This hair salon is a landmark in El Paso's Lower Valley. Roberto Garibay is a Jefferson High graduate and owner of Ecstacy Hair Salon. He has years of experience and many loyal clients. He likes to wait on his clients promptly, so he sets up appointments. He also tries to arrange his appointments as quickly as possible. I've appreciated his promptness, his expertise, and also his conversations about the many years he has been in the Lower Valley and has come to know its history and people.
