Lauren has become my one and only hair care professional! She always creates an experience when you have your hair done. I could not be happier with my extensions (which she has done several times over) but she also manages to squeeze my kids into her schedule too! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I just want to say thank you so much Chastity for my haircut. I love it. I moved to Louisville in 2014 & for the first time since, after trying many salons & hairdressers that screwed up my haircut everytime, I finally feel like I have found an awesome hairdresser. Chasity listened patiently, gave me a really nice cut, very friendly & I loved that she was focused on the cut. I am very happy & will definitely be going back to Chasity. Thank you again Chasity.

My favorite stylist retired so I tried to find a new one. The reviews at Elations Salon were great so I felt good about making an appointment there. When I met the stylist she was nice, but I did notice right away little things that concerned me. The curling iron looked worn and stained - not necessarily unclean, but it did make me think twice. The workstation was kind of cluttered - all of the styling wands looked older. She immediately started pinning my hair up to color before we even finished talking about what style I wanted. I felt she hurried through the discussion session. The hair color ended up great. But....my hair ended up much shorter than discussed (a little below chin level instead of below shoulder length). When I got home I realized hair color was all over the back of my shirt (I texted the stylist and I was able to get the dye out). We did decide on some layering, but it is very uneven and much more than I thought we talked about. My cousin, who is a retired hair stylist evened the hair cut up for me since one side was longer than the other. I'm hoping the stylist had a bad day or that there was miscommunication. My hair has never been shorter than it is now - I can't even pull it back. I'm very disappointed but will accept some of the blame for maybe not being more descriptive. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted and got nothing like what I showed her. I'll not be going back.

Kristen is so nice and no matter how long it's been since I've been there, she always remembers what we talked about last and remembers my daughter and asks about her. It means a lot. Won't go anywhere else!
