If I could give this 0 stars I would. Not only did a dip manicure take an hour and a half, there was NO lotion or hand massage that is customary at ANY other salon in town. The technician also clipped my cuticles so aggressively that it was painful. When I said something, she just looked at me like she didn’t understand! It’s not like they were busy either. I was the only customer in there for the majority of the the time. I WILL never be going back to this salon again.

I’ve been going to Eden for a couple years now and it just seems that their service continues to worsen every visit. Me and my fiancé went to give it one last try, since it is a convienent location. We both got the Delux pedicure and I honestly wish I wouldn’t have. The rocks and the paraffin dip were WAY too hot. It burnt my fiancés foot. And the lady I had was so aggressive with massaging that I have bruises on my shins. The day we left I had scratch marks on my legs from her long nails. While she was using the smoother she was so aggressive with it that I have a cut on the side of my foot. They weren’t that busy and she was definitely trying to rush. I wish I could upload pictures to this post. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I give this place a gold star! They are very accommodating and welcoming. They do an excellent job on nails & pedis. Also very convenient location 😊Love this place😊😊😊

Not even worth the one star you have to give in order to post the review! The service was terrible and the work was mediocre. I didn't let them finish and will never go back! Regarding Response from owner: You did not get the full story. There was someone else with me who had pedi and shellac completed before my pedi was even done. The tech who started my shellac when we first arrived decided to walk off to help someone else without any explanation. So much time had passed that the shellac remover dried without the shellac coming off so the shellac was scrapped off my nails. During the time before the painful shellac removal, the 2 employees who did my friends pedi and mani were sitting around, talking and eating, for a long time and they decided not to step up. They thought my friend and I should wait while the person who did my pedi did my shellac. When they realized I was upset and was not going to let them finish, then they decided to step up but already too late. All the techs were speaking in a foreign language about the poor service which is very rude. Your comment about each tech getting to do a service does not ring true because pedi and mani were going to be done by the same tech. My friend told me the tech who did her pedi used the nail tool on her own foot afterwards. That's very poor hygiene. I should not have paid in full for the pedis and friends shellac. Her shellac was not cured correctly and peeled off after just a few days. Hope you enjoy your business while you still have it because with service like this you won't be in business much longer!

I DO NOT recommend this place at all. They have a card that when you go so many times you get 20% off your next visit we'll I had been there well over that many times but they never signed my card so I decided to say something and the owner who had done my nails a couple weeks prior claimed she didn't remember me!!! I was in there a Friday and then the very next day for a pedicure how do you not remember your customers when I'm the only one in there! The lady who put my nails on put them on WAY to thick!!! I couldn't get them off for the life of me and when I did my nails were so thin underneath and so short it was the most painful experience and still is! It's been 2 weeks since I got them off and my nails still hurt!! I wanted to get my nails done for my birthday which is today but I can't because my nails hurt! I will never go back here and it's unfortunate because it is so close to my house.

One of my favorite nail places in southwestst Omaha. Clean, friendly, quick, and always professional. Prices are comparable to other similar nail salons, maybe even a little cheaper.

The only good thing about my experience was the customer service. I went in for a fill and shellac and I left with completely uneven shaped nails, and a terrible paint job. It was a waste of time and money. I would not recommend this nail salon.

I WILL Definetly NOT return to eden nails and spa. Not only were they EXTREMELY anti social but they were rude!!! Laughing si hard the entire time they couldnt even do my nails. And then when the girl seen it was shellac on my previous nails she wrapped my nails in tin foil and then started picking her nail polish off of her own nails and it was flinging everywhere. Then when she told me she couldnt do my nails because the shellac wasnt coming off she sent me to a different lady that used a electric filer to get the polish off. And nicked each nail about 3 times. She saw my skin was bleeding and said oh well and got up and walked away. Then while i was waiting for what i assume to be the manager get done with her current costumer. There was about 4 other workers sitting around doing each others nails and playing on their phones. The manager finally got done and started doing my nails. She filed them down about 3-4 times. My nails are so thin any small bump to them is extremely painful. (It should never be this way) she rushed put the gel/acrylic on my nails and got acrylic on my skin. When i took my nails off they ripped my skin right off. Then when she went to paint my nails she rushed and missed the side on all the nails. Then when she was done painting them (keep in mind they were still dripping wet) and she told me i had to leave becayse their closing. And asked where my money was then i said its in my hoodie pocket i would get it once my nails dried and she proceeded to dig in my hoodie pocket to get it out. This place is redicilous and it was a complete RIP OFF i will NEVER go here again. I want my money back.

I used to love going to this salon. It's clean and they always did a good job. However, it was clear that they gossip about you. When they all look at you and start laughing, that was the end of me giving them my business. I had been going there since they opened. I now go to another salon where the employees are so very kind.

This was the worst experience ever, we came in and the person who was suppose to greet clients totally ignored everyone and was reading a book, I had the gel done on my nails and it was uneven and they did not even file my nails or try to do a decent manicure. The pedicure was ok, but not the best. I went in to get my nails re-done and she just added more coats to an already awful job. I will never ever go there again.

I went to get my acrylic nails taken off, but my nail was ripped off along with it making it too short to get the shellac I was willing to pay for. Now my nail is so short that it hurts at the slightest touch, this has never happened before when I have gotten acrylics off at different nail salons, so I know it was not just because my nails were thin from the acrylic. Other places, removal of acrylic was quick and easy, but I was there for about twice as long and it was double the cost. Too bad, it was a great location for me, but I dont think I will return

This was my first time here. The price is good, the place was nice, I got a medi and pedi. They were friendly and had two people working on me since I was the only one there at 9am in the morning on a Wednesday. I'll be going back.
