I was surprised by some of the negative reviews of this place! I got a day pass before a flight. The gym was amazing, bright. The spa attendant was so kind and helpful even when I only had half an hour before leaving! Gave me a tour and water to take with me. Was able to shower, use spa products, and relax before traveling. Didn’t have time for the steam room but looked awesome!

The eForea spa at Hilton Orlando was wonderful! Found a Groupon that included one service, valet parking and drink tickets. Highly recommend if you’re looking to relax and enjoy all the amenities. We booked massages with Walleska and Tiffany who were thorough and considerate. Can’t recommend them more!

The Eforea Spa in the Hilton hotel was a nice experience. My massage therapist was Alicia, would highly recommended her!! The restaurant has amazing wings and the frozen drinks from the bar are the bomb! ((Good Price))

I would not recommend this spa. Instead of relaxing, I left feeling more stressed by the lack of transparency and having been deceived by an alleged cancellation of my appointment. The worst thing was the dishonesty of the staff.

Terrible customer service. Dishonest employees and management. Would not recommend for anyone. Treated us poorly and when I reached out to management to help us, they were so dishonest . Caused us lots of distress! Ruined a team bonding experience.

Alicia was amazing great massage therapist! Loved the neck heating pads they provide after your services they do get cold after 15 minutes tho. Tea was also amazing. Towels were lovely. However I thought the energy could have been better in the spa, finding the spa was challenging, the bathrooms and locker rooms are very small. The pools and hot tubs are all outside and crowded. No alone time. The selection they had of tea was limited. The food and drinks were over priced 25+ for each.

Don’t expect anything like Ritz-Carlton level, but if you haven’t tasted something like the Ritz then I assume it’s a pretty baller experience. My wife did the prenatal massage and loved it. I did a deep tissue, and it was deeeep. He used a ton of pressure even after telling him to lighten it up. I should’ve just communicated more though, so I don’t blame him. He also forgot to use two of my add ons during the session, so that was a bummer. Not the best massage, but definitely not the worst. The music during the massage was totally weird in my opinion. More creepy than relaxing. The premise was very clean though. I think they have a steam room or sauna or something, but it was closed off. Would’ve been good if it was open.

Hands down best spa I’ve been to in Orlando. Once a month I do a spa a day this month I went with this spa. After the services I received and the customer service I will be sticking with this location. 1. Location is beautiful. Adult pool was great and the drinks pretty good as well . 2 . Facial by Nikki . She was so friendly and did such a great job . Left looking like I was 21 . ( not true but we will pretend) 3. Massage by Tiffany. Hands down the best one I’ve had . Outstanding customer service. So pleasant and fun to talk to She took her time did the most the phenomenal massage . 4. The host Abbey !!! She was amazing. Such a spectacular attitude.

Spent my 30th birthday having a spa day! Minnie was absolutely wonderful she was attentive to my problem areas and very professional! Gloria was my esthetician and she was super knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality! Overall the best experience highly Recommend!

The massage is very smooth and nice people who doing the massage but the management and costumer services very bad They don’t let us to go to the pool before the massage they didn’t give us access to the pool before the massage only after we didn’t get any water It should be 55 minutes message actually less than 55 minutes it’s 45 minutes But I still recommend the people doing the massage, but I don’t like the people manage the place

As a Diamond Member, this is the quality and service I expected to receive from a Hilton Brand Spa. Message and Facial were outstanding and I had no issue with anything Spa related. The resting area and tea are a nice treat along with the changing areas and reserved areas. Well worth the money.

We used a Groupon deal for a couples massage and it was great! The massage was very relaxing and we got to spend some time by the pool. We both however smelled something funky as soon as we laid down on the massage table, it smelt like old oil. Not sure where it was coming from but definitely noticeable.

First I must say I didn’t have my phone I left it in the locker with my other belongings. I’ve been in really nice spas before - maybe a handful and this one is now added to my favorite places. I only hitched a ride with my husband who was meeting clients and I went as his copilot. When we arrived I immediately found where the spa is located and I was greet by Alyssa. All the staff and accommodations I felt were exceptional. Christine brought me back into the salon and gave me a very nice tour of their facilities and what they have to offer and what I can use. Very sweet young lady! I waited for Walleska to greet me for my message. I’m a chicken so my messages are light. She is exceptional!! My gosh I fell asleep hard! Walked around for hours with an indent in my forehead from the table I fell out hard. Lastly after my message I met a wonderful young lady named Gloria and she did an exceptional job on my eyebrows! I would highly recommend this spa even if it’s just a day trip !! Thank you again ladies

I had a very relaxing massage with Tiffany, who worked out some muscle aches in my shoulder blades and neck. I left feeling so pampered and relaxed! I would definitely recommend eforea, and Tiffany in particular. Thank you!

I loved the services I received at eforea spa in Orlando. The massage therapist, Marissa was extremely knowledgeable and the Champagne of the Sea massage is incredible. She was the best and I did upgrade to the CBD oil. This is one of the best massages I’ve had. I also booked a Signature Pedicure with Soraya. What can I say? Another wonderful and relaxing experience! Aside from the aging showers, the rest of the amenities were top notch, along with all the staff!!

Update to their response: I am disheartened to receive this response, which appears more as an explanation than a genuine apology. While I did say the term 's…h….ty service' while expressing my frustration to Tamra the manager not to members, Tamra was not too happy with speaking to me anyhow . Saying this word stemmed from a place of genuine disappointment. Can you blame me for feeling upset? Furthermore, I opted to endure the massage upon my husband's suggestion to salvage what remained of my birthday celebration. And services he had already paid for in advance. Despite the setbacks, I extended a gratuity to the nail technician. The massage from Virgil was great however the manager Tamra overlooked that my husband had added stone and seaweed enhancement to the package and failed to communicate this to Virgil. (Another mess up) The manager did apologize for this as I was leaving but again I never received it, it was too late. The complimentary offer, to me, seems like a convenient solution and a lazy one. A more compelling gesture would have been an invitation to return, allowing your establishment to showcase their quality. While appreciated this was a gift refund does little to rectify the overall negative experience. You could have potentially secured a loyal local clientele. I find it off putting that my use of saying s..itty service to the manager (not members) is seen as profanity especially considering it was uttered in a moment of frustration. ————————— I'm truly disappointed with my experience at eforea Spa at Hilton. Despite my husband's thoughtful birthday gift of a spa package, the day turned into a complete debacle. Despite receiving a confirmation message for a 10 am appointment, I arrived at 9:10am and the staff managed to bungle the scheduling, leaving me waiting until 11:11 am without any acknowledgment. The lack of communication and organization was astounding. Even when the mistake was acknowledged, the remedy offered by the manager felt half-hearted, as if my time and patronage were inconsequential. Despite the skill of the massage therapist, the overall experience was marred by constant confusion and neglect. Even after one service, there was no guidance or assistance in transitioning to the next appointment. The final straw came when I was asked if I still wanted a treatment that was supposed to happen an hour earlier, highlighting the staff's complete disarray. She mentioned this appointment was for 11?!? When I spoke to my husband he said did you get the stone, the champagne seaweed scrub that he paid for. Hmmmm no I did not. This was far from the relaxing day I had hoped for; instead, it was a series of disappointments and missed opportunities. I wouldn't recommend this spa to anyone looking for a rejuvenating experience.

I must say this beautiful and very serene spa is located on Hilton Resort grounds. The amenities are endless with soooo much to do in and around the surrounding areas. Once arriving free valet was included in the Spa Package. Once arrived at the front desk the hotel clerk gave us an upgrade to our original package. Then we went down to the lower level to enter the most amazing atmosphere. The young ladies at the front desk of eforea Spa were nice but I didn't catch the name of the two women who assisted with the PERFECT PAMPER! Champagne 🍾 🥂 and wellness water once entering the back, you name it they bring it! The showers, restrooms and massage rooms smelled of lavendar and lemon. The facilities were super clean and QUIET just what we both needed. The daughter and I work sooo hard so we wanted to relax even harder. Soft silence and soundscapes were all in the air❤. Karen who performed some of the BESTEST body work I've experienced in a loooong while had me maxed and relaxed.Also, the facial equally amazing with eye mask to boot. There's also the cutest gift shop as you first walk in. The daughter and I purchased a few items. The spa extends 10% off merchandise with spa packages same day. There's also 21% gratuity you have to pay that isn't included in with the spa package but its worth the great services you receive while here. The best part is they don't run you off immediately after your massage. You can stay as long as you like and enjoy the amenities.It being my birthday weekend I got to spend with my two favs, first half the daughter and I, second half HE and I AWAY!!! eforea being the prerequisite of an EPIC day!

The staff is AMAZING! From reception, hostess to the the Massage Therapist. The establishment is clean, calm and overall relaxing. I've gotten massages in the past and Karen by far was the best. Will definitely return when I'm in the Orlando area. FYI this establishment provides everything from robe, shoes, covers, showers, and hair styling tools.

The only reason why I’m giving it 2 stars is because the massage was amazing but my friends and I did not get the full experience. The steam room was under construction, the pool was closed, and I didn’t get the pool side drink voucher until the bar attendant told us to go back inside for it. I booked the spa for a birthday gift for a friend and the experience was wack!!! First and last time.

Tiffany deserves a raise and all the best things in the world. My friend got us a Groupon for massages as a little treat. I was really just along for the ride but Tiffany was incredible. She listened to my concerns, and went above and beyond during her services. I was expecting a standard 50 min massage but her attentiveness and expertise far exceeded my expectations. I would drive back to Orlando just to book with her again.

Very limited staff and services. Tried to get a pedicure 2 days in advance, no staff available. Tried for a keratin or anti fritz treatment (with high humidity in Florida, thought for sure they would offer that as a service). NO such service available. Maybe it's me, but certainly not what I would consider a high end spa in a high end hotel.

Went with my husband for a couple’s massage and was not disappointed. I recommend Walleska, she was very attentive and knowledgeable.
