I have been attempting to book an appointment at this salon for the past few days, but unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. The staff consistently informed me that they were busy and overbooked, which was inconvenient, but it was the owner's response that truly disappointed me. She made an inappropriate comment about the cost of the service, which was both unprofessional and uncalled for, especially as a new customer. Furthermore, it appears that the salon is consistently understaffed, and the overall demeanor of the staff was not welcoming or courteous. After waiting patiently for five days to secure an appointment, I was then told that they could not provide the service I was looking for.

I've been going to Nilo place since 2017 and I will never have anyone else do my hair or lashes or my eyebrows but her! Super friendly and sweet and highly recommend! She's very busy as she's in high demand, which should tell you everything!

It's really hard to find a hairdresser who can work with any type of hair but this place has a hair stylist Xylana and hands down she is very knowledgeable and great at what she does. I have 4c type hair (natural) and she made it amaaaaaazing. All the other stylist are great here too for your other beauty needs I.e lashes eyebrows and whatever they are doing in the private rooms... People always walk out of the smiling. I have been coming to this place for over 2 years to Nilo. The hairstylist sealed the deal.

Nilo Shohreh, I feel sad for you! When I came into Elegance Lash & Brow Salon today I waited for customer service for an extended period of time. Place was empty and help was no where to be found so I waited and waited. While Elegance Lash & Brow Salon appeared to be pretty it was empty and I felt like I was home alone. You eventually came to the front of Elegance Lash & Brow Salon and you continued to be less than honest to the point I had to tell you that the call from last night was recorded then you appeared startled after being less than honest with us. You post about other businesses under a false name and you lie. Lets put it in the public what happened. Based on your attempts to get all the product free you lied in your first post and made knowingly false statements like you threatened last night you would. Just mean! You told me to prove that you lied and I told you when talking the calls were recorded and you can listen. Then you made edits because it appears Nilo Shohreh, in my opinion, has difficulty being honest. You told me and or your husband, Vahid Shohreh, that your family comes here often and your husband - a wonderful man - had a lot of praise for us. Maybe learn from him as it appears your an angry person wanting to beat us up to make yourself feel good. Your husband could not have been any nicer of a person. He felt bad by your behavior and was so friendly. He is a real person and I really enjoyed his extended visit. He is a smart guy who certainly deserves good and maybe better. Regardless of Nilo Shohreh's lies and untruthful post, I made myself crystal clear last night that I would get into my car and personally hand deliver product to her home. Twice I made the offer and four times I said I was sorry but she refused my offer and instead elected to yell at me like if I was her son. Just mean! What part of that is poor customer service is beyond me. Nilo Shohreh, we really hope you can get over your anger. In sum, Nilo Shohreh it would be nice if you were honest with the public, that you give your husband, Vahid Shohreh, a huge hug from us as we love him, and that given you stated today you did not want the gift card we will void it and instead donate it. Nilo Shohreh, we wish you only the best and hope you are able to get your anger under control. Life is to short. Smile. Be happy. Btw earlier today Nilo stated she was going to remove the post but in yet another lie she merely edited it while in our opinion it is untruthful. While we believe there is nothing we can do to make Nilo Shohreh happy we felt Vahid Shohreh, her husband, was very happy. We thanks Vahid Shohreh for being a great person. Thanks!

Updating my review since the stylist I used to go to at Elegance Lash and Brow for haircuts and brow waxing is no longer there. The salon has a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

I had never experienced lashes like this before so I was a little concerned. Nilo was fantastic! She explained the entire process and put me immediately at ease. I even fell asleep while she worked! I have gone back for fills and couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Elegance and Nilo!

I've been a client for 3 years, probably 4 now, and I've always been satisfied with Nilo's work. She's done my lashes all these years and I would leave satisfied every time. Recently, I got the procedure for powder brows done, and was also satisfied with the results. If you're in the area and need a brow wax, haircut/style/color, and debating on if you should try out elegance lash and brow.....DO IT!! well worth it. - Vanessa S

She did amazing!! She threaded my eyebrows, shaped them, and filled. It’s a new type of henna filling that she does, too. I will definitely be back! Wish I had taken a before and after! I was nervous at first to leave my eyebrows in the hands of someone I hadn’t been to before, especially because I’ve never had them filled. So glad I did!!

Still raving about this place two weeks later. Nilo Shohreh the owner and one of the artists worked on my eyebrows and lashes. I like to be low maintenance and hardly wear makeup so I came to get my eyebrows shaped and colored. I have naturally blond eyebrows and lashes so I figured if I dyed them, that might look really nice and natural and they would be visible at a distance! I got my eyebrows and eye lashes dyed as well as my eyebrows and upper lip threaded! Nilo was so friendly and joyful and very good at what she does and I will definitely be returning!

The lovely lady who owns the place is kind, and so skilled her threading doesn't hurt. I go nowhere else for brow and lash tint. When she's finished, I feel like a whole new woman!

The only place I'll trust to get my brows done from here on out! I have thick eyebrows and like to keep them pretty full. I often find places like to take a little too much off, not the case with this place, the owner always does an amazing job in a matter of minutes.

While visiting in Dallas from Seattle, needed a fill. Stopped in, no appointment and Nilo took me at the end of that day. My only regret is that she is in Dallas and not Seattle, she would definitely be my lash person. Very pleased. She was professional, quick and lashes looked great. Thank you Nilo, will for sure be back to see you next time I am in Dallas. Let me know if you decide to move to Seattle:)

I love this place!!! Nilo has helped me with tanning, eye brows and dying my lashes and she is a perfectionist! I love coming because the service is always top class, fair prices and it's very clean. When I leave I feel more beautiful than before!

Professional staff, elegant ,modern and organic environment! Reasonable fees! Ask for Nilo! she is lead of her salon and doest best lash extension there ! The other stylist who her name is Olivia did not do a good job on my lashes! But Nilo fixed it:)
