Perfect location, very professional staff & phenomenal service! I cannot sing their praise enough! Brooke is a phenomenal injector and ensured I was comfortable with treatment plan! Didn’t overload on dysport but did just the right amount!

Form the moment I (Lori) walked in I felt welcomed and very comfortable with the staff. The provider (Laura) offered many treatment options but was not pushy with any of them. She provided me with the information needed to make the best decisions for my skin and answered all my questions

I was referred to Elase to receive nose filler, as it’s hard to find someone to do so in Jax who isn’t a surgeon. Kristine was AMAZING. She knew exactly what I wanted/needed before I even told her. She carefully and thoughtfully injected filler to the tip of my down-pointing nose to give it a slight lift, as a nasal valve collapse I had a few years ago has distorted my nose, and now it IS PERFECT. I will be going to Kristine until the end of time!!!

I cannot say enough about the ladies at Elase Avondale! I did so many interviews with injectors before finding my perfect fit with Laura! She’s an NP that has so much knowledge but she also takes pride in her work and takes the baby steps to have you flawless without the “overkill” everyone is so scared of. She has performed Botox and in May she did my lips and I could not be happier! Kelsey is an absolute joy at the desk and Shania is the most attentive GM I’ve ever met! You cannot go wrong at this location! I drive almost an hour to see them!

As a kind of a manly man who’s never really expected to do anything like Botox came into this place not knowing if I was even comfortable actually going through something like this. Laura Lakey and her team made me super comfortable with the whole experience and even though it’s day one already can see the results starting to work! Thank you guys so much

I absolutely love and highly recommend Laura Lakey! She’s truly an expert in her craft and has a way of making me feel completely at ease. I’ve had treatments from other injectors in the past, but my husband and I both agree—Laura’s work is by far the best. The front desk staff is professional and very kind as well. Kudos all around.

I have been coming to this med spa for quite some time. Without a doubt one of the BEST facials each and every time. I cant say enough about the staff. Laurel at the front desk is so sweet and personable. The location is amazing, the place is immaculate and Ashlee is a god send. Its like going to see a group of great friends each time. I leave feeling so rejuvenated! Cheers to Elase! If you are ever in need of a fantastic facial, Ashlee is the BEST!

Love this place. Immediately greeted and welcomed. Brooke provided the education and reassurances needed. I love what she did as an injector and leaned to the conservative until the application could be further assessed in 2 weeks. I will be returning. Exceeded my expectations.

My first time here in Elase in Ponta Vedra. I was on time for my appointment, yet waited over twenty minutes for my technician to show up, and another ten minutes while she got organized. I was quoted two different prices and was charged the higher of the two. The 'first time customer' promotion of $100.00 off facial filler was not honored although I was qualified, never having been to any Elase before. My $1,700,00 quote became $2,200.00 without my authorization. An extra $100.00 was charged to my credit card the next day, again without explanation or my authorization. I have been getting fillers for 20 years, and this was the first time there was no visible improvement at all and I assume they used expired chemicals. Maybe Elase doesn't want to encourage older women to frequent their establishment. They don't have to worry about this old woman returning. I won't. I would rate this ZERO stars, but that isn't an option.

I had a Sculptra treatment with Amy. She is awesome! I have been going to her for 4-5 years now for all my treatments. Very knowledgeable, she is very friendly and will answer all your questions. I highly recommend Amy and Elase spa! Very professional and friendly atmosphere. I’ve been to the one in St. Augustine too and they are great also. You will be in good hands at Elase Spa!

Coming from someone who has never stepped foot in a Med Spa prior… Every experience I’ve had here has been exceptional. I was concerned I would feel out of place in this environment, that maybe I wouldn’t “fit in” but Ashlee and all of the ladies there have been nothing but kind, professional, and accommodating. They’ve ensured time for my appointments among my busy work schedule, inform me of promotions when they arise, offer me a beverage while I wait, and even walk me to my car with an umbrella when it rains. Ashlee goes above and beyond to explain what products she is using, how they will benefit me, and how to care for my skin at home, even going as far as to send me home with some samples. I love seeing the immediate results of the services and highly recommend the Elase team at Avondale.
