I went to get my hair trim I gave instructions how much to cut with a bit layers. The hairstylist took it upon herself to cut more than what is told and let alone uneven worst stylist ever. Fui a cortarme el pelo, le di instrucciones sobre cuánto cortar con un poco de capas. La estilista se encargó de cortar más de lo que se dice y mucho menos la peor estilista de la historia.

Mala esperiencia deje Ami niña por un tinte que quería y ledije ese no es el color y medijo porque nole le abian decolorado el pelo dije bueno ahora boy yo y enrrealidad me decoloraron el pelo pero el color no rresulto para nada loque yo pedí

I have been going to elda's for about 10 years now and have always been treated with the upmost respect. and I have never been disappointed with any haircut that I have had wether it be Elda or any other hairstylist I have always been satisfied with the end result.

Total disappointment. Offered me a touch-up on my highlights after i asked her to redo my highlights .. I paid Maria 60 bucks(keep in mind it took very little time to retouch this small area) all she did was dab a lil dye on the top of my head..then told me to come back in a couple of months bc she thought it was to soon to redo my highlights and she would only charge me another 55bucks to finish and redo my highlights later..that was the understanding..I came back and her story changed. . Wanted to charge me another 120 to redo my hair.. She said she charges 55 to retouch. I never would have retouch my hair if I had known this. She just lied to make 60 bucks .such a waste of money. I don't mind paying but don't say one thing then change it.. This was the second time I had been there. Never again!

Pues fui hacerme rayos y solo los hizo en los lados donde me los podía ver, llegue a casa y me mire al espejo porque ni eso me dio para que yo me checara allá, y no tenía nada en la parte de atrás y le pregunté y me dijo si no te gusto ve a otra parte donde te guste. Ya cuando había pagado la suma que me pidió

Small parking lot nowhere to really park if they have more than three customers. It's really difficult to get into the driveway. And one of the workers messed up my son-in-law's hair by not paying attention to what he said and how he wanted his hair. Main issue is no parking and their workers don't listen
