when I could reschedule the appointment, I was told that there was no availability, so they would not be rescheduling my appointment. I was very disappointed with the fact that this cancellation was less than 24 hours away from our appointment. This was my first experience with ebb and float and I certainly will not be returning or recommending them.

I got a deep tissue massage which I was a bit nervous about beforehand because a few people had told me that deep tissue massages were painful and uncomfortable but I enjoyed the massage and left feeling so much better in my body! Nic was great about applying the pressure my body needed and checking in! Overall a great experience and I’d definitely recommend!

My massage was incredible. I’ve had chronic low back pain and the next day after my massage it was gone! What a relief! It did come back later that day. I wish I could get a daily massage! The whole experience was amazing. Thank you Austin!

One of my favorite places to relax! Sauna and Cold Plunge and Floating are such great for recovery and restoration! Plus the service and vibe are so calm and wonderful. Just being there is an important change of pace.

The facility was sparkling clean, and very well-appointed. The staff was very professional and accommodating. The infrared sauna was refreshing (interestingly enough), and the salt-water float was other-wordly. We liked it so much we bought a subscription, and can't wait to go back. Highly recommend!

What a great experience! Beautiful calming set up. Michelle provided Wonderful flowing deep tissue massage. Joined the Club and going in for a sauna in a couple days 😁
