I was told to arrive early to be sure to get my full 90 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes early but was not called back until several minutes after my scheduled appointment. In addition to losing a few minutes at the start, just as Megan got to my neck (which is where I stated was one of the areas that needed the most attention) she barely began to massage that area when she said time was up. When she left the room I immediately looked at the clock which showed she ended 4 minutes early. That 4 additional minutes spent on my neck could have made a huge difference. A 90 mint massage is 90 minutes!

I’ve gotten 50-100 massages all over the world. This is my favorite place after going for the first time and seeing my massage therapist Bob. He is incredible and I feel like a new person. I wasn’t able to sit up straight and have chronic neck and back issue from a car accident in 2018. This is also the first time it didn’t make me flare up and get a migraine. I will definitely be going back and referring all my coworkers and friends/family.

I've been a client for over 10 years and every therapist I've worked with has been amazing. They're so skilled in so many modalities and they've always been able to help me with whatever problem I'm having at that moment and they're very caring. I’ve worked with Christopher, Woodrow, Kayla and recently Carter. Highly recommend them all.

BUYER BEWARE if subscribing to their monthly services.. while the discount is tempting EMS makes it very difficult to cancel their services one you start. Everything was good about EMS including massages and customer service.. until I tried to cancel due to financial reasons. I told them in person I wanted to cancel. They said no problem. And mentioned a form they would send. The form is lengthier than any cancellation form I have ever seen, it has to be printed and hand delivered to the studio. I did not submit due to the assumption telling them in person was enough I did not want their services was enough to stop the charges. They proceeded to charge $100 per month since. Again BEWARE if subscribing to their services it will be very difficult to cancel (which they likely know so they can keep charging $100 ). In the age of the Internet this is unacceptable and unnecessary. I will look into submitting a complaint to the BBB specifically around their cancellation policy

I recently visited this massage place and was quite disappointed with my experience. Firstly, the sessions advertised as 90 minutes were consistently shorter (75 mins or so), which felt like a rip-off. Additionally, their policies are extremely rigid, especially when it comes to fees for missed appointments. There's no flexibility or understanding, which is frustrating. Moreover, there's a serious lack of transparency around voucher redemptions. I had bought two packages, and later was told I can only redeem one for the same person, otherwise, I would need to give the second package to someone else, and both packages have to be redeemed within a six-month period, which was not fully disclosed at the time of purchase. This was very confusing and felt deceptive. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place.

UPDATE: Bob is very knowledgeable and applied good pressure. He books up fast because he's awesome though 😁 I've been at this location when it was Elements Massage. The staff and customer service has been great. Have had pretty decent luck with massage therapists, but I don't switch much once I find a good one. Matthew at the Lakeline location is great. Overall, it's decent value for the money.

I always look forward to have my massages with Marilyn every month. She has a very caring and kind heart. Marilyn takes time to listen, but most of all gives wonderful massages. She is very good at her job. I highly recommend her.

Carter is very professional. He is very knowledgeable and he really helps me feel better each session is step closer to getting back to my active lifestyle. I’ll be going back to him and have become a member now. Thanks Carter and highly him if you need massage therapy. He really has a way with the body and knows where to find the pain. Carter is a good communicator and if you want to find results and speedy recovery, I highly recommend Carter, he's the guy, very sweet! Also front desk staff is helpful and welcoming. The place is cozy and clean. They have recliner couches and it’s relaxing with the calm music waiting to be called.

I recently had a deep tissue massage that truly exceeded my expectations. Unlike previous experiences that left me sore and bruised, this massage provided immediate relief and comfort. The entire experience was delightful, from the serene atmosphere to the warm and welcoming front desk staff. Woodrow, the massage therapist, did an exceptional job, ensuring I was relaxed and comfortable throughout the session. I am beyond thrilled with the service I received and felt genuinely rejuvenated afterward. Highly recommend! Update: I’m still a loyal fan of Woodrow at EMS—he’s a miracle worker! After a recent injury, he provided significant relief with exceptional care. I also tried a reflexology session with Marilyn, who was equally impressive. After a wonderfully hypnotic nap during our session, I joked that she might give Woodrow some competition. Marilyn assured me that many clients see multiple therapists, which put me even more at ease. The folks at EMS are not only highly skilled but also create a gentle and welcoming atmosphere. While I tried the impressive and powerful high end massage chair, I found that the hands-on expertise of the therapists suits me better. Their personalized touch, serene environment, and friendly demeanor make each visit a truly rejuvenating experience. Whether it’s a deep tissue massage from Woodrow or a relaxing reflexology session with Marilyn, I’m consistently impressed with the level of care and skill at EMS. I wanted to get an effective massage and mentioned the lady that this was my first time getting a full body massage, the therapist asked me if there are any areas that needs to be concentrated and I told her that my shoulder blades and Lower back are hurting these days and that’s where I needed more concentration. The Therapist initially started massaging my hands and it was more of her forearm rubbing my hand with some pressure and the massage roller was used on certain points, I initially thought that the hands might be massaged in that way ( my palms are neglected) I was kind of expecting her to do the actual massage (using hand pressure and focusing on triggering point) atleast on my back but she barely spent any time working on my back. I was more than disappointed, The over all massage experience was “More of using forearm pressure rubbing against my body which absolutely is not considered as a good massage. I understand that using elbow pressure can relive some tension in the body but using just the elbow pressure against clients body with full force is not considered as a massage at all. I think I wasted money for no reason, I went to get a massage and instead I ended up with body pains and more tension in my muscles. Most of the body parts are neglected ( neck, Lowe back, shoulders, front upper body, hands, foot, upper back). Overall very disappointed by the experience.

Megan was phenomenal! She's hands down the best massage therapist I've ever had. I needed a massage urgently after pulling a muscle, and she worked wonders,instantly relaxing my piriformis muscle. I can't recommend her enough!

The front office staff is friendly and helpful. I have a monthly membership and have used several different therapists and enjoyed them. They have different modalities and different services and are helpful in setting up what you need. Set up your appointment and start a routine massage, your health will improve.

Went there yesterday, had a gift certificate and have not had a massage in almost 20 years. We’ll let me tell you Jacquie my therapist was fantastic. I really didn’t have any bad issues just the normal backache, leg cramping, the usual. She was kind understanding, hit all the right spots….so of course will be seeing her again next month. I’m hooked once more and she is my girl, for sure. Place was clean, spotless, soothing even out in the waiting room. The whole place was relaxing and just what I wanted and needed. I have been seeing bob for almost two years now and have always had a wonderful experience, he really helps my chronic pain issues and it's so hard to find a massage person that uses enough pressure to work for me but bob is perfect! The front desk staff is always incredibly kind and helpful and I always feel so welcome.

I try to go at least once a year, and the masseuse I book is phenomenal every time. You can't beat their Groupon deals, either. The reception team is always polite and welcoming, the environment is relaxing, and the amenities are worth the price. I've gone 5 years in a row and have no complaints.
