They are polite and really pay attention to my needs and preferences. They will not try to over sell you like other places. I’m 66 but seriously no one believes me. The ladies here keep people guessing.

I LOVEEEEE this place. I have PCOS along with brown skin. Due to these 2 circumstances, I have struggled to find effective hair removal options. From embarrassing and painful waxing attempts to treatments that remove ZERO hair, I have been there but Elegant Image has been such a pleasure. Not only do they prevent hair from growing back, but the entire experience is DELIGHTFUL. I’m not kidding. The staff is super friendly, very accommodating, AND supremely delicate through the lightning fast laser hair removal treatments. I have been cared for at Elegant Image for over a year and this place’s commitment to being awesome has never wavered. You deserve the best and Elegant Image is definitely THE BEST! You can see from my photo, the skin on my face looks smooth and hair free.

I absolutely love the staff. If you are considering any facial procedures go see these girls. You won’t walk out looking like you’ve been to a costume party. You will look like a younger version of yourself. No one will be able to figure it out. After a few visits you’ll just look so fabulous that everyone will ask. Why don’t you ever age? I love sharing this place with my friends. Do I look like 66 year old gramma?

This had decided to do lip filler for the first time and tbh I couldn’t be happier with the results! The staff was welcoming and made me feel at ease. The consultation was thorough, addressing all my questions and ensuring my goals were understood The procedure was quick and virtually painless, with natural-looking results that perfectly enhance my features. All of my experiences at EI have been nothing but stellar. This is why I came back after 5 years, for more laser hair removal. I have shopped around, and no one can beat their prices. More importantly, no one can top their stellar customer service. Stellar customer service a rarity and I genuinely appreciate the way I am treated. I’m even taking my niece for treatments.

I had a wonderful time! The technician was fantastic And very professional! During my micro dermabrasion one of the machines malfunctioned so they had to upgrade me to a more expensive treatment, but did not charge me! I will definitely be returning!

I have had several things done here ! I’ve had crying slimming B 12 slimming and toning shots . The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly . I’ve been coming here for about 2 years for the shots. Jean is the one who gives the shots and is a registered nurse Andi’s very sweet.

The lady who did my xeomine and the staff were super nice. However, I got 40 units of xeomine and I am pretty sure the units were either left out or watered down because it didn't do anything for my lines and my muscles were never paralyzed. I get Botox all the time and this isn't right... I tried calling to see if I could come back in or get a refund and it just sends me to a voicemail box that is full.

I have been seeing Krissy for nearly 15 years. She's incredibly patient and always goes above and beyond in explaining and preparing you for a procedure.
