Elegant Spa and Nails has an amazing staff. They provide excellent customer service and always do an amazing job. Everyone there is so talented and they take their time to do meticulous prep before every manicure. I won't go anywhere else!

Always a great service..I love the welcoming atmosphere. Very detailed oriented ,I've always be pleased with my nails. Pedicure by Evelyn is amazing. If you haven't visited here,it is a must.

This is my third visit to Elegant in Salisbury, and it has become my preferred salon. The relaxed, welcoming Latin atmosphere.At previous salons, I often felt rushed, resulting in uneven nails and fillers that didn’t last. Requests for regular manicures instead of gel were dismissed. At Elegant, the process may take a bit longer, but the attention to detail and personalized care are worth it. I’m particular about my nails, and their advice, like avoiding hot water to maintain nail strength, has been beneficial.Their eyebrow waxing and tinting services are excellent; they accommodated my request to leave the tint on longer without any issues. The lash lift and tint provided subtle, natural results that met my expectations. I highly recommend Elegant for those who value quality and personalized service. So far, I haven’t encountered any issues with my nails, despite not being the most careful person. The green nails are from today, and the gray nails are two weeks after my last visit.

Got a pedicure this week. My legs were rubbed with lotion but not my feet. The music was so loud I couldn't relax so I just looked at my phone. The polish looked old and thick. I sat under the nail dryer, and the girl looked and said my toes were dry. I put sandals on and not shoes. When I left, I then looked at my feet. Polish had already come off of 3 of my toes. I won't be going back. I have been here before, and it has been great. Not this time.

This is such a happy place. It’s lovely and cheerful inside and out and the staff are friendly and attentive to detail. They never rush and my toes are always perfect.

I did not want to take it as far as leaving a review however, if there’s a no refund policy that needs to be listed on the website, door or the warranty print out they have posted on the wall. As you can see below, I got a mani build up and within less than 48hrs it started peeling off. When I asked for a refund they stated that they don’t offer refunds even though they have a “5 day warranty”. When further explaining my frustration, they then stated they can offer a refund for my gel polish and not the entire thing. As you can see, there's some inconsistency here. I do not recommend, however if you still decide to come, note that there are no refunds.

I got a build manu, and after a day or 2 i experienced terrible pain, the nails started lifting! And they filed my nail down to much! All their staff is still learning, nothing wrong on that, but I’m paying for a service, they should all be professionals! Not stopping to ask if what they’re doing is right, terrible experience!!!

I definitely LOVE this nails salon they are super nice they also have different types of services and always help you and make sure to explain everything to you and the salon is very clean.

I will start by saying this, the staff was very nice! But my gel mani took 1.5 hr and after 3 days the nail polish was coming up. After 6 days two nails were almost completely off. I was trying this place out trying to find a salon closer to home. Very cute salon but doesn’t matter if the gel polish doesn’t last two weeks like where I was going before. Over all very unhappy. Will not go back.

They did fit me in last second, and this place is so beautiful! But I got a french tip and while she was working, she did cut my finger several times, it was bleeding and she continued to work. They've been super sensitive since, it's only been 6 days and several of my nails are already chipping and the acrylic is breaking off. It's unfortunate. They were polite though. I just won't be coming back.
