Extremadamente grosero pregunte si utilizaban tinte igora y me dijo que en Estados Unidos las peluquerías no trabajan con esa marca y me pregunta que cuánto tiempo llevo en el país (llevo dos años y ya me han trabajado con igora) después te esto me dijo textualmente “el cliente no puede imponer uno con que trabaja “ yo uso igora porque lo he usado por muchos años y tengo un color cobrizo difícil de obtener con otras marcas un simple “no tenemos esa marca “ hubiera bastado . Si así trata a los potenciales clientes me deja pensando cómo tratará la gente que ya decide y paga por el servicio que lamentable que existan personas así le recomiendo que haga un curso de servicio al cliente.

Terrible service, Burned my hair, burned my scalp and all he could say was that i needed to hold a little longer, so here how about you hold this review a little longer 😊

Where do i begin? Lets start with the fact that this Hair stylist needs to be in jail for having a Hair dressing license and somehow? Still chemically burned my scalp he shouldn’t even have a license ,but let me NOT stop there, From the moment i walked in he had a nasty passive aggressive attitude and by that i mean parting my hair aggressively and tapping the comb on the top of my head in a very unprofessional manner. I didn’t think much of it at first since i like giving people chances but first he bleached my and everything was fine but then i noticed he started preparing a second bowl of bleach and since im not very familiar with hairstyling, i still didn’t think much of it but when he applied the second bowl of bleach let me tell you i have never in my entire youth ever experienced a chemical burn like i did that day, I understand when bleaching takes place theres always a bit of discomfort but the discomfort soon turned into burning and i started getting dizzy and i felt myself almost passing out so i started telling him that i wasn’t feeling good and that i felt very dizzy and my scalp was burning really bad and all he said was that i needed to hold on a bit longer so at that point i told him to just wash me off because the pain was unbearable, he cut my bangs and tips and didn’t even add actual hair dye, did not blow dry or straighten my hair and still charged me 280$ For burning my scalp and cutting my tips and at that not even styling my hair the way i would have liked to, and still being rude about me asking for a discount since i had suffered the chemical burns but, since my money and presence was not valued here goes your review for being not only a terrible hair stylist but a horrible person in general. You deserve 0 Stars, and to anyone reading this please save your time and money, you don’t need this poor service.

Excellent place to get a hair cut..men and women.The hair dresser is very nice..he is open to every option..he speaks English and spanish ,and he opens every day. 8 am to 6pm. Definitely i recommend!!!!

My husband purchased a groupon for me as a gift to this place... what a mistake. No where on any site does it say that he will only see you Monday through Friday from 8 to 4 pm. If you work this is impossible. Then he became not just rude but completely belligerent! He has 0 customer service skills. It seems as if he is not at all interested in new clients! There is no way I would ever let this guy touch my hair! he is a complete jerk and a waste of every ones time. This groupon should be shut down. I cant stress enough how horrible this phone call was!

Never going there again! The guy that does all the hair things is REALLY pushy. He will force things on you. I went in to have my hair colored to my natural color from my at home failed attempted at red. He thought my natural color was too dark for me. I insisted it was what I wanted and he kept suggesting lighter colors. So we finally agreed on a medium brown. After he was done, it definitely was a MUCH lighter brown. If you look at pictures of the salon, the guy who is in practically every picture, my hair was almost as light as his hair, when I wanted dark brown! I was not happy! After that he kept insisting on giving me layers, I didn't want layers. I had to tell him no about 5 times before he finally let it go. My aunt also went a few days later just to get a hair cut and he told her that she HAD to blow dry her hair for an additional cost ( he is not cheap by the way ) because that's how he worked. she had to get mean with him because she only wanted a hair cut. DON'T GO THERE!!
