I am really disappointed. I paid 95$ for this and it is not well made, I came here twice but I will not go back again. The hair sticks in your nails after one week because it gets loose. They also hurt me on one finger as you can see on the photo. Spend your money somewhere else

Ladies leave the 20$$ nail salons and treat yourself how you should be treated!!! The technicians are PHENOMENAL! I'm completely in love and thoroughly impressed. They are so detailed and take their time to cater to your specific needs. Did I also mention super super super clean. I am a fan and thoroughly grateful for my experience! Update: if you're into acrylic, please do NOT get it done here. Those are my nails after a WEEK. My thumb nail broke off the night of the wedding. The next nail broke off by the next day and I wasn't doing anything strenuous. I was grabbing a box, it fell on my hand and the whole nail popped off. Pinky broke off by me scratching my scalp. These nails do not last and absolutely NOT worth 95$+ that they charge for a full set. I'd stick to just the pedicures.

I’m new to Kensington so I tried a few of the places on Church Av. Element on Cortelyou had what I was looking for- cleanliness, strong nail techs, and a lovely environment. Prices are fair and walk in / call ahead appointments are still easy here.

This is my go-to nail spot! I usually just get a regular pedi and mani, but this quality and consistency is really high. Everyone who works here is an absolute sweetheart, and they have the best customer service. The environment is very clean, chill, and professional. Love element!

I love this salon. They are extremely accommodating and they always do their best to make sure that I'm pleased with the service. My gel mani & pedi looks great!

After the manicurist made my cuticles bleed she did not completely cover my nail in gel polish. I pointed this out to her she suggested filing the sides of my nails. I refused as I didn't want my nails to be slender. I suggested that she cover all my nails in polish . She ignored me. Just like I predicted the gel started stripping off a few days later. I returned earlier than usual to have my nails done. I didn't request a refund but the lady at the front thought it necessary to call the owner who said I should have sent a photo when it happened. I am choosing not to return to this salon since the owner did not want to make concessions . I consider myself a good customer who religiously went every two weeks and shared the experience with my sister ..which often extended to pedicures and waxing as well. I will no longer be returning to this salon, makes no sense. That manicure was a mess after 3days.

Love my nail tech Teresa. Love it's clean. Can do appointments and walk ins. Lots of nail colors to choose from gel regular dips. Price is relevant as with anything. They don't do designs though. But it's my spot.

I have been a client there for the last 2 years. Excellent service and quality. Clean. Safe. All experienced masters have their own clients that makes the quality fit to those client’s requirements and needs. However, if you come first time, you will not regret or being abandoned. The only thing they are helpless if you need to choose your color.

My go to place for nail care (regular and gel) and waxing. Very clean (always use the plastic over the foot tubs, and all surfaces, new towels, packaged tools, etc) very professional and versatile. I wait to get my nails done here even if I’m away.

Very nice and clean. The girl I had took first her time but I think she was at the end of her shift and rushed through the spa pedi. Sadly because that was why I originally went there as a friend sad that they always give a nice massage. The pedi was done in about 20 min and she kept looking at her phone.
