Llevo yendo a este salón desde hace 3 meses y me encanta, es súper limpio y todo el personal es amable y atento, siempre pido que me atienda Yesenia es la mejor, mi manicure con ella me dura casi el mes y el pedicure es súper te hace mucho masaje. Vayan y se que cualquiera de las chica les hará un buen trabajo

I absolutely loved my experience. Díana is amazing. Her mom is also goo. The ladies are wonderful and it’s a pleasant experience. I recommend the jelly pedicure. Definitely will be back. Loves the coffee.

Loved my regular mani and pedi! Was able to book appointment for same day and it started on time, no waiting.. Received a great service by Ruth and other ladies very welcoming that even offered coffee. Being latin, I felt like being in a nail salon spa at my home country. Prices are good as well. Will be coming back..

I don’t usually leave reviews but….Made an appt last week for today for my daughter and I. Left work EARLY and arrived 10 minutes early for the appt only to wait for about 30+ minutes without even so much as a greeting. Very obviously overbooked. I had asked for a different person than the last tech who did my nails (and made them bleed in several small spots around the cuticles as she removed the hardened dip) - trying to give this salon one last chance since it’s so close to home. Lots of excuses and then the last tech in the last row lied that my daughter called to cancel (I checked her phone as we exited and verified that she did not call). Ladies, you over scheduled yourselves. Not a big deal, but lying about my teen daughter and then copping an attitude. Big deal, shame on you. Do better.

I'm usually not one to critique and don't consider myself picky. This is my go-to nail salon and today I was very unhappy with my service. My nail tech who usually does my manicure is one of the owners and she has a bit of an impatient persona. Today I came in requesting a simple design manicure and she immediately turned it down. No problem, I switched it up and decided something more simple for her. The problem wasn't the work but how she proceeded to argue with me that nothing could have been done to fix it, clearly showing that I was unhappy for a service I'm paying for. NO intent to try and find a different solution, NO reschedule to fix, NO discount, nothing. Unfortunately I will have to dispute this with my bank. I am upset over this because I have been a loyal customer to them since they've opened and every time I try to request for them to fix a nail or something, for some reason I feel uncomfortable doing so because its like they seem bothered by it. Me decepsionaste Yenia.

The experience was disappointing. I was looking a full set with designs and my nail specialist told me that she only can make a manicure. She can’t make acrylic, no design no French nothing. Then they offer me to put nail tips. She doesn’t know how to put the tips and trim the tips; other specialist helps. She put a material to hold the nails tips and the second day I loose 2 nails during my trip. Next time lady’s be straight with your customer if you can’t offer a service just advise, don’t use your customers like school experiment.

This is the best place for manicure and pedicure. I recommended this place, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I give them five stars because it is a different from other places.

I have been going to this salon since it opened. A few times I was extremely disappointed at the amount of time it takes to finish an appointment. For a mani gel and a pedicure sometimes 2 hours. Right now I can officially say they are the worst nail salon in Pines, I had my gel mani done the other day before I left on vacation and the nail person Elizabeth did not dry the nails enough so by 3 hours they were peeling and terrible looking. The next day I had to go the day I was leaving on vacation to get them fixed! They were all still sticky. The owner of the salon dis not care about this issue so tells me they dont care about their customers at all. They fixed my 3 bubbly peeling nails (see the pictures) and did not offer anything for this huge inconvenience. Do yourself a favor and go to a business that appreciates their customers. I have taken 9 of my friends and coworkers there to do their nails since it opened, they just lost 10 customers.

Nice mani and pedi! Would like to update... I posted this when I 1st visited E & C salon. I have to say, this salon is Amazing! Friendly staff, professional and my nails always look magazine perfect when I get them done. I am happy to say, I am still a client at this salon!

Totally LOVED it. The decor is amazing and felt very welcomed. The owner was there and was very attentive. They recommend making an appointment which I did and I was serviced promptly. Elizabeth did my nails and couldn’t have been more pleased, I just went with the regular mani and pedi. It was my first time after a good friend recommended the place. Sit back and relax.
