Being a first timer I was really nervous! I was shy and scared! Ebony made me feel comfortable and at ease. We talked the whole way through! She made me laugh the whole time. Her hospitality matches her welcoming and caring personality. The wax she used was comfortable and painless. By the time I left there I gained a new friend and esthetician!!!! I will definitely be returning!!!!

Got a facial to clean up my skin from working outside. Had a great experience at Ebony Jays Beauty Spa. She was punctual, made me feel comfortable and has a welcoming well maintained Spa. Definitely would recommend and my lady loves my skin so I will be back!

I got a Brazilian wax here for the first time and it was easily the best wax experience I have ever had! She really took the time to get to know me and my past experiences to make sure she gave me the best experience possible. She is so friendly and personable, it was like getting waxed by a friend, but she was also professional in everything she did. I have been recommending her to all my friends since to try and get them into waxing.

I had an 11am appointment and she never showed up. Neither did she contact me to let me know that she wasn’t going to keep my appointment and my deposit to hold my appointment hasn’t been returned.

Love love loved my experiences! My first ever wax and it was not what I expected… she made me feel comfortable, no worries , educated me on everything! The pain level was not bad at all! The vibes were great , soothing… she’s very great and passionate with what she does ! We need more of her she makes it so much better and easier for girls that love waxes , facials etc . 100/10!

This my 2nd time coming here and I have nothing but good things to say. Let me start off by saying the owner of this establishment is such a sweet person and also easy to talk to. Everything I asked her about my skin she had an answer and I liked that! I had a really nasty bump on my cheek and I decided to get a basic facial and when I tell you I seen I difference the next day baaaaaaby I was so happy. If you ever in sac near the arden area go see Ebony, you would not be disappointed.

Top notch excellent service. I was very skeptical about waxing but decided to go for it. Ebony was very professional and kind. She made me feel comfortable about my decision. Her set up facility was very clean and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I will definitely continue to use her for future services. Whenever the heat has my skin in shambles EbonyJay comes through with a bomb facial. The vibes are always amazing and the service is super relaxing. I’ve never let anyone touch my face due to me having good skin but she does something amazing that leaves me glowing after the service. She also does bomb waxes, I’ll be getting my boochie cat waxed real soon! Book with her!!
