Got my nails done for the first time in 11 years. My nails were crooked and different shapes. Had my nails for 4 days and it’s already falling apart. I don’t do anything rough, not at work or at home for it to be cracking. My fault for coming in the salon 45 mins before closing. I think she rushed it. She was nice. Just wish I didn’t pay $60 for 4 day nails.

My daughters and I had so much fun, everyone was kind, talented, thoughtful and knowledgeable. We'll definitely be back, price was affordable and I respected that they halted our appt to help a disabled woman remove her polish quickly for an upcoming surgery when her husband wheeled her in to the salon. Very professional and efficient. They offered their opinions and respected the decisions my girls made for their own designs, then they even offered hand painted additions to the sets just to be sweet. I've gotten so many compliments on what I've been calling my "lavender haze" set and we are all very happy with our nails

If you want to wait 2 hours for regular nail polish to dry, come here! If you know what you want and just get regular nail polish, you are not important. If your butt can sit for over 2 hours in a chair, better stop in. There was a bad smell closer to the back of the salon. In 2 hours my nails never did dry. They would not give me a refund. I asked them to strip the nails that were still sticky. And now my nails are stained with the color which indicates poor quality base coat. They wanted to sand down my nail to get the color off. This is the meanest and most unprofessional place I have ever been to. Find you self care elsewhere.

Nails look horrible they charged me over price and my nails came out horrible and they cut deep into my finger thats now infected then they charged my card twice after messing up 65 dollars for nails I didn't ask for DO NOT GO HERE they didn't do the right color and it's ugly what I asked for vs what I got they also cut deep into my finger which is now infected and hurts and burns don't recommend

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I got a manicure and my sister got a pedicure. Both of us left bleeding. My nails are lumpy and messed up. Do NOT come here.

Got my first set of gels today! So excited that they had a matching polish for my pedicure!unlike a lot of places they had 2 people working (most these days have one) and could accommodate myself and my teen as walk ins. While here 2 people came in to ha e cracks repaired, pretty sure they were regards, but very coll that this is a service they offer. Edit to add, after leaving discovered both of us were bleeding along the toes.

Was very sad to hear Daon Le (Dawn) had left. Love her so much followed her from previous nail salon Magic Nails (horrible people) thankfully I found her on Facebook.This place is fancy yes but disrespectful all about pushing people around deciding for you. She’s always done exactly how I liked them whether it be gel acrylic or dip and would even purchase colors she thought I’d love which she was right and she is always so thoughtful and considerate. Followed her and drive 25 minutes from out west to see her and only her will not step foot in this location ever again.

Absolutely Awesome! I have been to this salon 3 times and every time I come out happy. Dawn and the other girls are so sweet, and always make sure I'm in love with my nails before I leave the shop. I have done gel and dip powder and both are fantastic. Dawn is so skilled with the dipping powder, and it lasts so long. These are my nails over a week after Dawn did them. I will be coming back any time I need my nails done.

Amazing the BEST pedicure I've ever had. I was traveling for business. Stopped in Nikki was great. I wish I lived in Wichita this would definitely be my nail salon. I can't wait to visit again. Thank you so much. You can't go wrong with this salon AMAZING service.

Best place! I’ve always struggled spending money on a dip, only for it to come off sooner than promised. Not at Elegant Nails! THEY ARE TERRIFIC AT ELEGANT NAILS! My dip manicure would last longer than a month if my nails didn’t grow too fast. I went in today, 26 days after my last manicure. My nails still looked fantastic after 26 days! They take the time to do it right! They can even handle my small and thin nails! Best service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+

Nikki hands down is the best at dip. She knows exactly what she's doing and she gets you in and out quick but also takes her time, if that makes sense. So many dip colors to choose from! Love it.

Will not be back! Went in on Monday to get the dip done. I told the lady a couple times how I wanted them filed they were such a complete mess that I actually left there and drove to another salon to get them filed correctly, the dip is so thick on my nails it looks horrible, my cuticles were not pushed back and trimmed and to top it off the tips she glued on are completely separated from my natural nails leaving a gap between the two! I am highly disappointed with this experience! I don't usually leave reviews but I feel like not only did I waste my money but a HUGE waste of an hour and half out of my day...
