Ante todo en esa peluquería no se aplica el respeto al cliente la persona. Que me atendió no quiere escuchar lo que él cliente quiere y hace lo que es más fácil para ella pedí unas californianas y no sabia que era le pedí un corte de pelo ne hizo otro . Y para rematar me tiñó el cabello la mascarilla que yo llevaba se ensucio de tinte y me dijeron que no me la quitara que ellos no daban que fuera a una tienda que esta al cruzar la calle y que comprara una yo le dije que no hiria con el pelo lleno de tinte esa creo que necesita higiene los peines llenos de pelos de otras personas sin desinfectante es asqueroso el lugar y además muy mal trato al cliente

I didn’t even get to walk into the place and good thing I didn’t! To preface, my mom is Hispanic but I never learned perfect Spanish, I understand when others speak mostly but I can’t speak well. I called to ask if they did walk-ins and the lady didn’t understand which is understandable in Little Havana, she told me to wait. I wait 5 minutes and another Spanish speaking lady comes on the phone and I ask the same question, she says si to my question. Then I ask if I can come in now and she’s like “¿Qué?” and so in broken Spanish I say “I’m sorry, give me a moment so I can look up the question. Give me a moment.” Just like she made me wait but the only difference is she was impatient and said in a very annoyed voice “Ah caramba!” And not in a cute Bart Simpson way, she was using it in an impatient, oh my god, get on with your question kinda way. It’s hard to think a salon doesn’t have any English speakers. There’s so many English tourist, what do they do?? Mumble Spanish insults thinking their customers don’t understand? How horrible! For such a highly rated place, I expect more from them. If you don’t understand English than give me some time to find the translation and ask. Lost good money since I wanted to do a full acrylic set gel with design and shape but oh well, I guess otros negocios disfrutarán de mi dinero y propina. Gave it two stars since I didn’t actually go and who knows maybe the nails are great while they talk bad about you :)

There is a stylist called Sylvia who is a rude hysterical women .she does not follow appointments she has people waiting over 3 hours and is very rude .don't use her you'll regret it

They are nice and friendly but the products they used are not good I did my hair there and the dye just last two weeks and it wasn't the color i ask for, could it be that the lady who helped us was too busy doing three at the same time

This is the best salon with the most talented, and experienced stylists. I have my favorites, but all are great! You can trust this place for professional and kind treatment. Plus, great results and fair prices. They carry on the reliable, good quality tradition of "Juana."
