My son treated me to a pedicure and brought me here. It was AMAZING!! Very clean, very friendly, very professional, very thorough and they did a very good job. Hot towels were amazing, hot stone was perfect, massage nice. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. 10/22/24 I have come here since my son first brought me. They always do an amazing job. Today the lady that did my pedicure was beyond amazzzing. ♥️💜

*4 HRS...BEYOND TERRIBLE... My first time going in August was great.... I went back today and made an appointment with the girl who did them last month. I got there at my appointment time and was then informed that she had called out and would I be ok seeing someone else.... I showed them a picture of what I was wanting and asked if anyone could do them. I was told they had someone that could but if I didn't mind waiting (things happen I was a little upset I wasn't notified that the girl I booked with had become unavailable but was willing to give them a chance) so I got my toes done by Chelsea who was amazing and super sweet. Then, I waited maybe 5 min to get started on my nails, which were started by Leon. I informed him of a nail that lifted in the back, thinking he'd just trim it off and do a fill like I had asked for... but he took the whole nail off and replaced it(never said I was gonna be charged for it) then did the fill and shape (which I went in with almond and I asked if they could be a little more pointed) then another lady came and sat down to do the design I asked for and it started out good but then when there was a part she did I didn't like i told her "no i dont like that", she huffed and said she'd just get someone else to do my nails... I was then sat with Joy, who was very nice and understanding that I was starting to get upset with my experience there today. SHE DID AN AMAZING JOB ON THE DESIGN and fixed what the other lady had messed up. I was there for 4 hours 3 spent on my nails, 1 hour per person I saw, all because they had someone do them who couldn't do the design I asked for. Upon check out, I inquired if my service was discounted today for everything that happened, to which I was told yes. So I asked what I would have paid for my services. I was told $125 for my nails and $40 for my toes, and my total was $146. After being discounted. So they discounted less than 20$. I told them that didn't seem addiquate for what I went through today, spending 4hrs of my day there with 2 major inconveniences, and I was met with an attitude saying that was their time/labor spent too and that they're all good at designs someone may do something I don't like and it's not their fault I'm picky. To which I replied 1 I should have been notified that the girl I requested wasn't going to be here before I came in at 11 am. 2 I should NOT have been put with someone who couldn't do the design I was asking for that is your own fault you wasted that time when that time should have been spent with Joy who could actually do the design I asked for. Then the lady who initially started on my design said, "So what do you want then?" To which I replied "well my design should be complimentary for my time being wasted with someone who couldn't do it." And with an attitude, she said ok fine fine.... and took it off my total. I asked for a recipt and found out they charged be for replacing that nail which isn't what I asked him to do he just did it and they charged me a 10$ long nail fee even tho I went in with them long all they did was a fill and design... and I was charged a reshaping fee, which they're the same shape I went in with. I will never be going back to this place their customer service is terrible when you hold them accountable for their mistakes.

They were overall friendly. However, the service was extremely rushed. She worked far too fast to pay attention to the details. I was charged $15 extra for the black tip to go higher than I even wanted. i showed a picture of EXACTLY what I wanted. The language barrier was an issue When she painted the tip, she used the brush from the bottle, but that left many spots just not painted and unevenlines from afar ut looked goid but up closeit looked like i did it myself. The quality of work was very lacking, unfortunately. When I soaked them off, it was a nightmare they used, MMA, and that was hard to remove.

I flew in for a special event and took an Uber straight from the airport to Elegant Nail Spa. I called in advance to see if they do keratin dip manicures (they do!) and to make sure they could fit me in. They were very welcoming from the moment I walked in. They provide a complimentary beverage in a real glass (since I wasn't interested in an alcoholic beverage or a soda, they gave me a bottled water). I selected their Signature pedicure which is totally worth it. Their nail technicians are the best. They were very gentle while removing my existing dip polish , and my resulting mani/pedi was stunning. The nail shape and perfect application (not too thick) were perfection. I will always return to Elegant Nail Spa whenever I'm in Fresno!

First time here, the lady April who did my nails did really good! The girl who did my toes, did them horrible. I had her redo them, and she had a bad attitude. Not coming here again.

I had a great experience! the electronic check-in made it easy to select what service I wanted. The staff was friendly. Upfront with prices, and no surprise fees when paying. Also, the complimentary drink while i enjoyed my pedicure was the cherry on top! I enjoyed my visit and will be coming back.

It was my first time here and I went because they had really good reviews. My pedicure was great but my nails are terrible. All I wanted was a simple clean bubble gum pink set on my hands. Older male with glasses did my nails, I picked the color and he proceeded to put white tips on my hands.. I was a little confused but I’m not a nail tech so I figured he knew what he was doing. He lays the pink acrylic down and I see a huge line that marks the start of fake nail to my real nail. I didn’t like that so I asked if he could maybe just make it look more seamless. He said it looked nice and I said no I’m sorry but it doesn’t, I explained that it looked like that because of the white tip he placed under first. He said I didn’t tell him to use a clear tip, I don’t think I should be telling him how to do his job. At this point I honestly just wanted him to take them off but he offered a solution and his solution was loose glitter on the nail. I didn’t want glitter but I agreed because I just wanted to leave. I asked if I was gonna be charged more for the glitter he said no but with the amount I paid at the end I’m sure it’s included in there somewhere.

I can't even express this place. The place is nice, the employees are very nice. We went in for a pedicure and my partner as well. Let me tell you, kelly was my pedicure lady. She was truly nice and funny. Very talkative and sociable. She did an excellent job on my pedicure. I told her that from now on, she was gonna be my personal pedicurest. But this place is worth going to get a pedicure and nails, and you can have a drink as well when they are working on you. Hands down best place for us. Thank you kelly. Your the best.

Recommended by a colleague. The service was really good. Scheduling was easy and fast. The owner/ manager is friendly and attentive. They offer the best service with complimentary drink (this is a plus!). Just tell them what you I want done on your nails and they'll do it. Friendly vibes among the staff and the place is clean and just so friendly. I had Nicky and Maria, great and skilled peeps!

They were AMAZING. The customer service was top notch. Even though it was my girlfriend and her sister getting seen they offered me a massage chair and tended to me like I was a client. I highly recommend them!

I liked the place and people were friendly and the complimentary drink was nice but the pedi was not up to par for me. The lady who did my pedi was way too light handed (not sure what the best way to describe it would be) she was not thorough with the cleaning and removing of dead skin either . Not that I wanted her to be rough and hurt me but for example she used the pumice so lightly so it didn’t do anything at all. I had to tell her what to do and what to take off and clean under my nails. I had to keep asking her to take off or clean up around here and there. I hate how crooked she filed my nails even after trying to let her know and help her they still remained crooked. The massage was literally 4 minutes and she didn’t even rub in the lotion she wiped it all off after 4 minutes. The “hot towels” she put on me were luke warm and went cold fast. The “hot stones” were not hot or warm they are pointless to pay extra for them. The scrub was not rubbed in at all I was super uncomfortable because the whole time she wanted me sitting so far up my knees hurt the entire time. She kept asking me questions and I kept having to watch and tell her what to do so I couldn’t even relax at all. Toward the end I was able to stretch my legs out finally but I definitely won’t go back here. It was not worth 70 dollars at all. I also didn’t like that she was picking at the polish after. I basically left there super uncomfortable with a basic gel polish change. If you do give this place a shot make sure to only do the basic pedi the extras were just not worth it in my opinion . Also ask for someone who is recommendable. I ended up coming home to give myself a pedi and clean up my nails . Waste of 70 bucks for me. Never again.

Just really a disappointing experience overall. I'm giving 2 stars that belong wholely to the first tech that did a very good job of gently removing the old product from my natural nails by soaking off and carefully filing. Otherwise it would be 0 stars. The manicure I received from a different tech was mediocre at best and the pedicure was the absolute worst I've ever had in my life, which was done by a third tech. She hurt me terribly when triming my toes and cuticles, then blamed it on the shape of my toe nails. The polish job looked like it was done by a kid in grade school, totally sloppy! And again, she hurt me using her sharp finher nails to remove the excess polish that got on my skin instead of using a soft brush dipped in acetone as most professionals do. Not only that, but this salon is ridiculously expensive for the subpar work they do. I paid $82 for a soak off, basic manicure (no nail enhancements) with a 3 minute massage and a terrible pedicure with a lousy 5 minute massage. The salon I usually go to in LA not only costs less and does phenomenal work, they also provide a 10 minute manicure massage and 15 minute pedicure massage; there it would have cost me only $8 more for a FULL dip set, including soak off AND a pedicure with more treatments. Trust me when I say I wouldn't send my worse enemy to Elegant Nails Fresno. Maybe it was just the techs that were working on me but it was bad enough to make me never go back.

Poor customer service. I set an appointment for 1145 it is 1230 and I’m still sitting here at the chair with no water in it and they acted like they didn’t hear me ask for a straw for the drink they gave me and while I was here another customer called and complained that she had broken five nails in less than two weeks so yea trash

Came in for a simple pedicure ended up having to get an acrylic on my toes the nail tech cut my toenails so bad another lady had to stop doing my nails to fix my toes. Let me not forget to mention she had my toes bleeding then was pushing me to put my bleeding toes in the same water they been soaked in. Let me add that she was the eldest in the establishment and wore glasses so I do not understand how she couldn’t see what she was doing & how bad she was doing it. & it was only ME there for a good 20 mins. Only good thing was the complimentary mimosa. Not once did anyone take accountability or even apologize for the inconvenience. S/o to Valarie for taking her time to fix everything & speaking English

Got a pedi done by Shell. She is the best! Also drinks of choice was complimentary. I got a margarita which had me feeling relaxed the whole time. She took her time & was very sweet. Definitely will come back! 🫶🏻

I took my mom here for her birthday! We both got the Jelly Pedicure, and it was incredibly relaxing. I had a moderate ingrown nail that was bugging me for months, and the technician removed it like a total pro. The massage was fantastic. Loved the hot stones. They have a bar. We had such a wonderful time in this fantastic and hospitable establishment!

I wanted to like this but…Not enough techs to provide good service. Left me 1/2 done while she worked on a pedi. Then came back and rushed my set. Not acceptable for the price charged.Been here multiple times but this will be the last. I refuse to pay for attitude and low quality work.

I would of gave them 5 starts but the problem I had was that I took my mom to get her nails done the second time (because they did an amazing job the first time) and charged me 5 extra dollars to fix my moms nail when it wasn’t even my mom’s fault! The nail person (Valerie) didn’t do a great job on my mom’s nails the second time. I shouldn’t complain but I don’t think it’s right to be charging me 5 extra dollar for you to fix a nail that your nail tech didn’t do right! I wished I would have took a picture of my mom’s nails!!!! Ugh disgusted with this because I didn’t notice this until I got home that they charge me five extra dollars to fix my mom’s nail when I just tipped them $15 straight ripped off!

My husband and I went in to get pedicures. My husband's feet were hurting from his toe nails rubbing inside his shoes. The specialist that was handling his pedicure made sure that he had no tender spots and was very careful in removing an ingrown toe nail that was past due for trimming. We mentioned at some point during conversation that we are from Vancouver Washington and some of the specialists had traveled to the Pacific Northwest recently and we had a great conversation about traveling. Everyone in the spa is welcoming and makes sure even if you have a few minutes to wait that you are comfortable. We will definitely be back next time we are in town. We appreciate all of their hard work.

The nail techs were super nice and friendly and did a good job while having conversations...but the management wasn't great. We had an appointment at 4:30 that I booked a week prior for mani/pedis for 4 people. They didn't begin our pedis until after 5pm then asked us to wait an hour after finishing the pedicures to do our nails because they took walk ins and didn't have enough staff. Unfortunately we waited and at 7pm I decided I was done. 2 of us left and the other 2 ended up being serviced but didn't get out of there until after 8pm! Forgot to mention, they included a ton of hidden fees that they never mentioned before and charged for things we didn't ask for. Super disappointed and I still need my manicure done! We spent over $450 in total and left unsatisfied!

What a fantastic nail salon. They really do take care of you and worry about your comfort at all times. Very friendly and responsible people. Definitely recommend for a girl's day out. This is my new favorite place. And they serve drinks! 😭 I'm going to fall asleep. They definitely know what they are doing. Shout-out to Alanni for fantastic touch up!
