It's a beautiful salon, well staffed. I did a walk in appointment. My name was never asked no info was entered into their system. I got a shampoo and blowout to fix the style that was just done at another salon and it was $60. I appreciate the convenience of taking me in on a walk in.

So glad I found this salon! I called inquiring about a haircut and I was able to book an appointment with Raquel the same day. She was so patient and ensured I was comfortable with the amount she was cutting off. She provided helpful hair care tips, too! Amazingly, Karla was also able to fit me in for an eyebrow lamination, wax, and tint. It was my first time having a lamination done and she walked me through all the steps. She also checked in to make sure I didn’t have any negative reactions and felt at ease. Love the haircut and eyebrow services. Reasonable prices and a wonderful first experience at this salon, will book again!

Took my 11year old granddaughter to get a haircut only a haircut when the stylist ask what we wanted and I didn’t Mind paying the $35 cause I didn’t even ask how much the cut was going to cost but then the lady had ask if I wanted her to blow dry her hair I said no I can do it at home The stylist called me back to go see my granddaughters hair she ask me if it was ok my granddaughter want a top layer a littler shorter so she said fine she mention the blow dry again to me so I thought she told me is if I was still going to do it at home I told her yes but apparently she said it a different way we’re she thought that I told her to do it point is never did I say for her to blow dry my granddaughter hair. She knew from start when we walked in I said a cut only so she took it upon her self to assume that I said yes for her to blow dry made ever worse just because I sent my other granddaughter to go and ask her if she did it how much is it extra she told my granddaughter the cut was $35 and with blow dry $60 and that’s were I found out how much I was paying for her hair cut cause like I said I didn’t even know the price of haircut so be careful make sure you understand what services there doing so they don’t charge you on services you didn’t ask for I just couldn’t believe I paid $25 for them to blow dry her hair and I didn’t even asked for it to be done kids haircut and blow $60

The only place I trust for any hair service for my self and kids. I typically go with the salon owner Cynthia but if she’s not available I will also go with Vanessa. They are both super kind and friendly and very patient especially with my toddler boy since he’s not a big fan on hair cuts. What you ask for is what you get. Thank you girls!

Gosh where do I start?!! Eleganze Beauty Salon is one of the best beauty salons! Positive environment as soon as you walk in the door and always greeting you with a big smile😊. My girl to go to is Cinthia (the owner) she's been doing my hair for 13 years now and I won't go with nobody else but her, she's just one of the best! She always takes really good care of me in each visit. I'm never afraid of a drastic change and of course I always get what I want from blonde to a fantasy red. She always does a FANTASTIC job, I NEVER leave disappointed. Don't wait to book your appointment!

I have been coming here for around two years now and love my experience everytime! Kim does my hair and always knows exactly what I want. Her customer service is amazing and she always has so much patience for me since I always have to bring my baby and toddler with me. All of the staff here is so friendly and helpful. From the receptionist to all of the stylist and even the owner, everyone always makes you feel so welcomed! My two older sons see Vanessa for their hair cuts and she always does a great job on them as well! As long as their doors are open, I will not be going anywhere else for my hair.

I love Reyna she did my nose piercing a couple months ago she did such a good job I love how it stayed she made it fast easy no pain. She was super sweet and kind had a conversation with me the whole time! I love going there Reyna is such an amazing person!

I went in to do a root touch up and freshen up my balayage with Elizabeth one of the hairstylists that has been doing my hair for a couple years now . We discussed what it was I wanted by messages with pictures and even in person when I sat down on her chair. I trusted her with my hair and she ended up bleaching my whole head leaving me blonde Wich was NOT at all what we agreed on . When I told her it was not what I asked for she said to me she was trying out a “NEW TECHNIQUE” . I am shook at the fact that she would try new techniques and experiment on clients without letting them know. I asked for a refund on my money atleast half of what I paid since it was a good amount of money $400 so I can go somewhere else and get my hair fixed she said they don’t do any refunds but she can fix my hair and leave it exactly how I asked in the beginning since I didn’t like her “NEW TECHNIQUE “ she did on me ! Ofcourse I would not go back to get it fixed after completely changing my look and leaving me with something I did not ask for. I politely asked what products were used on my hair for reference as I would like to know what products were put on my hair and she refused and said to me there is no reason clients need to know what products she uses on them . Below are pictures… first pic is what I wanted Wich was just a little more dimension in the front and a a balayage touch up or just to freshen up what we had agreed ON . Second picture is my hair how it looked! Last picture is how my hair was left !!! I am disappointed in how this was handled and the outcome of my hair I cannot explain the feeling of how bad it feels to look in the mirror and completely have something else done to you that was not even close to what you have agreed on I don’t usually leave reviews but wanted to share my experience .
