I love this studio! The receptionist always knows my name and I feel welcomed. The therapists are professional and knowledgeable.

I've been a customer here for over a decade, but recently they have struggled. Starting last spring I scheduled a number of appointments, would show up and they would have no record of my appointment. I waited a number of months and heard that I management changed so I gave them another try. Yesterday I had my appointment and I asked to talk to the manager to tell them about my experiences this year. I thought I would get an apology for the past and an assurance that things had changed. Instead, the manager offered nothing. I had decided I would go elsewhere for any remaining sessions left on my account. The straw that broke the camel's back is tonight I received a call from the same manager that I spoke to yesterday. I told him that we spoke yesterday and it was no longer necessary to call me. He asked me to remind him of yesterday's conversation (!) and when I did he said that he did not feel like it was his place to apologize to a customer for something that took place before he worked at this location (!!). I asked if he was a representative of the Elements location. He responded by saying that I was being insulting. I asked if there was a district manager I could speak to and he said there wasn't one. When I asked if he was the owner he reiterated that I was insulting and he was going to hang up, which he did. I cannot believe how far the Elements Central Scottsdale locations has fallen. Go anywhere else for your services. BTW... I've had other managers of other Elements locations reach out and they have been lovely every time. Review from Spring 2024 Going downhill. New leadership has resulted in an experience that is less enjoyable. The front desk isn't as helpful, the management doesn't return calls, they continue to bill me after I put my account on pause. After my last visit I was sent an email from Elements marketing asking for a review. When I reviewed, it attached to a different location resulting in a variety of emails asking me to take it down. The massage is just as good as it has always been, but the business side has made me reconsider my options.

The first time I went to elements my therapist was late. I was told that she was in traffic. finally after waiting almost 30 minutes the therapist cancelled and I didn't get a massage. Nothing was offered for my inconvenience!! Decided to give it another shot a year later, so on 12/10/24 I hesitantly went back and found that The prices are way too high. The lotion was cold/chilled. I jumped every time it was applied. no warm towels to relax the muscles, no eye covering, nothing of comfort at all. no tea or beverage other than water. every add on was ridiculously expensive. and I wasn't told the elite therapist was going to cost more until the end. the therapist was fairly good. check out was not good. wasn't allowed to see my bill or tip in private. overall NOT a good experience. I was not satisfied and would like a full refund.

Very welcoming environment as you'd expect from a massage therapy studio. The member prices for 90 minute massages sounds like a great deal, but I didn't sign up this time. Yvette was very nice, and provided a nice relaxing massage.

while vacationing in Scottsdale I decided to go in for a massage. I searched Elements closest to me and booked an appointment. The experience was wonderful. Ivette was my masseuse! She is very experienced and knows what she is doing. Thank you very much.

It is a hit or miss if you're going to get a massage therapist that knows what they are doing and how my body responds to massage. If you do manage to get a good therapist, that therapist normally on their way out so time to start looking again. It is not worth the money or pain. Anthony was my last therapist, he has only one style of massage and didn't even try to work with my needs. Also Anthony only used one hand. That doesn't support the area he is working on. A massage therapist has the right to not work with a client also but instead of Anthony telling me he was uncomfortable working with my needs, I had to stop the massage from the amount of pain he was causing me. There was no compassion from Elements or Anthony. I am a massage therapist and I must say Be careful and please walk out of a treatment if your needs are not being met or if you are being hurt.

Unethical Business Practices I canceled my membership with Elements Massage at the Shea Blvd location due to dissatisfaction with their services, yet I was still charged $89 for unused services. When I reached out to resolve the issue, I was told the credits had expired, and no resolution was offered. While $89 is not a large sum, the practice of charging for services that aren’t provided is unethical. I expect better from a business, and I cannot recommend Elements Massage based on this experience.

Great experience. Friendly front desk staff, clean room. Massage was fantastic. Hunter was very professional and informative about my trouble areas, he took the time after my massage to show me some things I could do at home to help my tense spots.

Emily is definitely a great asset for Elements on Shea. She is very professional and her Massage Therapy work is fantastic and has helped with my lower back issues plus has good suggestions on stretching I did refer my wife as well and she is very happy with Emily.The salon is also very clean and the people at the front desk are very good and professional and never pushing to upsell. Much appreciated Thank you Elements and especially Emily . 11/2023

They don't honor gift cards! I went here and showed them they are a participating location for a gift card, I even called the company that issued the gift card and they are a participating location. The manager didn't seem to know or care to look into the situation. It wasn't til after I left the owner had said it can be used, but it was too late and too much time arguing with the manager that he was wrong. I asked if they could put in the gift card code to check(there were clear merchant instructions) but they were too lazy to try anything and the manager was adamant that it could not be used. But guess what!! I was right, you should have done your job and looked into it!! Bad customer service.

Helen is absolutely wonderful. Great massage! And fun to talk too! She really gives a deep massage, which relieved all my back pain! Even physical therapy did not get rid of the pain. I see her once a month now!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I am so picky about my massages and I am so happy with my therapist, Emily. She is AMAZING and does the best deep tissue work I've ever had. It's always such a relaxing experience to come here. The staff overall always has a good attitude over the phone and in person.

I had a wonderful massage. My therapist paid attention to pressure level as he asked. And, worked out my knots stemming from a car accident months ago. I felt 100% after the massage and plan to go back. He also gave me a recommendation regime on what to do between visits to help with my sore areas which I can do at home or the gym. I would recommend Elements to all friends and family.

I was asked to confirm my appointment. I did not confirm. I was then charged $50 fee. When I called to enquire I was told they would check with a supervisor and call me back. A week later, no call.
