I was very disappointed with my manicure that I had got on last Friday. I had received gel polish that didn’t last but 3 days on my nails and it was peeling off. I don’t mind paying but do quality work. My pedicure polish lasting longer and it’s not the gel polish. I did called at the time it was impossible for me to come because I work two jobs and I leave one and go to the other. I took pictures and videos of my nails. When I had a chance to go which was this week that he ask me to come they wanted to change me again Really. I don’t want no hand out I just want what I paid for that’s all. I’m not the girl that goes and get her nails done like but when I do on special occasions I want what I want and don’t mind paying. I will not go back not even to get my eyebrows done. Thanks for the bad experience

I had a fantastic experience with sunny for my pedi. the staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and the pedicure was absolutely perfect. The attention to detail was impressive, and the environment was clean and relaxing. My feet feel amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch nail care!!!!

If I can give a 0 star I would do it, i don't even know where to start ... The manicure was never good and my gel nails broke like 3 days after making them Also they are not clean , the man had dirty fingernails and not clean hands at all ... So the last 2 times I went there , they cut into my nails ...I was bleeding like crazy and he didn't stopped so he kept doing ... I was afraid about getting a infection there !!!!! So don't go there !!! There are other nicer places and also they are expensive for what they do !!! I'm so disappointed It was before Christmas

My mother in law and I walked in to get pedicures on Thursday 1/16 and it was one of the worst ones I’ve ever had. The male technician used the electric nail grinder to take off the regular clear polish I had on my toes, it wasn’t even gel. Then he barely filed them at all so they’re all different shapes. He also didn’t trim my cuticles. The worst part was the polish. I got gel and he got it all over my skin and let it cure that way. Now it’s peeling off and I’m going to have to go somewhere else to have them fixed. I won’t ever go back to Elegant Nails, there is absolutely nothing elegant about that place.

Terrible experience. Not welcoming and the staff seems angry, except one man. Everyone was offered something to drink, but I was ignored. Don't let me forget to mention that I was the only black person there. I will never go back and definitely will not refer anyone. I smiled my way through it.

Came in for a manicure and pedicure with gel. The lady (Kim) who did my feet was great, but the girl that did my hands decided to do my manicure while I was getting my feet done in the massage chair. I was ok with this until she didn't soak my fingers before using the cuticle trimmer. This is the main reason I pay for a manicure in the first place to get all the dead skin off my fingers. Very, very disappointed. Will not come back unless management decides to make it right. Still charged me for a full manicure.

I love my nail color but I was disappointed with the shape and length of my nails. They are shorter than I wanted and I don’t like square on my hands I feel like coffin suits me better. I felt like I was burden today. I was constantly pulled across the table. For him to file my nails. While looking around the whole salon seemed unhappy in what they were doing. I will not be going back. I’m not impressed with the whole experience.

Worst nail experience ever nicked my cuticles three times ….ground my nails very hard…..they are so thin now looks like a two year old painted them. These are photos after I filed them as even as I could and got off most of excess polish from my skin. Horrible horrible service… nails were rough and uneven

Friendly professional atmosphere. All nail technicians do a great job. However, I prefer Mr. Don for my monthly pedicure. I highly recommend this salon.

The older lady that sits up from that does more taking than listening is terrible my 16 year old told her exactly what she wanted and showed a picture and received the worst work I’ve ever seen in my life.

Been going here since they opened but will not be back my nails look like a 1st grade project when I let the owner know I wasn't happy and started to ask for another color he yelled if you don't like it go somewhere else vert poor businessman no but I already knew that since the whole time you're there al he does is watch the stock market, I WAS a regular customer and that's how he treats you? It's a shame cause some of the girls are very sweet, but I'm sure that hast do with the slave labor they are involved in. WON'T BE BACK

I am visiting from Alabama & I just had a lovely experience at this nail salon today! Michael “the chrome master” did me a favor by fixing another salons work, he got the chrome on my toes shining! Very nice people, very welcoming salon, they have a great attitude! He did my cousins fill in amazingly & he was very fast!

So dissatisfied with my pedicure. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The guy didn’t even cut my cuticles or my in grown. He was in such a rush to get the next customer. He doesn’t care about the service provided just his money. He burned me so bad with the hot stones. He didn’t even polish my toe correctly (look at the pictures you can still see my unpolished nail) and even scratched me with the stones. Also, they almost used the same nail file to shaped down my toe that they used on the customer next to me but since I was watching he quickly put it down and went to the hang washing sink station to get “another” file. I paid 79 dollars including pedicure and I’m so unhappy with the service. I included pictures. I didn’t get to enjoy it or relax for my pedicure. Never again!

Worst pedicure I EVER had. We got there at 4:50 ( not knowing they close at 5:30 and they still took us because the door was WIDE open ) asked for two basic pedicures but the guy tried to make me get a deluxe pedicure because that was “only way” to remove callus. I asked to remove my ingrown nails and it wasn’t completed , didn’t scrub or massage my feet , rushed through the WHOLE process, turned the skin on my big toe white because the gel polish was bleeding, water was extremely too hot and had to fish it out with a pitcher. The whole experience was horrible and I will never go back. Considering that I have been doing there for a little over 5 years and let’s not forget that almost 100$ was spent on this service.

I went here because they were close & I ride by every day & see them busy. But today, I needed help & after getting turned away by Sky Nails, I decided to give Elegant a try. They did not disappoint. My pedicure was amazing. Ana did a great job and was very caring and attentive. I also received a full set by Dan. His attitude is horrible and he's rough. The application is poor! He was moody and argumentative (like a female on her menstrual cycle) after I questioned the shape and thickness of my nails. It was so bad I had to tell him he could stop, remove the nails, and I'd pay for my pedi and leave. He apologized, calmed down and insisted that he finish his work. This was my first and last visit and I definitely shared that with him. I wouldn't recommend Dan to a dog. And I really wish I'd read the reviews FIRST.
