Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. Despite mentioning multiple times in multiple ways (to someone who doesn't understand the language) that the pressure was too hard, it wasn’t adjusted, which caused more pain than relaxation. Additionally, they charge an extra $2 for card payments, had to pay twice on at the beginning which is the full service fee and later for the tip. To top it off, there was pressure to leave a tip as per their standards and not based on how you felt about the service, it was very felt uncomfortable. Overall, not a relaxing or enjoyable visit.

DO NOT GO HERE My masseuse was ok but didn’t speak a word of english which is no problem, in the middle of a massage she walked away and I was like am I supposed to leave? What’s happening then came back after a couple of minutes. the place is so gross, they charge you prior to going in so you don’t know what you’re dealing with but I’m so disgusted and congested from all the dust and mold and everything that was in it. I am about to take a Clorox shower I’m so grossed out. Didn’t even ask me which part I need them to focus on. People seem to be so cold, rude and constantly speaking another language. The place smelled so freaking bad, didn’t even feel like you were in a massage place, toilet smells better than this place. Look at that carpet! Gross and what’s up with them fingering your ears. Never had that massage done I hope I don’t get an ear infection. Close your spa this should be illegal. Change your carpet and use good smelly oils not a vegetable oil. I’m so done!

Had to write one!! After 90mins massage, I felt much better. Feeling 20 years younger. They are all professional. Very clean and relaxing spa experience.

My husbandand and i went to this place last week. We went there a little bit late. The front desk lady, she is very kind. They gave us a couple room, which is clean and comfortable. Masseurs are really profesional, they asked what kind of massage we want before we started it. They also gave us free hot stones for 90mins.My husband and I really enjoy the time there. We will definitely be back again!

This was not a massage. It was someone rubbing your back for 120min. I still have pain and the knots are still there. I will be contacting my bank for a refund.

3 stars for the massage. 1 star for what happened after. I’ll be nice and offer two stars in aggregate. Won’t be coming back though. We went for a couples massage and had a decent massage. My therapist was not as well trained as previous sessions and massage was more brute force and movement rather than understanding where the pressure points are. Think vaguely pushing your muscles from the top rather than getting fingers into the crevices to release tension. We usually tip $20 at the end but this time I happened to have exactly $17 of cash on me. I almost never have cash so I gave them this, as this place charges you $2 fee to use a credit card - in fact they charge you the fee twice! Once at the start when you pay the full price and then charge you a fee again if you use card to pay the tip. Nickel and dime at its finest. Literally got to pay a fee to pay a tip over a price that I already pay (which also incurred a fee to pay). So anyway, back to the cash situation. The therapist and front desk pushed the cash back at me and demanded $20 minimum per person. So a $40 tip for a $180 session that wasn’t amazing. I wasn’t enthused by how the tip is mandatory. Tip should be based on service quality. It wasn’t great service but thought I would be polite. But apparently not enough for these folks. If they want a mandatory tip, they should increase the prices and pay the staff more. This tipping culture is getting out of hand and basically bait and switch with lower prices at the door. I offered my cash again as I was getting annoyed they keep demanding more money. They didn’t take it and kept demanding more. So I walked. $0 tip it is then. They chose that. Not me. We bought ourselves a quick lunch with the $17 at the Whole Foods down the street. It was delicious.

Amazing place!! Specially Bonny is amazing! I got my Swedish massage from her. She was extremely friendly, and massaged my back so well. She is knowledgeable enough as she pointed out that I have a stiff back due to sitting longer hours. Highly recommend her. Will definitely visit here again

Best experience with message for great prices, I went there many times during my pregnancy. I think many bad reviews I read are either very old or not at all accurate. They treat you very well and tip is similar to other places. They deserve to receive a good tip for their awesome job. The atmosphere is relaxing and the place is clean up to standards

Great experience! Environment was clean and relaxing. My masseuse was professional and attentive to my preferences. The prices were competitive and it was my pleasure to provide a well-earned tip. Place is very busy, best call and make reservation. I walked in without appointment and they politely accommodated me in 15 minutes.

The massage was good, was relaxing, the masseuse applied just the right amount of pressure as not to hurt me. But I went in for a Ashiatsu massage where I was under the impression the masseuse walked on the body , working on pressure points with her feet. Even though I asked if I was getting an Ashiatsu massage, her response was not clear and continue to massage with her hands. As mentioned before, the massage was good, but it was not Ashiatsu.

Yesterday I went here for a one hour body treatment which was super relax and professional on my all the paint points. Their environment was also very clean and comfortable with the private room. Fair price and the professional massager. I will highly recommend everyone to try their service. Will definitely come back here routinely.

Had a great massage 💆🏻‍♀️ today from Alice. Was in a lot of pain and discomfort, Alice’s technique & professionalism was a plus 10. Have been before, would definitely recommend to friends & family. This place and staff were clean, kind, courteous and very professional. Will be back.

I had a 90 min massage w Bonnie. They did not change the massage table linens & face holder and I got a huge eye infection from the cloth on the face holder being dirty and the opening rubbing against my face. I was concerned that they didn't have disposable tissues for the face holder but I assumed wrong that they cleaned between customers. Its been 1 week and my eye is still swollen, red, fluid underneath and in a bag, with a bacteria infection. Photos are 4 days after. Symptoms developed that evening. Beware.

Masseuses don’t even know how to perform a massage. Their techniques are very unprofessional and lacking of training. It’s very disappointing. Moreover, they charge us $10 more tips. Very unpleasant experience. 这家店手法非常不专业，技师完全不知道怎么按摩！我们要求多给左肩按摩，但按摩师一直在按右边。头部和颈部的按摩也十分敷衍，像是随便糊弄几下就完事的样子。技师推完精油就直接走人了，身上的精油没擦干还粘着布，感觉非常不舒服。最后，我们勉强付了10%的小费，但前台居然还要求追加10刀的小费。这服务太糟糕了，以后再也不来了。

Place is clean. Before we went in for 90 minutes session, we asked specifically if hot stone was included since it says on the brochure at the front desk that it was included and the front desk lady said yes. Then after the session I didn’t get my hot stone and asked my masseuse about it she just said sorry they didn’t have it and she forgot … by then I was a little confused so went to ask the front desk lady she said “ oh if you want it you have to request it and let the masseuse know” but if it says included why would the customer have to request??? And why didn’t she mention that upfront? We felt like it was a scam and seems fishy. Plus I was cold the whole time in the room, my husband’s massage was just so so… lots of just rubbing, not so much deep tissue like we had requested. Not going back again. Plus the price is not even correct on their brochure, the price has increased but beware because they will not honor whatever they advertise.

This is my go to place for getting a massage. I tried several therapists and they were all good. I always call them before I visit. They're very responsive and usually accept me even the last minute appointments requests.
