Hydrofacial here with the tech I had was rather disappointing. Felt a bit rushed and not very thorough. Other services they offer might be better but I will not be returning for facials. They left a sour taste in my mouth when they charged credit card fee at the end. This should have been communicated when booking so the customer can bring cash if desired. Overall this was a very underwhelming experience for me.

I had a lovely experience receiving a hydra facial. I'd be happy to return in the future if the music had been more relaxing. For me personally, I prefer spa music over pop rock.

Amazing service. I really like my facial. My skin just glow after my facial. Very professional and polite professional. Really nice location near all the nice restaurant. The place is very organized and clean.

I had a wonderful facial at this Spa. The staff is nice and accommodating, on time. The owner is very experienced and knowledgeable. Convenient location, 2 min walk from parking garage.

I honestly don’t know how anyone could walk into this Spa and have a service. I booked a hydrofacial and had to leave. The treatment room, the product containers, equipment and floor were filthy! I asked for my deposit back, 1/2 the cost of the service and the owner said no! Please, please for your own safety do not book a service at this spa.

Fine lines, sun spots and revitalized skin after the BR remodeling facial. A bit smelly … like fried chicken lol, couple zingers and more money than typical facial but its much more than a facial!

Just had the most magical facial experience I ever had here today. I got the BR remodeling facial and it was phenomenal. Firoze is amazing, talented, and very knowledgeable. It was a super relaxing experience and the attention to detail was outstanding. I saw results immediately and my skin was glowing. I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. I can't wait to get another one. It is worth every penny!

Elan Spa is a gem. Firoze is knowledgeable, friendly and experienced. If you read her bio, you will be among some very famous women she has helped achieve beautiful and healthy skin. I can't say enough about my BR remodeling facials. The results are amazing. I've been having these facials consistently for almost two years, along with using BR products and have seen a major change in the quality of my skin. My skin is firmer and plumper resulting in less wrinkles and lines. You won't be disappointed!
