"The Filipino lady was the worst. I showed her a pictures of the look I wanted, but unfortunately, this was the result. When I told her it wasn’t what I asked for, she treated me roughly and cut my nails so deeply that they bled three times. As for my feet, she didn’t apply any lotion, cream, or oil, leaving them dry and unsightly. Before I paid, she even asked me how much I was going to tip her, claiming she knew I would never be satisfied and wouldn’t tip. Then, she rudely demanded a cash tip. I paid $100 today, but tomorrow I’ll be going to another salon to have this mess fixed."

Stay far away-- this place is dirty, pedicure was gross, and they tried to scam me. I came in as a walk-in at 4:30pm on a Saturday for a pedicure. I asked for the signature pedicure ($45) which includes a 15 minute massage. I asked one woman sitting by the door who seemed like the owner or management, how much it would be to add on 15 extra minutes of massage and she said $1/ minute. I agreed to that price. The pedicure was not great. None of the tools seemed sanitized, the tubs were not super clean, and the aesthetician was covered in stains. The cloth they wrapped me in literally looked like it had feces on it (see photos). The massage was lackluster and done with scrub, which didn't feel good (as opposed to with lotion). The paint job was super sloppy (see attached). Then it came time to pay and the aesthetician said it was $75. I told her that it should be $60 based on the quote from the front worker who seemed to have left the salon. She argued with me that the woman who gave the quote "didn't know what she was talking about" and the total was $75. I politely corrected her, explaining that when a customer agrees to a service at a certain price, it is not legal or ethical for the fee to be changed at the end. She argued with me and I asked to talk to the woman who gave me the quote. She then became petulant and rude and said "FINE! $65!" I pulled out the calculator to confirm that the total was $60 ($45 + $15). She said that the woman that I spoke to by the door wrote down $65. I told her that that's an error, and showed her the math again. I told her I'd like to tip 20% on $60, with the total being $72-- in hindsight this was generous for the service I got. She came back for me to sign and was extremely impatient, hovering over me and yanking the receipt from me and then a first in my adult life: she aggressively RIPPED the toe separators out of my toes and smudged the paint lol. Truly, I have never in my life been treated so rudely or had a worse experience.

$40+ acrylic fill, they have reg & gel polishes. Thank you for being helpful and knowledgeable on the phone when I called. I look forward to visiting soon!

From start to finish this was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. Wish I could rate 0/5. Initially called two days in advance to make my appointment for 5 pm - they said that was fine but if I was able to come in at 4:30 to try to do so. I let them know I was driving an hour and a half right after work and would do my best, when the day came I called to let them know it would be about 4:45 when I arrived just to be told by them “Well you have to be here by then or we can’t do it” - even though they had told me before 5 pm would be fine. The worst part of the whole experience was Kim removing my previous acrylic set - refused to soak them off because “it would take too long”. Mind you I have a sternum tattoo, I get acrylics removed without soaking all the time: but this was THE MOST painful experience I have ever had - almost passed out from the pain and was not once asked if I was alright or needed a break. During the process I bled three times from my nail bed as well and the middle of my pinky nail cracking - and no tools were cleaned or changed in the process. At the end of the day the nails turned out absolutely awful. Spent 1 1/2 hours just for the shape of the acrylic to be done terribly. Crooked nails & no real shape to the actual acrylic - bumpy and uneven. Also left with nail glue all over my fingers. Very very unhappy with my entire experience and will not be coming back or recommending to anyone - really wish I wouldn’t have paid for this service and just had them removed.

I was racially profiled and refused service at this nail salon. I was kicked out of the salon, told I wouldn't be served because her white client who had an appointment arrived. I couldn't believe it but I accepted it and left without argument. In 2022 I cant believe I was refused service because of the color of my skin.

Tram at Edge InStyle ALWAYS does my nails beautifully. Not only that, but they last so much longer than other salons... it must be her secret. She is personable, fun, and skilled. Her pedicures are also amazing, with incredible massage chairs. She loves appointments, as she gets busy, but is happy to see me walk-in when I need a service. I simply won’t trust another professional with my natural nails. The Max drops off just across the street, too, so I can continue letting my nails dry without having to drive. (2021, lavender) *Updating my review: I still won't trust another professional with my natural nails other than Tram... and well, now her coworker, too! She is so kind, takes her time, and did a spectacular job on my nails, giving me no hesitations to see her again when Tram is busy. The color looks absolutely amazing! She gave me a relaxing, pretty, and downright wonderful pedicure, too! I will surely be back in two-ish weeks when my color is ready to change. (2022, reddddd)

I have been going here for years with my mom and her best friend and it is like seeing family every time. I love going every time! Such great care and I love my nails every time! I went here a few years ago after getting a bad nail job from somewhere else and the way that Tram fixed my nails that were in a lot of pain and made them look so good (the purple nails) made me realized that I COULD NOT go anywhere else!!!

I was working downtown and called because they had good reviews. I told them I had a half hour for lunch and wanted to see if they could do an express manicure. I went at my schedule time at 4 PM and they said have a seat and someone will be with you. Two people were working on services and it wasn't until 4:11 pm that I said that when I made my appointment for 4 PM that I only had a half hour. The girl said sorry but that's not really good enough when I wasted half of my work lunch hour waiting. If you don't do appointments… Don't make appointments that you can't honor. I was a little taken back anyway by how dumpy and dirty the nail salon was anyway. I won't be back.

While the walk-in experience was smooth, prices appropriate and the pedi/mani relaxing, three of my finger nail beds were cut too deep and hence were bloody. I get manis once a month at Serenity Nails in Beaverton and this has never happened to me. I know that stuff happens but for it to be on three nails speaks to lack of attention on the part of the particular service provider I got. She didn’t even acknowledge it. I won’t go back here.

Tram always does an amazing job on my nails (gel). 💅 No one's mentioned this, but she also does brow tinting. Not only do mine look flawless, but the tint is now 3 weeks old and not faded any.
