Michelle is the best aesthetician I’ve ever been to, and I’ve trusted her with my skin for years. She knows everything about skincare—lasers, peels, neurotoxins, and fillers. I recently tried exosomes, and my skin has never looked better. On top of amazing results, this place is way more affordable than a lot of the big-name clinics in Austin. If you want great skincare from someone who truly knows what they’re doing, Michelle is the one to see!

I have been going to Elements Laser Spa and Maddog Tattoo Removal for coming up soon on two decades. THEY ARE THE BEST! I have received services for tattoo removal and Dysport. I usually see Michelle but have also had services from other technicians. Not only does Elements Laser Spa know what they are doing, have the correct lasers, and care about you, but they also know you by name and treat you like part of the family. If you are looking for laser treatments, Dysport or fillers, tattoo removal, or any other services they offer... I would STRONGLY suggest you start services with them, trust me, you will not be disappointed!

My experiences have always been great, I love the atmosphere here. Carly is amazing, she is always so sweet, informative and friendly! Walked into an empty reception area with a Palestine flag. I personally would rather get my laser hair removal without politics. 15 mins into my appointment time, still not a soul has come out to check me in or even show sign of life at the office. I remember getting lasered here a few years ago with no results and swearing to never go back but decided to try again since I live so close. Turns out I was yet again wasting my time. Walked out and no one even noticed. The spa also smelled of mold and was outdated.

I had my first treatment today and I was so nervous because I’ve never done laser hair removal. Thanks to Carly my technician my experience was amazing. From the time I first called to discuss treatment Carly has been my go to person. She is full of experience, knowledge, professional, and respectful. I love her personality and how personable she is. The environment is positive, clean and gives comfort and home like vibes. My treatment was painless and quick. I recently moved to Austin and needed a new Laser hair removal place and found Elements Laser Spa online and I'm so glad I did. Carly was amazing! She was so thorough and was also so nice and talkative which made the laser part fly by! I would definitely recommend this spa and I will be back for more treatments.

I feel very comfortable when I come to elements laser spa. I come see Carly and have had good experiences each time I visit. The facility is clean and easy to get to; I tend to have sensitive skin and have never had a reaction with laser hair reduction.

I have been coming here for years after a really bad experience with another laser hair removal clinic. Honestly could never imagine going anywhere else. I’ve been twice for an IPL treatment on face and arms, both done each time. The first one did not work at all. Pretty frustrating because I’ve had them in the past at other locations with great results. After contacting them to let the salon know the issue, they rebooked me at no charge but with same technician. Again, zero results. I wasted hours of my time, money and two trips to this place. I don’t recommend it on any level. The results were so nonexistent that I have no wish to visit them a third time to see if they can try again.

Omg!! Shelby is the best laser tech in Austin. I cannot stress that enough. She is super thorough and I saw amazing results after my first session. Her laser technique makes the entire experience pleasant. She also performs several other services which are great as well. If you’re thinking about doing laser with results that are WORTH IT, don’t hesitate to book with Shelby. She makes you feel comfortable and the results speak for itself. I have not used a razor on my legs in 6 months and I’ve only done 3 leg laser sessions. Thank you Shelby for the amazing service and awesome customer care ❤️

The techs are really nice but I had no results with 2 IPL treatments. It must be their machine, because I had an IPL at another business yesterday and already have great results. They also canceled on me twice the day of. The first time they forgot to cancel & I only found out because I called to confirm my appt. before I drove over.

Will update in 3 weeks after monitoring results: So far, I am very happy with my IPL treatment. This was a follow up session after seeing no improvements from treatment done at a different salon. I didn’t catch the name of the sweet lady but she listened to my concerns, explained everything and since I’ve already had recent experience with IPL I think she was able to apply a slightly higher setting (per mutual agreement) bc IT HURT :) so far my skin feels great, the minimal redness was gone within an hour, no burning sensations, everything went great. IPL takes patience, if I see ANY improvements, I will 100% be back for another session. Thank you!

I have gone to elements for over a year now for laser hair removal and overall I have had a great experience. Not only does the laser treatment work (which is obviously a big factor for me), but the prices are good, they are quick and efficient and both Hillary and Carly have made it a professional and friendly experience every time I have been in. Also, Carly is a literal ray of sunshine so I highly recommend her!

I’m always a little nervous to try a new place for injections but I’m glad I gave Elements a shot. All the staff are super warm and welcoming! Some med spas have staff that treat people as less than if they don’t have a certain appearance upon entering, but I got nothing but smiles and friendliness at Elements. Michelle was very accommodating with some scheduling issues before my appointment, but she kept great communication and even got me in sooner than I had originally booked. She was super friendly and easy to talk to; I felt like I could actually tell her what I wanted without her dismissing my input like some other places have done. The ONLY things that are a little tough here are the parking situation and Michelle’s more limited availability. But only great things to say for the service and the results! Thank you Elements!

The technician did her job but man they are rude!!! Treat clients like they are offering free service. I forgot the lady technician on the 38 1/2 street south Austin location but she has been threatening me and telling our boss is very unhappy and we will put you on some sort of list and no longer do your treatment because I was late for the appointment. She has been charging me full price although I was supposed to be on package deal. She told me I’m lucky that they do treatment for me. I went a head canceled my appointment and told Alicia from Element laser north location, I’m no longer interested to be their client because their technicians are rude and try to scare and threat (me) clients. I almost felt she is going to hurt me just because I was late although I called and left messages. I swear! Please I highly suggest not to choose Element laser spa for your treatment because they are awful!!! I have never met their boss in person but all technicians use his name to threat clients and said, he is not making more business and want us to be strict with clients. There are many other laser spa in Austin why would I go or anyone would go this scariest spa? I would suggest to be polite to your client and do not threat them and your business will grow!!

I just had my first ever laser hair treatment at the downtown location. Hilary was amazing! She explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. I was surprised how quick and painless the treatment was! Looking forward to my next appointment, but I’m especially looking forward to never shaving again🙌

I went into this beautiful cozy little location for a procedure. While I'd never had any thing done before of this nature, Caitlyn was amazing. Excellent service and she explained everything she was doing before she did it and continuously asked if I was okay if she felt that I was in any discomfort. 5 star? If I could give 10 I would. Will most definitely be returning!

Elements Laser Spa is the best! The staff there have made me feel comfortable and ask great questions to assess where I’m at each treatment. I’m currently doing my armpits and Brazilian and want to do my legs next! Nathalie is an awesome technician who is friendly and always checks to ensure I am comfortable and satisfied with each appointment. I cannot say enough great things about her and Elements! Laser hair removal is one of the best things I’ve ever done, much more affordable than waxing, pain level is lower than a wax, you get to shave between appointments - AND the best part - one day you’ll never have to shave again! If you’re looking for a great place to try laser hair removal - Elements is the place to go! 12/10 highly recommend!

The staff is wonderful, and the owner is extremely helpful. I do want to warn people however that there is a possibility of burns and hair growth- its important to follow their instructions- and don't do it in areas with peach fuzz hair (like shoulders or your bottom)- thats where the hair growth can be stimulated if you go over it with the laser. The owner was extremely kind to me and so great with everything I needed, and everyone who works there is so sweet

The tech who saw me yesterday (my reminder email says this was Alicia) just seemed to want to get me out of there. This is the day after my second treatment. My hands show no evidence of having been treated. After the first treatment (with a different tech), there was definite evidence. Plus, this one said they changed their policies and would no longer treat part of my arm along with my hands (the way they had the first time). Not really right that they changed the policy after I bought the Groupon and in between the two sessions. I bought a Groupon for two sessions but only the first one did anything. No bargain.
