I found this location via Google from the good reviews. Unfortunately, I did not move forward with the service due to the inconvenient scheduling policy. In order for my husband and I to get a couples massage in the same room, it is a required to sign up for a membership. I explained that we were just looking to celebrate a one-time occasion and was not looking to commit to a membership. But I guess this is their policy. I think it's unfortunate they were not able to accommodate. I recommend contacting this facility and understanding their policies before booking. This ultimately helped me move forward in my search to find another facility for a couples massage.

This is my second time coming in for a massage and my experience loves even better than the last. The receptionist are very welcoming and inviting. There’s a sense of professionalism and the atmosphere is peaceful.

The staff was very warm and welcoming! My therapist was ready so there was no waiting. My service with Marissa was excellent, so much so that I will go on a regular basis.

I was having some pain in between my shoulders (likely from sitting at a computer screen all day and the hustle of switching between video meetings!) so I called to see if they may be able to fit me in for a massage. The woman that I spoke to on the phone was able to find an hour with an elite masseuse for me later that evening. When I got there, the staff was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating -- understanding I was tired and sore. They answered my questions, told me a bit about Nicholas who would be taking care of me and were genuinely kind and gracious as I waited for my appointment. Nicholas himself was also incredible. He listened to what I was hoping to accomplish, and spent the next hour of our time together focused on what I had shared with him. I actually think I fell asleep I was so relaxed and comfortable. He brought me a glass of water, walked me to the front desk and wished me well before I left. I will absolutely be back and I appreciate the kindness during a busy season of work for me very much.

My husband and I love the service at Elements Massage. The staff is cordial and the therapists really are knowledgeable. If you wish to walk out better than the way you walked in, make an appointment with EM. You’ll be glad you did!

Romeo was great! He was very gentle and he focused on all the areas I asked of him. He made my first ever massage one of the best experiences in my life. Highly recommend!

I am not trying to be a Karen, but want to help others avoid my experience. This review is not for a massage but the redemption process of an online gift card purchase. The gift card was purchased for me by a friend which is appears to be processed not by Elements but a 3rd party named MyHownd. Email Instructions were sent to the purchaser to redeem the GC…option 1- download app, get code. Despite using the email that was used to purchase the GC, this attempt was unsuccessful. Option 2- use code….hmmm…no code in the email with purchase confirmation. The phone number for the south park location within the confirmation email was incorrect. I looked up Elements SP on google and called to get assistance. They have nothing on file in my name or under the person who made the purchase. I was advised to call Hownd support 877.394.2410. Left a voicemail. Eventually spoke with a rep who was able to locate my codes and indicated that he would report the glitch to their engineering team. This whole process took ~ 2 hours of my time over two days between calling the person who gifted the gift cards, elements, and Hownd support.

I been a member here for almost 2 years now and each session with different therapists has been great. This studio does an excellent job at providing therapeutic care. 5 stars for Lee, Beth Ann and Samuel.

When you call to request a service and then they "can't" provide said service to up charge a membership. And asking what you want to get out of a massage is weird...

I went for a prenatal massage on 5/25. The massage therapist asked if I had any concerns, I told her my knees, and I did not want to lay on my back as that is not recommended for a long period of time while pregnant. She then replied “I’ve had 3 babies, I’ve been pregnant 3 times you can absolutely lay on your back it’s fine.” I told her it compresses the Vena Cava, she said I would know I’ve had 3 babies you just cannot lay on your stomach. She explicitly asked what my concerns were, I expressed them (which many, if not all OBGYN’s recommend not laying flat on your back for extended periods) and she was extremely dismissive. She mentioned her children are in their 20’s and 30’s so her pregnancies were decades ago. The way she disregarded my concerns made me extremely uncomfortable during the experience.

My therapist Damian was AMAZING!!! He took the time prior to the massage to ask what I wanted during my massage; I asked him if he would be willing to use castor oil that I had brought with me and he kindly accommodated my request. He asked several times during my massage if the pressure was good or if I needed more or less. He focused on only the areas I had requested and gave appropriate time to each area based on the issues I shared with him prior to the massage. I went with a friend for the massage, and unfortunately her therapist was not as accommodating as Damian was, so I feel extremely lucky that I got Damian. Please let your therapists know how important it is to ask the client what they want/need from their massage and to check the pressure level during the massage. The Managers need to know what an Excellent employee they have in Damian.

Booking was extremely easy for the first time. I got a next-day massage with an elite specialist for TWO HOURS! I was thrilled because this session was an emergency. I got cupping & a deep tissue massage with Nick. He was extremely intuitive and made me feel very comfortable. He also is one of the few people to use the perfect amount of force throughout the whole thing. I'll be a return client for sure.
