Charged my wife a $92 reschedule fee after our kid was unexpectedly sick with a high fever today. She called at 9:15am and the initial appt was scheduled for 4pm. You're telling me you can't find another customer to fill that time slot within nearly 7 hours? You know that slot will be filled and you'll essentially be double-dip during that window. There's no crazy amount of administrative time needed either. Only poor business models need to charge these kinds of fees. We'll find a new place that puts customers first.

Kirsten always does a great job with my hair. She’s quick and efficient and always pleasant to interact with. Aveda products keep my hair looking healthy. I love the added touch of neck and hand massages every time. I’ve been to other Aveda salons that aren’t consistent with those perks and it was always disappointing. Eden Salon always delivers!

Wow. First off, Hayden was good. Paula made me feel rushed the whole time because she had a guy waiting for her to be done, I hate feeling rushed so I left hating my hair. They do a 10 day complimentary haircut, they said they’d be more then happy to correct my hair, I went back in today, had their “top stylist” Carrie. Boy oh boy! Do not go to her! I am so shocked at how rude she was. First off she started taking pictures of me. wouldn’t cut my hair without a picture reference, I don’t go off pictures? I showed her exactly what I wanted. Her facial expressions and attitude are unbelievable. The complimentary haircut turned into I would owe her $40-50 because why wouldn’t she want to compensated? Those were her words! It’s my fault my hair wasn’t right because I wanted a dry haircut. I had already washed my hair so, they can use a spray bottle? I was never told they don’t do haircuts without a hair wash?? It took everything in me not to cuss her out. The owner texted me and said quote “we will refund you your haircut with Paula. We are not the right fit for you. Good luck with your next salon” LOL WHAT?! Absolutely pathetic. Do not go here! They try to make you feel so stupid!!

First haircut was off and she had to correct it. Was planning to come back. The stylist that was recommended for precision (which ALL haircuts should be precise), Haydin, had an attitude when I scheduled with her. Got the impression that they had a problem with my requirement of precise symmetry. Too bad. Take my business elsewhere since they treat their customers this way with the "we may not be the salon for you" catty nonsense. In a collapsing world economy and their egregious prices, they better change their mindset to one of appreciating their customers or they'll be out of business soon enough.

Update: Emily did a fantastic job with my haircut! I really appreciate the complementary haircut to make up for what had happened. Booked a new client haircut appointment but they tried to charge me full price checkout. I’m used to haircut prices based on hair length and I wished they told prices were based on haircut duration. I showed the stylist a reference picture and she only took a second to look at it. I’m disappointed with how the haircut turned out.

Maddie did a fabulous job on my hair! I very much enjoyed my time with her. I appreciate that she listened to what I wanted, helped with suggestions and walked me through the process of getting a perm. I live in Nebraska but visit family in OKC often.
