Joyce Cohen is the best ever. She’s been doing my family’s hair for over 20 years I’d recommend her to anyone for a haircut, blow dry, curls, up do - she does it all! The salon is very clean and everyone here is so welcoming. 11/10 !!

Been coming to Eddie Arthur for over a year now, everyone who works there is always very warm and welcoming. I love Gia for a GREAT blowout, Romy for the best haircut (and eyebrows) and Connor for an amazing color/highlight. They are also very reasonably priced, especially when compared to other neighborhood salons. Love coming here and can’t wait to for my next appointment!

I am so incredibly impressed with the upscale atmosphere, and classy, customer-sevice oriented vibe at this salon. The salon was beautiful and everyone was so friendly, helpful and so talented. I absolutely love my highlights! They are exactly what I wanted and described. My cut and blow out was the best I have ever had! I can’t recommend this place enough!

I love this Salon. Amanda at the front desk is always helpful in getting me appointments that work with my crazy schedule and is pleasant doing it. Alison Postman is my colorist and the best I have ever been to, especially for correcting bad colors that other salons got wrong and blondes and their demanding highlight issues. Eddie and Arthur, the owners, are engaging and warm with the clientele, that's refreshing. The salon is decorated in a very warm zen atmosphere. I highly recommend this salon for all your beauty needs. Such a diamond in the rough.......

I recently visited Eddie Arthur Salon and had an amazing experience! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxing and professional. Rebecca colorist, Romie hair cut, did a fantastic job with my haircut/color and really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. I left feeling like a brand new person! I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for top-notch hair care and service. I will definitely be coming back!

I've been a client at Eddie Arthur Salon for more than five years - getting highlights (with Eddie) and haircuts and regular blowouts (with Rita). What Eddie and Arthur have created stands out among the premier level of Manhattan salons. There is a classy old school vibe where everyone knows your name, mixed with a comfortable modern aesthetic. You can't call yourself a true NYC luxury hair salon without the essentials and Eddie Arthur has them all: a skilled and talented staff that are experts in their technique, top-of-the line products, and exceptional client service - but most of all a finished product that makes you feel ready to take on the town when you walk out. Put simply, Eddie Arthur meets the mark at every turn.

I’ve been going to the colorist Connor Wells here for years. In my opinion, he’s the top colorist in the city. I’ve been a client at several other salons over the years, and no one gets color, especially blondes, as effectively as he does. He’s also quick and provides a lot of flexibility with his schedule- even when I book last minute. The staff are friendly, efficient and low pressure.

Jana does my hair color and Taylor cuts my hair and they are the best! I’ve been loyal to both for quite some years now, and I’ll never stray. I recommend everyone to them since I get so many compliments on my color and cut. You will not be disappointed!

Absolutely loved my experience at Eddie Arthur. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly, making me feel right at home. Everyone was very skilled, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivering even better results than I imagined. The salon itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, which added to the whole experience.

I had a great experience at Eddie Arthur Salon. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Angie and Amanda who were both extremely friendly and pleasant and helped set me up with a wash / shampoo before my haircut. The salon visually has a great aesthetic and is very clean and modern looking. As for my actual haircut, Arthur (who is one of the owners) did a phenomenal job. He listened intently to exactly what I wanted; checking in with me many times along the way to make sure how he cut and styled my hair was in line with what I envisioned. I was extremely happy with my haircut and left the salon feeling great. I highly recommend Eddie Arthur salon to anyone, and I'll definitely be back!

I had such a wonderful experience at this salon!! It is beautiful, everyone is so inviting, and I absolutely loved my hair cut and color. There was a manager working named Amanda who was incredibly friendly and kind. She had excellent customer service and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you for such a great experience!

I highly recommend this salon. I was greeted with a very friendly and professional front desk team. The salon itself is decorated beautifully. I went to Rebecca for highlights. She works with you so that you get exactly what you want. My color looks so beautiful and natural . Romy did an amazing cut and bouncy blow dry, giving my hair life. I will definitely be back in the future.

I recently visited New York from London and had an amazing experience at Eddie Arthur Salon with Jada and Janine. Jada did a fantastic job on my hair color, capturing exactly what I wanted with vibrant results. Janine cut & styled my hair beautifully, and I left feeling fabulous. If you're looking for a salon that has a very welcoming, friendly atmosphere, full of expertise, and a team that is willing to work with what you want, come to this salon! From the minute you enter, the stylists are so welcoming and are happy to help with any hair request! They offer great recommendations for hair products and advise very well! Just started using Shu uemura shampoo, as per my stylist recommendation, and I cannot be more happier! If you're looking for a place that cares about their customers and values customer relationships; this is the one for you! I've had multiple experiences at other places, where I couldn't wait to leave the salon, this is not the case here!

Was truly pampered while visiting Manhattan! Jana did my color and Romy gave me a phenomenal cut. From start to finish I had the best experience, the front desk and salon manager made me feel welcome at a new salon on a visit to New York. Cannot recommend this salon and their staff enough!

this is the best salon if you value talent, professionalism, and a great experience all around. The desk staff is friendly and helpful; Angie so great. Erika and Connor are great for color and i my blowouts exceed my expectations. Taylor is one of the best stylists.

Donna does a beautiful job with color and is a great person. The blow out by someone else was terrible even though i told her exactly what i wanted. it did not last 24 hours. super sad about this service.

I scheduled a color appointment with Alison Postman based on a colleague's recommendation. A blonde with highlights, I wanted to transition to a darker shade for the fall and winter months. We decided to go with a gloss treatment because it offers an easy(ish) path back to blonde when spring arrives. I left with a shade of brown that was absolutely perfect. Alison provided exceptional care and her meticulous approach truly stood out. I feel like I stumbled into Alison's chair by chance, and I'm so happy I did!
