“Elegant” what a joke. I had gone here twice before to get a manicure in grad school and both times I left bleeding. I came back thinking I should give them another chance as my normal nail salon was busy and I just wanted to have my dip powder nails taken off properly. I told the nail tech that I just wanted to remove the dip powder from my nails. How it’s SUPPOSED TO BE DONE is filling off the top layer then soaking the nails in acetone. This was NOT what she did. She cut off some of the length which is what I wanted anyway then proceeded to take a fake nail and jam it inbetween the dip powder and my actual nail causing my natural nails to rip and break. I wanted to have a cut down of my nails but because she ripped off the tips of my nails, I was forced to have more cut off than I would have liked. $10 for her to damage my nails. If I would’ve known that is how she was going to remove my dip then I would’ve just gotten floss and sawed them off myself. I will NEVER recommend people go here. Save your money and go literally anywhere else!!!!

Julie is fantastic!!!!! This is my second time with her and she is definitely amazing at her job! Attention to detail and does beautiful designs. She is quick too, thank you SO much! Can’t wait until next time, this salon is very clean inside too!

I am currently getting a pedicure and the lady pushed for me to get the extra massage which costs $20 for 15 Mins. Soon after beginning the massage, she begin looking at her phone, and organizing her basket. I was uncomfortable because she did the massage with one hand while organizing her cart and checking her phone with the other.

A friend referred me to Leakeana @ Elegant nails as I was not happy with my old salon anymore, I made an appointment with her. She’s worth every penny ladies! My nails are flawless every time, she took her time I never felt rushed. She’s very sweet and her attention to detail for a basic gel color, it’s smooth no bumps or bubbles nail shape is perfect! ugh just so happy! Definitely will be a returning client of hers!

I have been consistently coming here for almost 2 years this is my favorite spa in Virginia Beach!! I’ve tried most of the treatments and also have had a service from most of the staff as well. Always welcomed with a friendly face and treated with the best care. Great atmosphere all together. My most recent set I got dip with tips! They lasted for over 3 weeks while I was on vacation, no chips or breaks!! My sister and I love Jenny especially <3

We followed Julie over from her previous place and have gone to her for about 2 or 3 yrs my 17 year old went to her yesterday and the design she provided wasn't her regular quality. She asked her to fix it and she did a little but it almost made it worse. Needless to say i requested that she fix the color and she was a little upset and wanted to pass her off to someone else but eventually agreed to doing them today. My daughter gets there and Julie looks at her and says "you can book with someone else from now on" and proceeded to talk about her in Vietnamese to other workers about the situation! Vivian did an AMAZING facial and is the reason I continue to book this service. I also have finally found the best salon to get hard gel manicures. Definitely my go-to. I’m a customer for life! Vanessa does an absolutely incredible job using hard gel and consistently does amazing work. I won’t let anyone else touch my nails. I no longer have to get acrylic edge because she has taken such great care of my nails.

I made an appointment for my 87 year old grandmother to get a pedicure this past Monday. She told Jenny she wanted a basic pedicure with no gel. We confirmed twice with her that she only wanted a basic pedicure. When my grandmother checked out she was charged $68 for a pedicure. This is unacceptable to take advantage of an elderly woman!! Your prices are listed online and she was expecting to pay $38 as advertised.
