The staff is very friendly and knows what they are doing! I experience back pain and I come here to get my massages and it helps tremendously. Also, I got my first facial and my skin is glowing! I absolutely love this place and would recommend to everyone!

Amazing facials and massages. Highly recommend hot stone massage and moisturizing facial. The dry sauna is also nice. Love it here!

I absolutely cannot get over how INCREDIBLE the Bamboo/ Hot Stone Fusion massage was. Are you kidding?! I had never heard of Bamboo massage but think of it like a heated rolling pin and your body is dough. I will absolutely be back and have been telling my entire network about this treatment. Thanks Rita, fabulous work!!

Such a lovely and peaceful space. I was super intimidated about getting my first facial ever, but everyone was so welcoming and RasShahn was so kind and informative about what my skin regimen should be going forward. The products used are so nice that I bought some on the way out and my skin has never looked better.

Been going here about 3 times a week for Finnish Dry Sauna to soothe workout injuries sustained over the years. Got to have that rare experience where every single person at the center including the owners and the therapists are polite and friendly. If you're looking for a spotlessly clean, well-run center to improve on various aspects of your health, this is precisely the place to be.

El Noel and its staff is a rare respite in the city. It is a welcoming and a nurturing environment that I keep coming back too. Ive had multiple deep tissue massages and facials that honestly just seem to get better and better. At my last visit I swear I spent most of the time in emotional purgatory - so relaxed I was between worlds. Love this place and am so grateful that is has spa treatments available at fair prices. Self care/spa experiences can feel very out of reach in this city and El Noel makes me feel like I belong <3

Check-in person was apathetic with attitude and made the welcoming process very unwelcoming. The masseuse seemed to just rub oil and then remove it with a towel repeatedly until time finished. There was no real technique or effort; just basically making the same motions. I had high hopes for this place given the other positive reviews.

Hooked! Had a facial yesterday with Rashahn and am waking up to skin that is still glowing and supple! Thank you thank you thank you! She ensured I understood every step of the facial, why she was doing it and what I need to do differently at home! I’ve never had such a thorough educational experience when having a facial! I will definitely be back with my daughter!

I have been coming to El Noel for a few years for massages and facials. It is a truly special place! Montresa (the spa manager) always makes it easy to coordinate an appointment. She gets to know clients as well which I appreciate so much! I’ve had facials from RasShahn multiple times. She focuses as much on the experience as the education! I’ve learned a lot from her about how to care for my skin. Bibiana is an amazing massage therapist. She always strikes the best balance of pressure. I also love using the sauna after a massage! I cannot recommend El Noel and the people there enough!

I started coming here in July and am so glad I found this wonderful gem of a place. The minute you walk in, you feel an instant sense of calm. The staff are so warm and welcoming, the music is soft and serene and it’s exactly what you should expect from a wellness center. I’ve come here twice now and it’s become my new massage spot. I had the best massage and felt that they really listened to my problem areas and worked on those. You will leave here in a daze, it’s that good! I highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a sense of mental and physical calm. You will be happy you did.

Kind staff work here, and they were helpful in getting me in quickly. However, the massage itself was rough. The therapist didn’t seem to be trained; it mostly consisted of excessive amounts of oil being pumped all over me. The strokes used were intense and ineffective at releasing my fascia. I had to shower after just to be able to get dressed because I was so oily!

I’ve been to A LOT of spas in NY and this is my favorite. The masseuses literally melt away my knots and they have a sauna too that I love using post massage. It’s a hidden oasis and my favorite monthly habit

I went once a while ago, and I was treated with respect. I got a body scrub with heat wrap. I love how considerate the masseuse was of my privacy. She made sure to preserve my privacy by covering me up and preventing slips (not that I would have cared) throughout the entire process. However, she went the extra mile and that helped me feel safe. The ambience was perfect and comfortable. The foot traffic was great and it was quiet enough for me to take a short nap. Do yourself a favor and go to the sauna!

I've had both a wonderful facial and super relaxing massage at El Noel. The esthetician was very informative and took her time to explain things and my skin looked fabulous after. The massage therapist was also excellent. I've enjoyed my time at this spa. I will definitely come back.

This place is a 5-star experience from top to bottom. I have had two facials with RasShahn and will be going back for a third! The interior is very relaxing, and all of the staff are friendly and warm. You get a locker where you can store your things & change into a spa towel and sandals. There is calming spa music playing throughout, and I love sitting in the dry sauna after my facial. RasShahn has given me great advice about my skincare at home between facials.

This place is truly special. I found this spa on classpass but now I know it will be a staple in my personal healthcare routine. I received an incredible massage from Bibiana. I left feeling incredible and was grateful for the opportunity to use the sauna afterwards. I will absolutely be coming back. Wonderful service.

WELL! How have I not known this place existed. FIRST - it is lovely. It is so ...nice - clean, modern tasteful, pleasant, professional, relaxing - can I say more about that? Next - staff so very nice. AND- my service (a scrub) was done very well, with warmed (grit..salt). The shower was fabulous as were the towels and wrap and floor matt (does it seem weird to mention that? NO! because if it had been creepy - well - you know the rest would feel creepy). A rub of oil after the shoer. Lockers, a big glass of water after (no little paper cup), and, well - just: yes yes yes. If you have never had a scrub - jsut do it (skip a massage if you have to - but do it)...and if you HAVE had a scrub - this is the most, I will say it again, pleasant (spa) I have had a scrub in in the greater nyc area. Thank you ladies!
