Tava animada pra marcar um horario com eles, ja que uma conhecida minha recomendou. Mas falhou na comunicacao. Mandei mensagem ha quase 1 semana atras, tentando marcar depois do ano novo, ngm respondeu. Esperei passar as festas, contatei de novo (oq n acho certo pq o cliente n tem q insistir contato), dps tentei ligar 2x, nada. Nao tem nenhum communicado dizendo q o salao ta fechado tb. Pra mim isso mostra falta de interesse e compromisso com seus clientes.

Poor customer service, they have a link to book through whatsApp they don’t reply, I called the guy told me they will call me back in 30 mins and 4 days later I’m still waiting, sent them a message again and nothing.

Everyone at Edro’s Salon does such an amazing job. Leandro is a master with hair, color and cut. It is always outstanding and beyond my expectations!! Excelente servicio ! Desde que entras te atienden y te hacen sentir cómoda. Leandro me realizó un balayage, corte y secado, valió la pena viajar desde Tampa para el corte porque la verdad los que me habían hecho en otro lado estaban mal. Pienso regresar !! 100% recomendados 👍

I will say I am from out of town and saw this place driving by and needed a haircut. I didn't have an appointment but they were able to see me. The lady, hard to understand I believe she said her name was blaisy. She did an awesome job on the haircut but the reason for the 2 stars is because when she was done she charged me $110!!!!!! I havenever paid that much for a haircut. I believe she took advantage of me being a tourist and gauged her price!! So if you are just visiting be careful of this place!

Excelente atencion y servicio. Fue mi primera vez en realizarme balayage en Orlando y Leandro supo explicarme todo el proceso y asesorarme de acuerdo a lo que era mas saludable para mi cabello. Los resultados fueron increibles en mi tono rubio. Recomiendo 100%.

The best salon in the world. I went to Maryland to Florida to dye my hair. The results were absolutely amazing. They really deserve more than five stars and all the workers there are professional.👍🏻🥰
