I went to get my massage for the first time with Tom today 10/10 ! I am most definitely coming back at least once a month he really helped me with my tense neck that I was having ! He puts the right pressure and is very gentle . I really liked how he would ask me how I was feeling making sure I was comfortable! I’m very excited to go back again next month or sooner if needed jaja

My 1st massage with Elements at this location was great, and April was amazing. However, the owner at this location treats ADULT customers like CHILDREN. I scheduled another appt with April, and they called me back LESS THAN 24 HOURS before my appt and told me I needed a DOCTOR'S NOTE because I have breast cancer. Are you SERIOUS? I think we as ADULTS can make a decision if we can have a massage.or not. Absolutely ridiculous.

Run.Away. The Stetson Hills location cheated us out of hundreds of dollars. Was cagey when we tried to speak to a manager (“they not here” “not sure when they will be” “We can’t guarantee they’ll call you back “), were condescending and downright rude… and to add insult to injury, I was accosted outside by one of their employees when I left who tried to put her hands on me! Absolutely appalling.

Says they are open until 9pm. What a bunch of bull. They will cancel your appointment and then reschedule it an hour later without confirming it with you. My partner has chronic pain and was really looking forward to their appointment. Really disappointed in this place. I know it’s the day before Christmas Eve but it’s only 4pm. 5 HOURS before closing and they refuse to answer any calls. Y’all are just bad at this.

The therapist I went to was great but the front office is a nightmare. I had cancelled my memebership and I am still being charged. No one will contact me and a manager has refused to speak with me. This is the worst facility for communication. It is a disaster.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the new massage therapist, Stefan. He does an amazing job! I’m so lucky to have landed a last minute appointment with him, and took a chance. (He needs a bio on the website:) I couldn’t be happier, and he will be my massage therapist going forward. I was at the brink of canceling my subscription because it’s been 2-3 yrs of searching for a new massage therapist without any luck. At long last! Someone who has a great attention to detail, pressure and has great talent. I feel he really wants to help people and do a great job for them. Thanks Stefan!

From the moment you walk in the door you feel like your swept away from the chaos that is out daily lives. It's warm and the staff are very welcoming. There are many different massages to choose from, so you're bound to find one perfect for you. I haven't had a single problem with any aspect of Elements. They are professional, courteous and comforting every step of the way.

New mother turned away without warning To ensure I provided a measured review & clear-headed response, I waited months & finally felt it necessary this time to share my negative experience. I attempted to get a massage here in 10/2023 for my birthday as a gift from my husband. He booked me an appt & I showed up for my allotted time. The front desk staff member sat me down and kindly, professionally chatted with me as I did the paperwork. I told her I just had a baby 2.5 weeks ago & she congratulated me, etc. I completed the paperwork & turned it in. She went to get the therapist for me but as I returned from the restroom I was informed that they were canceling my massage. The specific person I was to work with has a policy against serving postpartum mothers up to a # of weeks (maybe 6, I don't remember 100%). I was told I could attempt to get a note from my doctor's office with approval to get the massage but that it was already too late to do the massage today (yes, I had shown up about 10-15 minutes prior to the appointment time to complete the necessary paperwork). I felt completely humiliated, embarrassed, ashamed, & just sad. I left the office and through tears in my car I contacted my doctor, who was able to get me a certified note by the time I got home stating that I was 100% ok to go ahead with the massage. I had not had a C-section, nor did I have any stitches. I was not on any medication, nor did I have any complicating health factors besides just having welcomed a new life. Release paperwork from the hospital even suggested massage for relaxation. I left the office embarrassed for myself that my birthday gift was rendered void & I had left my baby & arranged childcare just to be turned away. But to top it off with a gut punch, the staff member I had been dealing with proceeded to tell me that she may be charging me 1/2 cost for the visit. Umm, what? This is the visit that I showed up for on time and was promptly denied. I was told that some of the staff were in a meeting & once she found out, she would call me to let me know if I owed anything...For the massage I never received. She asked for my phone number & I told her I did not want to be called about this but they could contact the person who scheduled the appointment & whose card was on file to be charged (my husband's). After calling them & not getting answers, my husband finally got the call back the next day that we would not be charged this time. Of course we should not have been charged!! Which brings me to this: I don't presume to know about massage therapy, but nowhere did anybody ever say: "new moms not welcome." I left the shop feeling like an idiot, like everyone around me knew that massages were somehow forbidden, unacceptable, or taboo for women who have recently given birth. While I spent the rest of my birthday crying in bed after being rejected in such a way, my husband combed the internet & the Elements website to find all of these articles & medical warnings saying how massages are red flags for new moms. Nowhere was there any mention of this. We asked friends, family, newly postpartum mom friends (some of whom work in the massage industry), even my obgyn herself, & no one had heard of this. I felt much less stupid after that but after my birthday had been basically ruined so harshly & abruptly & with the threat of having to pay for services not rendered, of course I was not going to reschedule with the doctor note. I wasn't given the chance to get a massage & review the actual service. My family & I will not return. Moms beware. Elements, please have tact. Put a note on your website warning new moms not to bother. I was treated like this was my fault. As if I intended to waste your time. I respect fine print, but I did not see a word in our agreement or on the website discouraging postpartum mothers from showing up. Elements, potentially charging someone for your choice to cancel is very backward, considering there was no blatant breach on my end. I hope something has changed since my visit because this was a serious disservice.

Went in for a HOUR prenatal massage expecting the best and feeling relaxed and satisfied. But that wasn’t the case. My massager started on me at 5:07 and she ended it at 5:54.. that’s not a full hour. And when she was massaging me she didn’t do full body. I was just feeling a bit overwhelmed to say anything and was sad and annoyed. Didn’t ask what my preferred pressure was as well..

I have a membership and another massage place that my husband and I go to. However, I got a gift card for my birthday so I scheduled a massage on Mother's Day at elements. This guy named David did an outstanding job. Deep tissue and broke some of my knots. I highly recommend David. The front desk people are dumber than a box of rocks.

Definitely worth your time. The masseurs are friendly and attentive. Tom and Mace are my preferred masseurs but I’ve had others and they are all great. Highly recommend.

I AM NOT happy that when I called to inquire about a massage that was owed to me, they told me it had expired?? So basically, they just took my money! I'm not even sure why they replied to tell me that I'm wrong and are still going to keep my money. I will take my business elsewhere. Thankfully, there are several businesses in the area with the same services.

I regularly see Dave, master massage therapist. He is fantastic and knows where my trouble spots are. He is very responsive to when the pressure is too much and will ease up. I always feel so much better after a massage.

They took very good care of me. The only thing I would change is they should let you know if there's going to be up charges before your massage rather than after.
