I had my first appointment with Alexa today, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Alexa really took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered great suggestions based on my hair type. The attention to detail, her professionalism and conversation was impressive. I absolutely love my haircut, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with Brianna for on location bridal party makeup services! We were thrilled with the results and appreciated her professional, calm and fun personality. She arrived to the hotel on time and set up quickly. She worked efficiently and listened to the requests for the makeup application of the mother, aunt and sister of the groom. My daughter, who’s seven, was having her second haircut ever, and her first hair cut with bangs. Alexis did an excellent job and made my daughters experience so pleasant and fun. My daughter couldn’t stop admiring herself in the mirror, and she left with the biggest smile! I immediately booked Alexis for my sons hair cut, he is four. Then moms next! 😊

Once again Anfal makes my day with a fabulous haircut for the start of the Fall season. I am never disappointed after 45 minutes in Anfal’s chair. I am so happy with this second cut that I have decided to take the plunge and schedule a color/highlights appointment with Anfal in a few weeks. I can’t wait!!!!

The salon ambiance, friendly and cheerful hairstylists, pampering and lavender hair treatment and massag are worth every penny. They go above and beyond the standard haircut. They accommodated me in a timely manner even though I randomly walked in while taking a nice morning stroll in Spring Lake.

I unfortunately had a terrible experience with my coloring service. Before my appointment I called and explained in detail what I needed and was told which service to book. I followed their instructions and booked online. While discussing the service at the beginning of my appointment, the stylist asked if I usually used toner at other salons and I said yes. Afterward, the stylist barely spoke to me and didn't take the time to ask about the basics, like which side I parted my hair on or my hair type. I finished in the bowl and she proceeded to cut my wet bangs in the middle and didn't touch the sides/edging even though I specially requested curtain bangs. My hair is curly and needs some product + air dry to style properly, but she just roughly dried some of it to "show me the color" and put zero product in, so I left with straw-textured hair and my natural curls/waves a mess. I went to pay and the price came back significantly more expensive than the quote I got online. When I asked to see a breakdown of the service, they initially just said that they'd send a receipt. I pressed to learn the cost of each individual aspect of the appointment, and they explained I'd been charged an additional $50 for "gloss." I told them I'd never agreed to a gloss/glaze, and they said it was the same thing as toner, which is simply not true. I feel very frustrated in the lack of transparency and poor communication. For $320, I'd expect basic communication and customer service. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Lovely salon. Lovely experience. Staff was very welcoming from Emily, their receptionist, to Sabrina who did a great shampoo and scalp massage, to Angel who was my master stylist. She was so knowledgeable about hair and hair care and did a great cut. My hair looks and feels great. Thank you to all. I’ll be back :)
