Had the worst experience ever! I will def never come back! The lady who did my facial was forcing me on another level to buy some "treatment " after my pca peel. So rude and demanding way. I would not get into details but groupon should have better deals. This was a horrible experience. Forgot to say that at first she refused to do my facial if I didnt buy the product she was selling me even tho I already had.payed for my facial. This place is a joke. Dont waste your money and time

Friendly/sweet and knowledgeable staff. Prices are excellent and so are the services. I had a deep cleansing facial and microdermabrasion treatment. Left with my skin glowing and looking so smooth and clean. Irina did my facial. They don’t use a steam machine but rather a gel that opens pores with what feels like a hot roller machine on your skin (so much more pleasant than a steamer). I can’t wait to go back for a massage and other treatments!

I've only visited once so far... But I definitely will go again. The staff is friendly and polite. That to me is most important. I don't care how great a service is of the staff is rude and unhelpful. Luckily though, Ecobeautica offers a friendly and helpful staff with great service.

Avoid. Avoid. And Avoid. Unless of course you want to hear a broken record song and endure a cold room with a nutty therapist who talks to herself. Massage was rough & rushed; anything but relaxing. Plus the oil that was used is disgusting. Took me an hour in the shower to rid that chemical smell. On the flip side, there is a gentleman that work weekends who is excellent. Another plus is the lady at the front desk is extremely friendly, hospitable and courteous. But would I ever go back, the answer is no. Hope this helps.

Front desk very nice and helpful. I had a massage through Groupon and all went well. Sergey was a great masseuse. Definitely found all my knots and tense areas. Wish I couldve had a longer massage. Til next time... Definitely worth recommending

I genuinely enjoyed my visit to this spa. The employees were friendly, welcoming and so engaging. I was seen by Lana and she was professional, kind, and very informative. She gave me information that most dermatologist that cost you a lot of money would not tell you. And they are affordable. This will be my new go to place. Thanks for the professionalism guys!

I really liked my first facial there. But my second visit was really bad. Even though I came on time, I had to wait for almost 15 minutes, when she took me she really rushed and facial wasn't even as half good as my first one. So my facial ended up being 45-50 minutes instead of an hour. And left really unpleasant feeling :/ Also I hate saying this, but their receptionist is really unprofessional, she doesn't know anything , she has to ask everything from someone and she speaks really bad English and surprisingly really bad Russian too. So I am giving this place 3 stars only because I really liked my first facial and cosmetologist. They must improve their management.
