I get my lash lifts here and they are hands down the GOAT 🙌 They use top quality ingredients and take extra care in their practice. The ambiance is peaceful and clean... The perfect place to pamper yourself. Love it, love it, love it! 💖 10/10 recommend Ekos!

I've been seeing Elizabeth for a few years for pedicures which never disappoint! Lately, I've also had the dermafile facial. I love it, but I also love that it's affordable enough to do regularly which makes a huge difference. But yesterday I had the anti-aging frankincense facial with micro instead of the peel! Oh my goodness!! Elizabeth always makes this a soothing and pampering experience and my skin always looks great. But I was shocked at how much better my skin looked, even the next day, after this treatment. I see a significant difference in the depth of the wrinkles around my mouth and my forehead! Kayla and Elizabeth are just very cool people and being there is always fun too!

I’ve been searching high and low for a salon that offers cruelty free/vegan products and services in Tampa, and the search ended at EKOS! I did Elizabeth’s organic spa package (mani/pedi/facial) and am hooked. Elizabeth and Kayla’s salon is adorable and centrally located in Tampa Heights. They are both so personable and make you feel comfortable and taken care of. I always get complimented on my nails after going. Please go, you won’t be disappointed!

One of my clients recommended this spa. I’m so glad she did! Although the location is just 5 minutes from my home I knew nothing about it! Such a hidden gem! Quaint, nostalgic, and super clean! Elizabeth did an amazing pedicure and facial which was soooooo relaxing it put me to sleep!! My toes feel amazing and so does my face! I felt completely pampered and now I’m hooked! Regular customer I shall be! ❤️❤️

Quiet and clean, very friendly and did a terrific job on my nails and facial. I'm going back for a pedi and wax and will probably look at getting my hair done also. Love that it's cleaner products as minimizing my chemical load is a huge priority for me

Elizabeth was incredibly knowledgeable, excellent at her craft, and very kind. We came in from out of town, and she was easy to get in touch with, and easy to schedule with! I would highly recommend! I never smelled a single chemical while we were there! Her space is lovely, and she is a generous host in her space. Yes, yes, and yes- in my mind an appointment here would always be a good idea.

I have been coming to Ekos Salon for a couple of years and enjoy my time here getting my hair done by Kayla and my nails done by Elizabeth. They are both outstanding. Kayla has a gift with hair color 🥰 Today for the first time, I experienced a facial by Elizabeth. Oh my Goodness! This is the BEST facial I have EVER received!!! Elizabeth truly has the touch. In my opinion, this is an inherent trait, and truly MAGICAL when experienced. I have been to very high end resorts such as the Ritz Carlton, The Breakers and many others all over the world. They do not compare. If you want the same magical experience, come see Elizabeth for a facial 🥰 and Kayla for your hair🥰

i came here with a groupon for a 60 min organic facial and elizabeth was wonderful. the facial was great - my skin feels and looks rejuvenated! she heated the bed and used warm towels throughout. the facial ended with a phenomenal arm and shoulder massage - very relaxing. i am very impressed!
