I’ve been going for nearly two decades! Even after moving and living away for 8 years I still return. Not only is the staff great, you can make appointments online. I am the basic blowout girly and Lily hooks me up. The heat is intense but the beauty after is worth it. They really care about the health of your hair and that’s most important.

I have been here before and the girl that did my hair was great figured I would go back. I went back for a wash and cut I had Lily, I told her what I wanted, take the length and long layers and showed her a picture of the bangs I wanted. She didn’t even look there is NO face framing they are straight across they are so SHORT I look ridiculous when she said they would touch my eyebrows.my hair is uneven my right side is shorter then my left I am very upset the short side has all the layers while the longer side is just long! I am so disappointed she kept mentioning how thick my hair was but took 10 minutes to cut my hair didn’t even show me in the mirror after she was done nothing….so when I got home I looked in the mirror. I started to cry I go on vacation in less then a week and now I have to pay to get it fixed somewhere else.

I travel all the way from Kissimmee to come and see Nuri at Elegant salon my experience it is wonderful. I was a hairdresser for 25 years but I can’t do my hair any more , and I had to say that I love coming here thank you for taking care of me , I am very special with my hair but I have found Nuri , she has definitely fulfilled all the expectations Thank you for all you do to my life.You are blessing.

I’ve been coming to Elegance Hair Salon for 8 plus years, and it always feels like visiting family. I recently had a blow-dry, with Lilly, and, as always, the experience was great! The staff is so friendly and professional, and they make me feel welcome every time. The salon is clean, beautiful, and has a nice, relaxing atmosphere. I’m always happy with the results and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great service in a comfortable and clean setting!

Terrible experience 😪 I told the hairdresser that I needed some layers on the front( around my face area) and a trim on the edge, I even showed her a picture of what i wanted, but what did she do??? She took her scissor and without wetting my hair at all decided to start chopping my hair. I asked her if she wasn't going to wet it and her response was: I know what I'm doing, I've been doing this for a long time, so I say to myself, ok she is the professional. Btw, I mentioned her in the beginning that due to my severe disability I wasn't able to use the hair blower at home, so I needed a very easy to take care of kind of haircut. By the time she finished, my hair looked like someone got a machete and CHOPPED random pieces of my hair. I was in shocked 😱 she then proceeded to use the hair blower to show me that it was fine; it was a disaster, another lady came to try to save my hair. She then cut more of my hair trying to fix it. All I wanted was to get the h____l out of there, and then they charged me 30.00 for it. A good word of advice to the hairdresser; don't brag about how good you are, wait for others to compliment your work, humbleness goes a long way. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE.

This is my second time here and Lily is great. She cuts my hair exactly how I want it. Lily is very nice and sociable, easy to talk to. This is my place, love it.

If they think you don’t speak Spanish the stylists gossip about you while you get your service done. I was very disappointed with the things they said about me and I won’t do business with people like that anymore. There are plenty other salons full of hard working people who would actually be kind to you and give quality customer service- even if you don’t speak the language. I’ll never forget how this salon staff made me feel and I hope they learn that there is more to life than petty gossip.

Based on the reviews below I scheduled appointment with Lily. I had an ok experience with her. Had to guide her to get the right look even then there were long pieces here and there. Overall, I would not return to this salon again.

I went to get a hair cut here after I read thru the reviews. Hair stylist Lily didn't do a good job. She doesn't know how to cut bangs at all. They are all uneven. I need to go get them fixed somewhere else now.

For over 20 years I have known Maria (Nuris) and her professional skills and techniques had overpassed other hairstylists. I consider them, Maria, Yoly, Lily, and Anairis part of my family, and they are all great stylists!!

Go see Lily!!! Most people hate going to the dentist but I hate getting my hair cut. I walked in very anxious and nervous as most of the time I hate how my hair looks after it’s cut but I couldn’t be more happy. I showed Lily pictures of what I wanted and she couldn’t have done any better. she was super sweet and calmed my nerves. I got exactly what I wanted! She was truly amazing and for the first time I love my hair after getting it cut! Go see Lily if you want your hair done right!

I have been in Orlando for 8 years now after moving to the area to attend UCF and this is still the only salon I go to. Ms Lily always does an amazing job and my hair is as soft and healthy as every. I recently got color done and I couldn’t be happier with how it came out! Subtle enough to be professional at work but very vibrant in the sunlight! If you are looking for an affordable salon to get silk presses, color, or practicality anything else I can not recommend Elegance enough!

I have driven by this hair salon for years abs it wasn’t until 6 months ago that I decided to check it out. I logged on to the website and read Lily’s bio and decided to schedule an appointment, the best decision I have ever made. She has years of experience, patient, and knowledgeable. I can sit down and give her an idea of what I want and she is able to do just that. She has great suggestions and my hair always comes out looking fabulous. I’ve done color, keratin, haircuts, and even brought my mom to get her hair done with Lily. If you want great service, and come out looking like a million bucks, you need to call and schedule your appointment with Lily, Now don’t wait too long cuz sometimes she is super booked, You won’t regret it!,

Joli was great ! My daughter and I got a hair cut and blow dry. We both like it. She worked in a fast speed. It was great for us to be in and out both of us done less than 1 hour an half. I will certainly reschedule with her for more services in the future.

Lele is thee best with natural hair! Wash, blowout, and curls all within 1hr 10 mins. Very friendly and reliable. Book with her =)
