She swears she’s Paul Mitchell. I had an emergency and she couldn’t reschedule. $50 was a loss as a deposit. I understand the time slot but I had a sick child. I didn’t expect it. Terrible. I’ll never come back especially after seeing some reviews. Smfh.

Went To get my daughters hair done for her communion: it came out horrible 1 1/2 hours and the girl wasn't even done. I left without it being completed. I'm angry and frustrated and still needed to go home and finish it myself. What was the point of making an appointment if they didn’t have someone capable of doing hair
