I have been in Georgia for 6 Months now and I’m very particular about services. Edge thread was my first experience here and ever since I didn’t have to find another place. Doesn’t matter which staff member provides service; it’s always perfect. They are professional yet friendly. I would highly recommend.

Service is good. I get my chin and upper lip waxed. I like if they see stubs the wax didn’t get, they will thread to get the extra hard to get hairs. Always friendly and attentive.

0 stars. I was in the area and needed service. There was a girl that barely looked old enough to work and an older lady there. The older lady was working on eyebrows so I was taken in a room for underarm wax & Brazilian by the younger woman. She started w/my underarms. I could tell when she dipped the stick in the wax that she did not know what she was doing. After the 10th strip, I knew I wasn't going to let her near my girly parts. After she completed the 2nd arm, in walks the older lady. I guess she could feel the energy in the room because she asked me "if there was a problem". I told her I no longer wanted the Brazilian and that I wanted to pay for my underarms and leave. On the way to the front I asked how much for underarms and she told me $12. Well, after she pecked around on the register it was $15. When I looked on the menu on the window underarms were $12. She turned the computer screen around explaining to me that the owner programmed underarms in at $15 so that's what it was. All around bad business. I left there and went to the wax spot I normally go to. So much for trying to support a new business. Think twice before you walk in.

Asked for the mini facial which was supposed to be $25. Person giving the facial put the products all around my eyes (which should have been covered) and got grit under my eyelid. Was supposed to take only 30 minutes but I’m in there for an hour and get charged $45 with an eye full of sand. Was supposed to come with a free eyebrow thread but I asked her to do chin instead. Had the person done what I asked for I would have paid $25 for a facial and tipped $15. Instead I paid $50 and have to leave this review because I’m pissed. Three stars only because my earlier visit to get my brows done was performed by another worker who knew what she was doing.

I love this place, both ladies are very nice and do an amazing job at threading. I have moved further from this location and I always come back because I can’t find no one that can consistently do a great job like them.

I tried this place instead of my usual place. Boy do I regret it. Im brused, tgeres still a huge amount of hair and my eyebrows are too thin. The brazillian was the worst Ive ever gotten and the threading was tge most painful one Ive ever had. Never again.

I went to get my brows threaded. The staff/owner is nice, but the older lady is gentler and does a better job at threading. She wasn’t there so I got my brows waxed instead. It turned out just okay. I’ll do the threading when the older lady is there. Otherwise, I’ll just go to another location.

Subpar service, thinned out one of my eyebrows and had an attitude like if she didn’t want me there?? Interested considering the place was empty and I can see why. Find literally anywhere else to go!
