I love this salon so much! I came in for the first time a couple of weeks ago and my hair dresser was very honest with me about the services I would need and even said they would not bleach my hair because it would not resist it and that I could try later on. They didn’t just go ahead and do it. I have been getting a blow out and my haircuts here ever since. Great work and honest.

I remember I used to do my hair with a lady named Gloria here a couple of years ago, and she was amazing. I went today for a haircut and literally stood at the entrance for about 6 minutes and no one had the decency to even ask me " what I needed " everyone was just gossiping outside of the salon and inside because they weren't even busy. Extremely unprofessional to just let a customer walk in and stand there like a moron. I turned around and just left because honestly they lack customer service skills. BTW - they didn't even say "HI" or "Welcome" which is the least they could've done.

the people that do hair here are really good they know what they’re doing especially with hair dye. I have dyed my hair all colors of the rainbow by now and have liked how vibrant and well done the colors come out each time. my mom loves getting her nails done here too

Garcias Elegant cut! La semana pasada tenía un evento y necesitaba un peinado de fiesta, ya era muy tarde y no encontraba quien me pudiese peinar. Elegant Cut me atendió a última hora y no sólo fueron todos muy amables pero quede muy contenta con mi peinado y con el precio del mismo. Muchas gracias Elegant Cut, definitivamente volveré pronto. Los recomiendo.

Horrible service the woman who cut my hair. I asked for a simple haircut and she couldnt do it. And the good part is that after she cut my hair she didnt let me see it, she instead did an italian hairstyle on me which i didnt ask for and she had the face to tell me "oh its free" horrible it shouldnt have 4 as a rating.

I can't speak regarding everyone that works there but the man who cut my hair (Francisco was his name) was so unprofessional. He was rude, told me that he had other clients waiting when I told him I wanted to see how short he left my hair. I came in wanting a long Bob and came with a haircut that looks like a 4 year old cut it. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Lie about the price, extremely pricey, argue back at you, don't want to help you out regarding the price after they did wrong (can't even apologize, but they talk about you as if you are not in the room), they don't even give you the color you want, & rush your coloring if its getting to late. I was told they leave at 5 pm or until the last customer leaves, but they rush through your color or hair style so they can leave on time because their husbands get mad at them for staying too late working, according to their conversation. so, my hair has to suffer because you ladies have to jump each time your husband said to jump. DON'T COME HERE! THE PRICE YOU PAY FOR AN EXPENSIVE SALON IS THE SAME HERE. GO TO A REAL PROFESSIONAL.

They messed up my wife's hair with a different color than she wanted also the salon over priced her. Unfortunately, the salon didn't even try to fix it or give her a discount. They advised her if she is unhappy they can color her hair back to her regular color & she can go to another salon to get it the way she wants. I don't know about salons, but the last time my wife went to another salon & she didn't like her color, they changed the color to her liking for free & gave her a treatment for free because they put to much chemical on her hair. I guess my wife has to continue to looking for another salon. This salon has a bad way of conducting business & treating their customer. Happy customers bring more money to your business.

This is place is the spot ! I use to live around the area and would always come here to do my hair, but now I'm currently living in Daytona Beach, && I still come all the way down hear to come to my hair ! Luis usually does my hair ! The BEST !
