I had a terrible experience at this place. The technician was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn’t follow basic hygiene practices, didn’t apply powder before threading, and didn’t have a mirror for me to check my brows. After finishing, she didn’t even apply a soothing gel. To top it off, she charged my card with a tip without asking me. Completely unacceptable.

I have been coming to this location for a couple of years now and Nital always does a great job! She has the best attitude and skill, makes you want to come to this location everytime! Thank you for the amazing work always! Highly recommend this spot!

Don't listen , I grew my eyebrows out and tried to explain I wanted them cleaned up only. Keep saying she know , she know. She didn't. Changed the shape of my thick brows.

I've been getting my eyebrows done here since the age of 18! I'm almost 30! I highly recommend them for their kind, professional, and punctual service. I live in Brooklyn and I still take the trek every two weeks to Manhattan to get my eyebrows done here. They have all my trust lol.

Don't bother going here if you are blonde or light brunette and they will match your hair color no matter how many times you tell them you want them to use dark brown. Literally they used the wrong color the first time and so i said no please do it again with the dark brown. They didn't they did it with the light brown again for longer. Then they tried to convince me it looked better this way. Im going to need to use a brow pencil still so it looks like i have eyebrows. I didn't have time for them to do it a third time . Also their application is sloppy so they will leave your skin tinted.

Disgusted to find out the lady was using the same disposable eyebrow wand on multiple clients . The brush was filled with all types of eyebrow hairs - straight, curly. It was disgusting. The service was rushed and the unfortunately the shape of my brows were not good. I left from threading with my brows burning and itchy which is super uncommon. Really displeased with this service. She had the nerve to tip herself after finishing off my Apple Pay transaction You’ll see in the picture that it looks like I didn’t do anything to my brows.

DONT COME HERE - the RUDEST AND WORST place I ever went for eyebrows!!! I went to this lady’s salon last week, she’s unbelievably unfriendly. I called her - she picked up and hung up while I was still talking. Didn’t say goodbye. My eyebrows were plucked in an unclean manner, a lot of hairs were forgotten I had to go home and finish it myself. She makes you give her a tip by making you uncomfortable. When you check out she asks you “how much tip do you want to give me?” There’s no option to tap, you have to tell her. She was unbelievably unfriendly and her work was terrible so I didn’t want to tip but I did because I felt forced into doing so. Never again!

Great service! I was a walk in and they helped me immediately. It was $10 for eyebrow threading, including $1 service fee. Tip is extra. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. My eyebrows look and feel great! The location is just opposite The NY Times building.

I Just did my full body wax and eyebrow here, I had very full and thick eyebrows, she just messed my eyebrows shape and made it look very worst by over plucking them. And when I told her she was just trying fool me by saying that my eyebrows were already sparse. I almost cried looking the shape of my eyebrow. She seemed very unprofessional. She even did not waxed properly. Very disappointed. And the owner even did not give me any compensation but just tinted my eyebrow and now it looks more horrible. The owner herself told me that she was a new staff. And I figured out that she was just training her. I had never had such bad experience before. Worst experience.

Extremely disappointed with the service. Explicitly said how I wanted my eyebrows to remain thick and they have been butchered. Was told that she had only removed the excess hair, but they’ve literally halved in size.

I don’t know what has happened to this place now - the earlier staff is no longer there and the person currently running it ruined my eye brows. She doesn’t put in any effort I had to tell her 5 times in which places she has left hair on. On top of that she forced me to add a 20% tip when i absolutely did not want to. Never coming back.

I was a little nervous coming here because of the bad reviews but I had a good experience. I was looking to walk in somewhere on new years eve and they took me in right away. I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted and I liked them, the threading was painless and theyshaped them and kept a lot of the thickness which I liked!

Lady waxed someone then didnt even bother washing her hands to do my eyebrows. Made me wait 15 min, I asked can my boyfriend to use the bathroom since he was waiting for me, she told me yes but said no when he went in. This is ridiculous.

Went there for the 1st time since it had great reviews. I asked for just the excess to be threaded and I'm so unhappy with how I ended up. My eyebrows are naturally thick, now they're so thin I look like I am back in the 90s! I've never had to fill my own eyebrows in my life and I'm gonna have to do that until they grow... really disappointed
