Great massage, they upsold me a Cuping therapy. Being from California, I abhor up selling, but I said yes to this one and Thank God for that. Cupping plus regular massage was one of the best massages of my life. And mind you, I'm totally a Spa girl and have been to many spas across the world. Very good massage, highly recommend ❤️

I enjoyed coming here for a massage. I love the dark lounge area that allows you to relax before and after service. There’s a sauna in the lady’s room, and the locker is clean and nice. The massage is perfect, very relaxing and the staff is very friendly.

I've been coming to Eden for 4 years for facials and massages. I always feel relaxed and well taken care of. I recently had a signature massage with Judy. She was amazing! Judy really took her time to target problem areas on my back. It was the best massage I've ever gotten. Can't wait until my next massage!

Very good experience, but the front desk shared the wrong price so I would tip more. Happy to tip over 20% as it was a great service, but they said the experience was 20% more than it actually was. Overall, it was a good experience, but I would recommend to anyone who wants to tip the appropriate amount to review the website prices first, I did, but I trusted the front desk when I was there. Response: to clarify, i did ask for the original price to be a fair tipper. The OG price listed on your website was still 20% less than what you told me that day. I do not want to call, but rather share why i cannot give 5 stars as a courtesy

This place is relaxing, quiet, provides wonderful massage and reflexology services at a reasonable cost. The Groupon price is the same regardless of if you get the Groupon or not. The staff is polite, professional. I have been here twice for the 50 minute massage with 30 minute reflexology. I will say my first experience was better than my second. I wish I remembered the masseuse name from first time bc she was amazing. The second time I think I had Regine for massage and Judy for reflexology which was just OK. If I return I will ask who I had the first time and book with them again. Sauna is an added bonus and the showers have amazing water pressure. It’s definitely a no frills place but at this price point that’s to be expected. I would go back.

I booked the balancing massage through ClassPass and Annie was phenomenal. Very gentle, yet firm — she found all the knots in my shoulders and massaged them out. The spa is cute and conveniently near Soho / Chinatown. It has a sauna and using that after the massage felt incredible. I’ll definitely be back.

My favorite place to get massages in NYC! Easy to make an appointment, reasonably priced, and their staff are nice and strong. It can be hard to find masseuses who you feel are actually working out your muscles and not just lightly rubbing your skin. The one negative for me was my experience getting a facial. The aesthetician was pointing out all these issues with my skin and trying to convince me into more services. I have a dermatologist and regularly get complimented on my complexion, so I honestly felt like she was making up flaws to try to upsell me. My partner had the same experience with their aesthetician. Would recommend for the massages but not for facials.

I visited the Spa this past weekend and received the "70-Minute Full Body Massage with Lava Stone Enhancement" which was done by 'Lisa', and she was exactly what the world needs in a Masseuse!! She was of course polite, but she found and treated all the points of my body that had knots lol!! The woman at the front desk was truly professional and made me feel comfortable at once. She informed me of all the amenities available that were included with my Massage, and the services that spa offered at "at a small additional cost" but didn't force anything which was nice. The hot sauna after my massage made me sweat out whatever I needed to feel brand new and they had filtered lemon water waiting for you at hand. This was gifted to me by a wonderful "hlf" and I'm looking to reciprocate the favor. Thank you Eden Med, I'll be back next week, and thank you friend!!

This was me and my mom’s first time going to the spa and it was amazing! Staff was very kind and respectful. We both got amazing Swedish massages. Had a great experience, will be returning!!

I would have given four stars for their service, cleansingnes and kind staff for the exception. I purchased 3 packages including facial and massages for mothers day For myself, mom and daughter. They will attempt to upcharge you for services as well as push products and more treatment on you. My daughter was asked if she wanted an extra facial treatment. It was clearly stated only what is included with the package, nothing more. It was not wanted. I specifically told the technician No as i already payed. All was understood till it was time to close out the bill.. I was charged extra for a service we both understood I did not want nor was I told this is what service she was performing. We explained to her we never received this type of facial she assured me it was what came with the packaged. She even admitted to the front desk i told her no. She initially was deceitful and according to other comments. This has happened other customers. Its very disappointing and non the less to have my treatment consistently interrupted by a sales person trying to push on more treatments. Do not visit unless you want to get scammed

Went to Eden Med Spa today for my birthday and it was amazing! I did the Groupon package which included a 50 minute meridian massage & a 50 minute lymphatic facial. This was my first spa experience & I’m so happy I chose to go with Eden Med Spa! Both of the women who tended to me were amazing! Customer service was great! I will definitely be returning for more services! Thank you Eden for a relaxing birthday experience ❤️

I received the Lymphatic Drainage Massage. I've received these messages in the past, and I've always noticed a difference in relation to the essesive fluids within my body. This time, I didn't, so I was a lil disappointed considering the amount that I spent. Outside of that, the location was beautiful, and the associates were very welcoming.

Eden Day Spa is really good. I go there at least 3 times in a year. The massages helps with my blood flow. The last time I went I had Annie. She's very nice and helpful. I recommend Eden. The rooms are private and it is calming.

I came here for a couple massage spa date- they got us champagne and chocolates from the beginning which was a very nice gesture. My masseuse was very thorough and I loved the entire 72 minutes of it. Definitely recommend.

I purchased a package during summer for a body scrub, massage, and facial. The atmosphere is so relaxing and I partake of the sauna room prior to the body scrub to properly prep my skin. The staff are very professional; with the exception of the woman who did my massage, for which I raised a concern and the spa handled very fairly. I've returned for the body scrub, always with Cindy, and I leave completely renewed. I'd like to branch out and try their mani pedi next. I highly recommend Eden Med Spa, they do go all out to offer white glove service.

I was looking forward to my lip filler. Unfortunately Juliet was extremely unprofessional and I will never return to this spa. I do not recommend it to anybody.

I’ve been to many “Spas” in NYC and different states, and I must say that this place by far has been the worst place I’ve been to. I went there for a hot stone massage (gift), and it was mediocre. The customer service was ok, it felt fake. The back area where you sit and wait, is extremely dark. The chairs are worn out and you sink in,( I’m petite). There’s no hot tea and biscuit station as many other places. The bathrobes and towels are dingy in cleanliness and worn out, they definitely need to purchase better ones. The rooms are extremely small and not very inviting. No scented candles or relaxing ambience. Light switch cover had mold on it. The massage bed had a weird smell to it. The lady that massaged me was very rough to which I had to tell her to go easy numerous times. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. It’s extremely disappointing that they charge so much for any service. I wouldn’t take my dog there.

Jenny and Nicole gave us a outstanding couples massage . It started off with a 15 minute herb foot soak 🛁.Second we had a 60 minute massage. We got to set another one for 15 minutes drink champagne and eat chocolate.

LOVE this place. 10/10 stars. Eden Med Spa is clean, welcoming and a super relaxing environment and place to destress. I've done the 72 minute massage with hot stones twice with Alice. Please do yourself a favor and ASK FOR ALICE!! She is an amazing masseuse, hits all the right pressure points and is professional and has such a healing touch. I recommend her x10! Really love this place and can't wait to go back already.

Spa day was amazing! Had a body scrub, massage and facial. Very clean, very polite and friendly personnel. VERY QUIET. Great spot for decompressing from the NY hussle and bussle. I will be returning!

Whenever I’m visiting I look forward to having a facial with Michelle. She’s so talented and professional! My skin gets much brighter, tighter and softer. I super recommend listening to their advice and to buy skin product directly from them!
