The nail techs are polite and the nail polishes are good quality. I get a regular manicure and it doesn’t chip at all. My manicures last a really long time. I think it’s a little pricey but for the quality I think it’s worth it and a nice treat for myself.

So this is my treat to myself. I drop my kid off at dance class and I come here every other Saturday from Sept thru June. I never have an appt. I always just walk in. Normally there is a lovely woman there I think she’s the manager or the owner and I think I’ve waited once with her like 10-15 minutes. Today she wasn’t there. I walked and asked for a regular manicure/pedicure. Just to tell me the wait time took to long. So I asked to use the restroom. When I came back up I was told 20-30 minutes. I get it they’re busy and I don’t have an appt. So 25 minutes goes by and at least 3 people leave and the girl and another woman are literally just standing there. Finally, the other woman asks if I have gel on I said no. And the girl says in Spanish she’s a walk in. I then ask is it going to be much longer and I am completely ignored! I get it! There is a scarlet letter W on my head for walk in. But honey time is money and money is green and customer service skills are still vital. I’ll find another location for my Saturday self care. When the boss is away there is a decrease in income that day

I came as a walk-in on a Saturday for a mani-pedi. The girl who did my nails accidentally charged my card for two pedicures; the manager gave me the $18 difference back in cash. The tax and tip I paid on that $18 stayed on my card. Atmosphere was nice; service was good.

I only give three stars because the person who attended me after the manager was extremely dedicated and kind, honestly if it were for the manager they wouldn't even have a star, the manager told me they had availability and began to attend me having her attention elsewhere, she was more aware of the people who came or something else than my nails, I felt that she was attending me only for the money and not because I deserved the attention I was paying for, after a while she asked someone else to finish attending me. I think they should only accept people if they can provide a good experience from the beginning and not just for not losing money. Anyway, the nails lasted as long as they needed to and were not damaged so on that note I would recommend them.

The ambiance was relaxing, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. They did a decent job on my nails. However, I did notice a few minor issues such as uneven shaping on a couple of nails, which was a bit disappointing. Also the massage quality was lacky. It was a bit expensive for what you got. Overall, it was an ok experience, but there's room for improvement in terms of attention to detail.

Very very horrible service here. Went for a pedicure and KATHY gave me so much attitude with getting a white French instead of a pink French. She refused to help with getting the color and would often stare at me rudely. She gave so much attitude and refused to even show me the color options that I opted to leave instead of painting my nails. She then charged me for the pedicure and told me she wasn’t charging me for the polish as if she was doing me a favor. I will NEVER EVER go back here again. And to think I requested her based on last experience and waited for my appointment, only for her to treat me with disdain and attitude. And management did nothing, they did not care at all. I presume being the only black girl they could care less for my service, but catered very much to their other patrons. SMFH!! ZERO STARS!

The place was clean and the pedicure was great, but the gel manicure i received Saturday turned out a bit ugly. Had three rounds of gel in a pretty pink(think color was OPI telenovela about it). Got home, and color shifted from pink to yellow mottled spots all over the surface that look like a fungus. Will have to get it removed, and for the price would expect better quality.

I've been here before and had a decent experience, but the person who did my nails this Saturday was very rude. She did not communicate well and seemed annoyed that I was talking to my friend, who was also getting her nails done. Honestly, why set it up at s a bar if you do not want people to talk to each other?? Also, I finished my nails a few minutes before my friend, and in the middle of our conversation, the person who did my nails interrupted us and said, "Can you pay now?" She didn't say excuse me or anything but demanded a tip. I really would not have tipped, but I'm not rude. I'm not sure if I'll be coming back.

Friendly staff and great color selection. I love the space, it's very clean, cute and cozy. I've gone with a friend and solo and I enjoyed both experiences. I'll definitely be back.

Love element beauty. This is the only place I will get a regular pedicure because it's clean and decently priced, and Alexandria does a fantastic job getting on my feet.

Love this place. Immaculately clean, stocked, and calming. Staff take their time with their work. Color selection is clear and extensive. All they are missing is complimentary wine /sodas

Been here a couple times since moving to the neighborhood. Love the vibe in the salon and everyone is super kind of professional. Only giving 4 stars because after less than a day one the gel polish completely came off my index finger. But otherwise happy with the service!

I Absolutely love the pedicures here! The techs take their time and do it right! My favorite place to come for foot treatment. New Review..... I haven't been to this establishment since June 2023. You can tell service is not the same. Many of the good manicurist are no longer there and the ones that are there now are not very good. And I don"t like being asked for a tip. I won't be returning to this salon.

I like coming here. Most of the employees work neatly and do a great job. However I noticed, that every time the boss (I don’t know if she’s actually the boss, but it seems like it) isn’t there, the staff is rude and isn’t as kind. Also I just came in there to have a broken nail fixed. I asked the front lady if they could help me she said no. The whole room was filled with employees so I asked her why and she just replied that there wasn’t anybody who does tips, even though I’ve had one of the employees who was currently in there, do a tip on my nails before so I don’t really get it. That’s just unfortunate because there are multiple employees who are so kind and do such good job.

Unfortunately I have to give this beautiful establishment with really lovely people a super low rating. I honestly normally just bite the bullet and go, but I explained to the wonderful technicians there that I had a concert, and I needed very specific design. They said they could do it, the design was a chrome nail to match my outfit for my concert. The first time I went they did a solid job, but unfortunately the next day the chrome was falling off the nail, I returned today to get the chips fixed as it had only been two days, and another lovely woman fixed the chipped nails for me however unfortunately she didn’t know how to do chrome, and now instead of shiny mirror metallic nails I’m left with glittery, cloudy, unpolished nails. In addition they used the same brush to apply two different silvers, one of which was supposed to be flat and the other was supposed to have some rainbow shine. To their benefit they didn’t charge me to fix the chips but the fact that I paid 150 with tip for these nails (I did get a regular pedicure unsure how much of a price factor that was) and she saw how they were supposed to look and made it worse when trying to fix them, at that price point isn’t passable. Now I have to find another salon and spend another 100-150$ to get them completely redone for my concert tonight. Though everyone is very nice and I’m sure fine if you are getting a regular polish unfortunately they don’t know how to do chrome. So just be aware if you need a special nail design.
