Shcheduling the appointment was easy, in fact, I made I mistake and the guy at the front desk called back to correct my error and book the appointment. My massaged therapist was Justina. I selected medium pressure. My appointment was 90 minutes, the pressure was lighter than light, I have the same aches and pains as I did when I walked in. After $169 I don't feel any better, in fact worse, because I wasted my time an money. Very disappointed!

Purchased this for my mother, she enjoyed herself. Dominic is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and gave her some recommendations on how to increase her posture, fitness, and overall health. Really glad we found this place the facility is spacious clean, comfortable, and nice. I would recommend becoming a member

They went above and beyond to get me scheduled and were incredibly kind about it. Dean did a fantastic job during my 90-minute massage. He was very professional. It was the perfect combination of deep tissue work and relaxing. I look forward to my next massage.

Update: Resubmitting my review as I had a great experience this time! My masseuse was knowledgeable, respectful of time and explained how our session would go. He made sure to understand my concerns before hand. I would surely book again with Derrick!

Was a member then cancelled my membership because I found it difficult to get appointments, then when I did get appointments - sometimes the masseuse would cancel on me. I understand life happens - but then I would have to wait weeks again for an appointment that matched my availability to open up. I had unused credits after I cancelled my membership, didn’t realize I had 90 days to use them, emailed twice to see if I could use at least one and never received a reply. A reply would have been nice.

I don’t normally post reviews, but I felt strongly about having to respond to my experience at this location in Cary . I’ve been going for three months as a member and they are a wonderful group. First and foremost, the Price is amazing but just the welcoming and the care about you more than just a customer. Tim, the manager amazingly accommodating compassionate to all. And reflective with staff. 😊 I’ve only worked with David and he is Fantastic I highly recommend him. I haven’t used any other therapist, but I’m sure that they are all great. I am a highly satisfied customer

[Edit: 9/4/2024] Please take my prior review (6 months ago) with a grain of salt, which was the result of an initial good experience. I haven't been back since I appeared wearing a face mask (worn because of allergies and not because of a cold, the latter which had concluded two weeks prior to the appointment). It was embarrassing to be turned away and a waste of 1 hour total driving time (half a day of planning events around this appointment). No apologies were made, nor attempts to remediate the situation (though no remediations would have been accepted; it was revealing that no attempts were made). Therefore, I have not been back. Hopefully, other patrons will have better experiences. [Initial review] I agree completely with Mama Daye. I just had my first massage with Jazmine, and in my ~15 years of massages, I do not exaggerate when I say that she is probably the best. I like truly therapeutic massages, which are challenging as they require strong pressure throughout a 1.5 hour session. She never lagged and even occasionally explained scientifically what she was doing and why (I love this as I am a scientist). Without hesitation, she described the relevant muscles by their medical names and what the technique was doing. In other words, we "nerded out" together, I'm pretty sure I dozed off at some points, and I emerged feeling better than I have in years. Jazmine, you have my loyalty!

I've been coming to Elements Massage for the last couple of months and it's been the best experience so far. I've gone to many massage parlors in the past and I have never been able to find the right one. When searching for a massage in my area, the positive reviews and comments is what drew me to give it a shot in the first place. The appointment process over the phone was a breeze and the gal I spoke with on the phone was incredibly nice. I was introduced to my therapist, who's name is Dean, and have not gone anywhere else since. Dean is professional and ensures that every appointment I have is a success such as asking me which areas I want to focus on, level of pressure, bed temperature, etc. At the end of every appointment Dean gives me recommendations that I should practice on my day to day to reduce the level of stress I tend to carry in certain muscles. He is very knowledgable and I trust his expertise when it comes to my physical health. I have a busy schedule, always on the go and Dean knows how to help me escape into a world of relaxation. That said, if you're in the area, whether you live in Cary, outside of Cary, or even dropping by temporarily, I highly recommend checking this place out and working with Dean. I love this place so much that I even got the member subscription. I am not a fun of subscription based models but this one was worth it without a doubt. In my experience, lots of massage parlors are heavy at selling these subscriptions but i was not pushed at Elements at all which I think is what drew me to actually get it lol. I should also mention they have some awesome enhancements that you can add to your massage experience. I've tried the aroma therapy and the CBD one and I can't wait to try to the hot stones in my next appointment, but of course with Dean. And as a reminder, make sure to tip your therapist after your appointment. I never think twice when it comes to tipping because Dean is truly part of my healing process and is much deserving. Anyway, if you're still reading my review, I would highly recommend making an appointment now. I saved you the hassle from experimenting with other parlors. Thank me later. Good bye :)

Tom has skills to read my body’s reaction and proceed accordingly! He is very skilled at the right pressure for deep tissue massage! He made me feel very comfortable throughout my massage! Great massage!

4/2024 Updated review: If you are able to actually have an appointment, the massage therapists that I've had, both Oscar and Jessica (Jessica no longer works there) are amazing. But the available appointments are far and few between and are often canceled day. I canceled my membership a year ago because they kept canceling my appointments, and when I asked to be refunded for the massages I had paid for with my membership, they told me this was not their policy, and that they could give me gift cards to use instead. I just tried to use one of these gifts cards, I got childcare so that I could go and relax, and what do you know? Morning of... They cancel my appointment because my therapist isn't feeling well. I won't be returning. ------------------------ I've been coming to this location for over a year now. Jessica is the best you can find!

Latasha was excellent! Deep, firm massage and very detailed in massaging every muscle, she also focussed on some area of tension she picked up. She seemed very knowledgeable, is professional and polite and I would definitely book with her again! Thank you Latasha, i had a wonderful time.

Amazing experience from Google searching/research on the site to the front desk staff, and my therapist. Extremely comfortable and inviting atmosphere. My therapist, Jessica, was marvelous! She took the time to verify concern areas I had, then actually focused most of the time on them, while periodically asking if the pressure is ok (she can generate some serious pressure). Looking forward to going back and checking out the Sports, Trigger Point, and Stretching Massages!

I came here before and the experience wasn't too great..it wasn't warm and welcoming and my masseuse had a bad attitude. BUT Jess changed my whole experience the second time I visited. She is awesome, welcoming and she does what she does very well. I left out feeling like a million bucks after her deep pressure massage. I will be returning and requesting her.

One of the newer therapists didn't make me feel comfortable - put an extremely hot towel on my back (she did apologize), didn't check my footrest, didn't cover me back up with sheets prior to leaving the room. I think all of these issues are basic customer service that can be improved on. I used this location for over a year, but with recent changes in massage providers, I will likely cancel my membership.

I love a deep firm massage and if you are like me Jazmine is the Massage Therapist you want! She goes deep in and can find every knot, and tight muscles spot. I have only gone to her twice and I am sold. I have Cauda Equina Syndrome and one of the severe symptoms is locked muscles and nerve pain. I usually have to take muscle relaxers 3 times a day and still don't get a great relief, however Jazmine does her magic in 60mintues, and I come out her room feeling like Jelly! She also goes beyond the massage table by giving me stretches and exercises that will help me relieve my muscle and nerve pain. The front desk staff and facility are professional, positive and calm experience. I truly enjoy going there twice a month.
