This spa is beautiful and the staff is very friendly, but the massage was expensive and disappointing! So sad I really wanted to like it! :(

My entire experience at eforea was a disappointment. While the staff was friendly, the very expensive massage was not worth the price, the locker room emanated a musty stench of rotting food and the showers only provide barely warm water. For the prices charged, I would expect a good smelling spa and amenities, a well-trained staff willing to help (instead of passing the buck). Needless to say, I will not be returning to this Hilton as a hotel guest nor a spa client. Kona Kai is much better and affordable.

The location is great! The services and offerings are awesome. My daughter in law and I did the April specicial, which included a 30-minute scrub and a 50-minute massage for $189!! I had Maria, and walked out of there sooo relaxed, I didnt want to leave. The facility is really nice, but there was a musty smell in the bathroom- which I think they are working on as there was a "pardon our dust" sign. It was a cool, cloudy day, so we didn't eat out by the pool - but the restaurant immediately across from the spa had very, very hood food! Bottom line- I would definitely recommend it.

Do not get a massage!! Sally was my assigned masseuse and was simply going through the motions towards the end of our session. The spa itself is small, clean, and easy to navigate. The steam room is the best portion of the spa. FYI...gratuity is already included.

It is the perfect spa experience. Starting with the receptionist, to the aesthetician to the spa director, everyone was wonderful. The facility is beautiful, with all the right things. It was a tranquil and calming experience.

Really exceptional experience. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The spa locker room was nicely appointed and super clean. Stephanie delivered an incredible facial. She’s very knowledgeable and created a perfect balance of relaxation and keeping me informed of what she was doing. April was at the front desk and was incredibly helpful assisting me with my luggage and so welcoming! Highly recommend!

A lot of places want to upcharge for a couples massage, but that wasn’t the case here. My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves. It was a great add on to our weekend get away and we hope to do it again. Some notes: make reservations (duh), bring your own deodorant (they offer their own but you may prefer yours), make sure you have time surrounding your appointment (they have a sauna and pool access if you want to take advantage). The robe I got was a bit “musty” smelling and I tried to avoid it. Luckily there were plenty of towels. If you have the option I’d recommend picking the longer massage. Overall I plan to go again. This was a great treat to a getaway. Afterward we walked to Seaport Village and got nachos and a Margarita (highly recommend). Staff was welcoming and the facility was clean. Update: My wife and I returned to celebrate our 16th anniversary. Everyone here is still awesome and will be returning. Update #2) They stopped serving macarons. 🥺

EFOREA SPA! An exceptional experience! I regularly have Spa Days and I must say this is at the stop of my list. When I walked through the entryway from the Hilton Bayfront Hotel I felt like I was in a different space. It was Welcoming, Calming, Bright, Airy, and Clean. The provided Robe and Slippers were clean and smelled great. The Locker Room was Neat and Tidy with individual digital coded lock doors. Huge walk in Shower and Steam Room. The Relaxation Room was stocked with Soft Mints, Macarons, Teas, Cucumber, Lemon Water, Fruit, and Champagne. I mean! What else can I ask for! All these +'s before I went back for my session. My massage therapist Daisy was petite but mighty. She listened to my desires and provided a phenomenal service. We had great conversation and my session felt like we were longtime friends. I was comfortable the entire time. My body felt so much better afterwards. I definitely recommend and will personally go back when in San Diego.

This is a beautiful spa, great customer service from the front desk to the massage therapist. One of the top five best massages I’ve ever had in my life, so incredible. Jessica was absolutely amazing massage therapist! I would highly recommend to everybody to please do yourself a favor and get a massage here.

Traveled to SD on business. My back was not feeling good. On the day it started to feel better, it was the calm before the storm and that night, barely slept. I made an appointment as Eforea is in the 1st floor of my hotel. Coming from the east coast, I thought the prices were high, but I was in serious pain and flying back the next day, so I needed it and it was also convenient. In the 6-7 massage therapists that I have had work on me, Dorian at Eforea was absolutely the best. She worked out my giant rock in my back. She was very invasive, in the right kind of way, when she had to be and very gentle as well. She asked questions about me/the pressure and was absolutely phenomenal. I would highly recommend--well worth it!

Great spa, and employees are super talented! Massage and body treatments plus skincare and nails. Stay for hours!!! Located on the first floor, close to the pool which has great views of San Diego bay.. 3 hours of validated parking with any spa service.

I am giving it 4 stars because everything was great except the customer service from Kyrsten at the front desk. We asked for add ons as we were shown the price and what each add on was, we said we did want it had seen the price cause they have them there and she still proceeded to ask if we were sure we still wanted to add because it was $50. As if we couldn’t afford it. Definitely did not like that. Then Did not offer us water at first as we’re walking towards inside she remembers and asks, goes back to get the water. We get our facials done by Carmen which she was great, explained the products she was using. We loved our facial. My friend and I were in the relaxation room waiting for our complimentary champagne and macaroon trays but Kyrsten never came to check up on us see if we wanted anything, nor did she come to offer us the complimentary champagne or Macaroons after our service which is automatic. After 30-40 min of our services the wonderful esthetician Carmen happened to pass by and noticed we hadn’t been offered any of the complimentary champagne or macaroons so she went herself to get it for us. She brought back our champagne and one of the macaroon trays stated they were out but chef was making more and Kyrsten would be bringing it, Kyrsten came and told us the same thing and left but never came back. Her excuse to me was that the chef was backed up and she was running around training someone, I understand all of that but at the least check in and let us know so we won’t be waiting. Once we were checking out getting ready to pay she mentions it when by this time we didn’t even care. We just felt like our experience could’ve been much better had Kyrsten done her job and not gave excuses. It sort of felt like we were being discriminated against by her because all the other people there who were white by the way were getting their extras and being treated very nicely. Will definitely not go back ever again!

My wife and friend went to spa and will never go again Kirsten needs to learn how to work with other ethnic groups other than just white Also beware if your not white they won’t offer you champagne or macaroons which are complementary or water unreal step it up ladies these services are not free
