I wish I could give 6 stars! I have been a few times and continue to be amazed and ask myself every time I leave, why do I wait so long to return?! I was running late, called and they were very understanding and accommodating. I did a 50m massage with Amanda + cupping and the entire experience was rejuvenating and educational. The gentle meditative music and essential oils lotion were grounding. It was the middle of the day so we did chat and she taught me a lot! The plants just remind you that you’re in an oasis. Also, the price is right. I am committed to coming back more frequently.

I honestly can't say enough great things about this place. It feels like a saving grace and safe haven in the Golden Triangle neighborhood. I get massages from both Kayla and Elana regularly, and they are both incredible in their own ways at their craft! Tonight was a reminder of how above and beyond the staff is here - I asked while browsing their cozy store front if they sold any of the tea they offer to clients because I love it so much every time I come in; although they were out, Hannah at the front desk went and got me a bag of tea leaves from their spa stash to take home for after my massage. So stinkin sweet. On a late cold and snowy night, these ladies made it feel warm in every way. Highly recommend this place and grateful for you Eden Spa Team!

Eden Spa was very unassuming from the outside, but once I stepped in, my whole body relaxed. The vibe was relaxing— from the plants, to the music, and the lavender tea. I felt so relaxed before my massage even started. My massage was great! I would definitely recommend!

Just got a deep tissue massage that I got as a birthday present. Definitely felt a lot more like a Swedish massage, the therapist also kept doing this thing were she would hold pressure on knots rather than massage them out. Did not feel like that did anything for knots. Overall place was cute, would not recommend for a feel tissue massage at all.

Me and my wife went, it was such an awesome experience. The staff was so kind we did a couple of massages, and I felt so much better walking out. We felt so taken care of highly recommended.

I scheduled a Swedish Massage with a Fire + Ice Muscle Melt with Amanda. It was my first time in Eden Spa and the ambience was so relaxing. There was some nice, hot tea waiting at the entrance. As soon as I met Amanda she took the time to understand what I was experiencing in regard to pain and tension. I’ve been having issues with tension located around my neck/ shoulders along with stress and this session completely alleviated all of that. My only regret is that I didn’t schedule a longer massage!

I have been going to Eden spa for 4+ years for massages and facials. Great staff and the interior is so calming and puts you right at ease. I’ve never had a bad experience, but I’ve had the best experiences with Kimberly Phat. She makes me feel pampered with her genuine care for my skin and my well being. Can’t recommend enough!

My massage with Tony was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and I learned a lot in the process of getting my service. He is very friendly and great at what he does. I left feeling 10/10. I will be recommending Tony to my friends!

This was my second massage at Eden and it was truly lovely. I floated out, and I slept like a baby through the night for the first time in many days. Amanda was thorough and meticulous, and was generally very calming. Thank you so much for a reset I really needed.

Eden spa is my favorite I've found after searching around Denver! The staff is super friendly and I'm always excited to chat with whoever is working the desk. They are experts at what they do and I always leave feeling like a new person. AND.. the building is absolutely beautiful and a perfectly intentional zen space full of good energy!

Got a couple's massage with my girl. I've gotten dozens of massages from an army of massage therapists in my time, and I would place my experience at Eden Spa as the literal worst I ever received. Even my girl, who never gets massages registered that the massage wasn't very good. Save your hard earned cash, and find a different spot. Response to management👇🏽: Great facilities, courtesy and customer service, but poorly trained/skilled massage therapists. As I said, I've literally had dozens of massages all over the world, and both my and girl had issues with the techniques of the therapists. For example, my partner complained her massage therapist kept massaging her bones rather than soft tissue. My massage therapist left half my upper body not massaged. I honestly do not believe they were certified. Doesn't matter how nice the business ambiance is if the core service I'm paying for is so far below average. Once again to readers, save your hard earned money, and look for more skilled operators elsewhere.

On a recent work trip to Denver, I stayed downtown and found myself needing a massage even more than usual after three days of meetings. I looked online, liked the reviews for a particular spa, and decided to book an appointment. Tony and Eden were both fantastic therapists. The spa itself was beautiful, a true oasis in the heart of downtown Denver. The combination of the serene atmosphere and the amazing massage created a perfect escape from the usual demands of work life. I highly recommend Tony – his 19 years of experience were truly evident in his technique.

My husband and I treated ourselves to a couples spa day yesterday for the both of our Birthdays. We were greeted kindly, but then sat for quite a while without any update and then being taken back 20 minutes late. They didn’t even know or call my name when taking me back, and both girls who were doing our services didn’t introduce themselves. They started with a massage. I was about to get up and just tell her to stop, because it honestly didn’t feel like she knew what she was doing in the slightest. She had zero fluidity, never worked on any knot. Worse part was she completely forgot my left arm while I was on my back, then didn’t do one of my legs while on my tummy. All of the massage was so sporadic and didn’t feel good at all. Then we got our scrub. We laid on our backs while they rubbed on an exfoliating scrub. My girl did my back, as well as back of arms and back of legs. Then told us to go shower. I was so confused in why the front of my arms or legs weren’t scrubbed at all, cause I thought I was a whole body treatment. The front of me had ZERO scrub on it and was completely dry. I asked her why when we got back into the room and she immediately got defensive. They then lotioned us up, but my girl again didn’t even touch the front of my legs. Had to go put lotion on my legs once I got in the car. Zero apologies for being late, or any if the services. My husband said his was ‘OK’ but whoever I had left me extremely disappointed for a $600+ day. Sadly you can’t always win when trying a new place for a spa experience, but we will not be returning. 2 stars because my husbands was ok

Worst customer service experience ever (and I am in my 40’s and a Colorado native). Not only do they never make exceptions to their no cancellation policy but they also lie about refunds. I know this sounds harsh but I really hate entitled individuals condescendingly addressing me and the lying to me. Please use literally any other massage space in Denver from wonderful and amazing (local) Jalan to local chain Woodhouse to awesome individual spa Couples Massage rather than this callous and awful spot.

This spa is amazing, we went for a bachelorette party and had the whole place to ourselves. The staff was so friendly and accommodating with having champagne glasses ready and helping with a beautiful cheese board. Everyone loved their treatments! So relaxing and we all left feeling rejuvenated. 10/10 would recommend!!

I got a hot stone massage followed by the raindrop wrap with Amanda, and the experience was incredible. She had a calming presence, was unhurried, and you could tell she really wanted to do right by you. The spa space itself is small but still relaxing. If you're looking for a little pampering, no need to look further and just book your spa date with Amanda NOW!

Booked a deep tissue massage with Decal and he was amazing, highly highly recommend. I was never in pain but it hit every problem area in my shoulders and neck and I left feeling 10x better. This place is a treat.

Came to Eden Spa after several weeks of work travel in a row. They recommended the New You package and it could have not been more pleasant! Decal and Brianna were both incredible. It was just what the doctor ordered. Decal especially gave one of the best and most rejuvenated massages I’ve had in quite some time. Highly recommend and will be back!

I got my wife a $200 gift certificate for her birthday. She made her appt but got hit with a bad stomach virus that’s going around. She can’t make the appt today and the spa is unwilling to do anything about having to cancel. Unwilling to even apply a little credit to a rescheduled appt. $200 wasted. The advantage of being a small business is the ability to work with your customers directly. This was a failure and a loss of future business. *EDIT* Turns out they charged my wife's card for the appointment so now they have taken $400 for the missed appointment. Absolutely unacceptable.

I’ve been going here for about 10 years and getting massages from one of their therapists for the last 4 of those years and will likely never need another massage therapist in my life. She’s easily the best at what she does. Highly recommend checking out this business.

This was the best spa I have ever experienced. I chose the “balanced body bliss” spa package. My massage therapist, Terry, was awesome. She had a peaceful aura. I will definitely return.
