Audrey Coleman, PA I had the opportunity to see a PA, Audrey Coleman recently, and I couldn't be more grateful for her help. Despite her busy schedule, she took the time to examine my face after a previous provider made some mistakes. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly calming and attentive. She listened to my concerns, which immediately put me at ease. What impressed me most was her thoroughness in creating a tailored plan to address the issues I was facing. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the next steps. Overall, I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of compassionate and skilled care. Brooke Waters is AMAZING! I have been receiving laser treatment at a major competitor for years. So I am comparing my experience with Brooke to previous years of experience with electrolysis/laser hair removal.. Not only is Brooke gentle, informed, professional, and absolutely thorough with everything she does, but I NEVER feel as if I’m being misled or misguided with my treatment. This woman is incredibly in tune with each individual need and desire I had, and she will tell you what the plan is with a reasonable expectation. I walked in looking for 1 laser touchup treatment, as I was displeased and fed up with the previous treatment I had at ideal image, and I walked out buying three packages. Brooke uses top-of-the-line equipment. Most of these other laser facilities that pop up randomly do not use the laser that Brooke uses, the providers at competitors, such as ideal image, are literally rude and have in fact burned my face, which was a terrible experience… Additionally, they flat out refused to give me an appointment before 4 1/2 months elapsed. I stopped going to ideal image bc of this and have now purchased all my packages at ELASE because of Brooke. Elase is beautiful, very aesthetically pleasing. The concierge and ladies upfront are so kind & pleasant. Everyone there is very professional, skilled, and the ambience is top-tier. However, if not for Brooke, I probably would’ve just purchased 1 touchup treatment that day and left, but because of the level of care and knowledge she displayed, I am now a lifelong customer! I just want to say if you need any laser treatments, Brooke Waters at ELASE Medspa- Town Center location, should definitely be your go to. Initially I went to ELASE for the free one time laser treatment session and consultation they offer online, again, and I left a satisfied customer. Great experience, thank you Brooke! Thank you ELASE! I am so extremely pleased with everything, including the price… I would recommend the town center ELASE location and Brooke Waters to any person looking for laser treatments! I am certain he will leave as satisfied as I did.

I am obsessed with this place! Everyone is so warm and welcoming. Everyone is so knowledgeable and answers all my questions in a refreshingly transparent way. Cannot recommend Elase enough!

Avoid this place at all costs. I went here three months ago for filler and was talked into doing Dysport instead, which I had several times in the past without incident. The injector ran out of product near the end and had to go back to mix up more. The injection sites she did after mixing had a severe reaction that has spread all over my entire face. After extensive medical testing ruling out an allergic reaction, autoimmune issues, and any basic infection, it is the consensus of the doctors that when she mixed the second batch it was either mixed with something it should not have been mixed with or with something that was contaminated. I have completely lost my quality of life due to this incident and have no idea what she used and am still suffering to this day with swollen glands all down my jaw and neck and red inflamed skin all over my entire face. Do not go here, it is not worth the risk.

I went here for PDO threads and I have a scar and permanent dip/depression above my left eyebrow. She told me I wouldn’t have any lasting marks, but also I’m not sure why it wasn’t hidden in the eyebrow as is more common? She tried some new or different method with me and I didn’t get a discount or consent to be a guinea pig.

Laura is amazing. The Botox was PAINLESS, my lips look perfectly even (which I always have a problem with) and i have no bruising! I will be returning here from now on for all of my treatments.

Purchased 10 sessions of Emsculpt NEO. Jana is wonderful to work with on the very interesting process. I’m looking to lose a couple of inches and tighten my abs. Everyone here is very nice and they provided a nice discount on multiple sessions. I’m very happy with my decision to visit Elase.

The staff and providers are all very nice and make you feel comfortable. Angie was great and went over everything before she did it. She put me at ease, as I was a little anxious. I already have another appointment scheduled to return and look forward to continue working with them.

All members of the Elase team was professional, friendly and helpful. Amanda was my service provider and she is the best I’ve ever had. Not only is she friendly and addresses any concerns or questions you may have, but she is impeccable in delivering service. Her knowledge is beyond limits, and I so appreciate that she takes the time to explain in detail every part of the procedure.

I’ve been to several different providers at this location and they are all different in their own way. I can’t recommend Stephanie enough tho, she always listens and helps with making the right decision on what is needed depending on your needs. She doesn’t over - recommend. I can’t say enough good things about this place and I’m so happy to have found them since moving here.

Okayyyyyy, you guys!!! From the moment you walk into Elase you feel elegant and very high class!! I was met by the most gracious receptionist and she offered me a drink of my choice while I waited. Steph is my injector and I LOVE HER!!!! She’s 1/2 of the “Tox twins” and they are just the sweetest and most professionals girls ever! I’m so thankful I was introduced to Steph! She made sure I felt comfortable my first time getting Botox and it was quick, painless and I love my results. She lets me decided how much I wanted to do and just made me feel very valued and heard! Horrible just drove 2 hours for injectable appointment had an appointment at 2:30 They call me at 2:00 pm telling me that they can not see me … the person I was scheduled with was sick and if I could reschedule UNBELIEVABLE!! No way to run a business
