I stopped by today for a last minute manicure. Jady was amazing!! She took care of me & my daughter. Very friendly, very professional. I hadn't been here in a while because of a bad experience before. I'm glad I chose to give them another chance. We loved our nails.

I will never come back here. Got a gift card for my birthday. Went in 2 people in the whole place I waited over an hour to get service. The Lady was rude non conversational, never looked at me, when I went to pay she got pissed I paid w gift card left her 25% tip. I thanked her and said Thank you (waited for a response) I then said" I'll come back" she didn't even look at me and in a cold voice said " GOOD BYE".!!!

I always come to this salon. Great people. Only place I will get my eyebrows done! They always do an excellent job on my nails & pedicure as well. I highly recommend this place!

Very clean and nice staff. Wife took us to get pedicures and we will definitely start going here! Nothing was rushed which is a nice change from other “turn and burn” salons.

Very bad customer service. The man who was doing my nails mid way thru them got up to smoke a cigarette and didn’t even wash his hands afterwards. My nails were not shaped the way I wanted them to be at all. Do not recommend this place.

Do not go to this place!! They don’t know what the heck they are doing. My 5 year old can do better nails. Very rude and disrespectful. The woman that’s there makes comments about every customer that walks out.

First. I was happy that I could just walk in and was seen right away on a Sunday. However I was shocked that there were maybe 4 words spoken to me. I had two different people working on me one for my toes and one for my hands. I don't understand how a gel pedicure, and a gel with almond shape tips came out to $111.00 !!!!!! I'm not going back due to lack of transparency of what was costing me.

Horrible service worst ever!! The 2 male employees had no clue what they were doing!! All I wanted was a nice birthday pedicure which turned into a disaster!!! I wanted a simple green and red and silver candy cane stripe on my 2 big toes and he had no idea what he was doing. Painted my big toe green first of all then realized he did wrong then painted white over my green polish. Then told him nevermind to take it off and just paint it red after being there for almost 2 hours. In the process cut my toe made it bleed with his Dremel tool. My daughter wanted a simple red with a simple white ornament on big toes and looked like a big blob, her ties were white not red, TERRIBLE NEVER GO THERE

I have giving this place 3 tries. What a waste of money! There’re rude and do not do there're job right. Insanely overpriced just a horrible business. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere and save your money.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! The woman that works there in the first chair is so rude and unprofessional. I waited an hour before I got my pedicure done then the guy went to lunch and left me sitting at his table for 40 minutes. When he got started on my nails he did the acrylic then left me there to go do another customers nails. At that point I was there over 3 hours so when I got up to pay for my pedicure the woman rushed at me the man was holding her back she was screaming that she was going to chop off my nails. A customer that was there stood up for me and the woman told her to leave and her nails were half done. I’m disgusted how this woman treats customers she needs to be fired!!

Lady is rude very unprofessional if you want to get physically assaulted go there, a client had a altercation with the lady and lady disrespected and was so aggressive towards her.

My first complaint is we asked for black polish and as soon as we walked outside it is blue. My nails are not the right shape. They are different. They didn't paint to the edges. There is a smudge where he couldn't get the nail art right. They upgraded my nail polish without asking and claimed I said I wanted it. No prices are posted in the salon and the prices on their website are wrong.

It started out that I had to wait 25 minutes before I got services done then I got the pedicure 1st which was good and then I got a fill on my nails However they don't have regular nail Polish everything is to buy up for the gel nails if you dont have any regular nail Polish then the gel nails should not be a buy up because that's all you have to offer. The staff was friendly enough And there is no posted signs anywhere of how much the services cost so everything is just random by whoever says what it costs

My mom and I have been regular customers here since we moved nearby (about 2 years). We've never had a bad experience! The staff are friendly and willing to talk/joke with us. We get gel manicures and the occasional pedicure. The manicures are always clean and last about 2 to 3 weeks for us working gals. We go in expecting to wait (they usually have us sit in a massage chair while we do) as they only have 2-3 techs at a time, but it is always worth it! We're typically there for an hour or two depending on the wait. We go to relax and have a good time, not rush out.

This place used a Dremel on one big toe to remove thick nail polish. When that nail grew out, it was infected with fungus. Beware. Their tools are not fully sanitized.

Very bad job my nails faded the same day I did them the next day I went instead of removing the nail polish they only used a similar color and patched the nail terrible job
