Good morning Stephanie, I wanted to give you a little constructive criticism about the services yesterday. The quality and outcome of my hair does not equate to the cost that I paid. I do believe you could have done better with the parting and the size of the braids. Now I do understand people are going to charge what they charge and it’s customers choice if they wanted to pay. Everyone deserves a chance and I took that chance with you and unfortunately it did not pan out. I am honestly just giving my opinion and there is no ill feelings.

Thanks for providing a healthy style for my 6 year old's first time press and split ends trim. I have looked at so many salons in and around the Atlanta area and none seemed to provide the traditional service that I was seeking. You definitely came through and we will be back!

I was new to Newnan and my son’s barber recommended her. She is prompt, and her braids are neat. I arrived with my hair shampooed and blow dried and found out that it was included in the service. That’s a bonus considering other places charge you extra!! Prior to braiding I was informed of the extra costs for longer braids, which was fine by me. I will definitely return.

I love Stephanie! I been going to her for the past year and she’s one of few who knows how to properly take care of natural hair, does coloring, braids, etc. She’s also fast and always finish before the end of her booking time! I’ll continue going to her til I can’t anymore!

I requested a Silk Press Stephanie was my stylist and she did a beautiful job. She was prompt, professional. The location is clean and the staff really friendly and fun! I will definitely go back. The only negative is parking the lot is a bit small to support the business in the strip so be careful where you park so you don’t get towed!

I’ve come back 3 times now for the same style! I always get SO many complements on my hair after my visits. The shampoo and conditioning treatment is the cherry on top! I will definitely keep coming back. The passion twists are so neat, lasts, and look so good!

I decided to get mid-back feed in braids. I purchased the hair and when I arrived at the salon I was told (by Stephanie) that the hair I purchased was too long and if she used it, it would be an extra $40. I do not understand why this is not put as a disclaimer on the booking site. A shampoo/blow dry is included in the price. Which is great……if the stylist actually knows how to do hair. She was yanking at my hair with the comb and the blow dryer the entire time. When blow drying, she didn’t part my hair at all…which caused it to be tangled and her have to comb out each little section each time she parted it. Also, when I went to go pay for my braids, there was a 6% service fee which costed $10 extra (once again, it would have been great if this was a disclaimer). As you can guess, I will not be returning to this establishment.

I went in and requested loc extensions and paid 360.00 for this style. I am currently waiting for the stylist to respond to see if she will fix my hair but I am definitely not satisfied with the outcome of my my service.

Stephanie barely spoke 10 words to me during the entire service, she didn't ask how I wanted my hair or the size I wanted my locs, she just started doing them on her own, the locs were neat but my middle part was off centered, she didn't offer me a hairstyle to put my locs into nor did she give me any aftercare instructions. Just wasn't friendly at all. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what but the coldness of her energy definitely flared my anxieties. I will not be returning or referring anyone. Never met a hairstylist of this nature in my life. Hesitated to write this review but it was needed.

I scheduled a appointment to get my dreeds retwisted and my appointment was confirmed, then canceled once I arrived. I had a business meeting and had to do my own hair, it's ok because, I found a cleaner's next door. I left 1 star because that's not professionalism, I understand when you have your own shop, you can do like you want to.
