I was finally able to use my gift certificate for a 60 min massage at Elements and wish I had came in sooner. Great experience with check in and my Masseuse Nikki was amazing. She applied the right amount of pressure and was overall great!

The front desk staff were truly A+, going above and beyond when I ran into an issue with my car. Very kind and friendly. Received an excellent massage. My last massage a couple of months ago here with a different therapist was decent. I received a call to reschedule my appointment for both appointments, due to challenges with the therapist's schedule, which wasn't ideal and those types of difficulties is why I choose not to be a member here. If that type of thing doesn't bother you, I recommend checking them out.

At the Easton location, I had expected a more refined experience; however, it turned out to be fairly standard. My massage appointment was scheduled for 8:30, but unfortunately, the therapist arrived late. Nevertheless, we did receive the full hour of service. I believe it would be reasonable to consider a discount in such situations, as it seems fair that if we had been late, the session duration would have been adjusted. On a positive note, the receptionist was nice, and the couples' room was spacious, although it had a somewhat outdated odor. My massage therapist was quite skilled; however, I have visited other establishments where the sheets and beds were warm upon my arrival. Regrettably, this was not the case at this location, as the bed was cold, and I had to request that the sheets be heated. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this massage establishment, as there are areas that could benefit from improvement. Additionally, my boyfriend forgot to remove his socks, and I believe the therapist should have reminded him to do so to ensure he could fully enjoy the foot massage experience. We did leave a tip, nonetheless.

If I could give it zero stars, I would I had been there before multiple times, then I encountered someone by the name of Lindsey who I a was later told was a higher up manager, who was extremely rude to her Staff members very belittling to the front desk, and I even heard her mention a couple of times that she was distasteful of “The Gays.” I brought this concert up in an email what I was told was the owner by the name of Lisa. You would think that something like this would warrant a phone call or an email back and I have yet to hear so I would never Visit this place or recommend them to anyone. It is absolutely disgusting to have people in upper management act and behave this way.

I got a 90 min hot stone massage with Tyler and loved it. I work a desk job and often get knots in my shoulders and had been having some lower back pain. Both feel a LOT better now. I highly recommend trying out the hot stones. They feel so nice and melted my muscles. I wouldn't do them every time, some issues need more precision but they were great in general. My back felt great afterwards. Definitely a place work checking out for a nice massage!

I’ll say that I have enjoyed my sessions, but the Very bad customer service that he/she at the front desk doesn’t know how to conduct business. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone not only because of the customer service at the front desk but also because they can never keep massage therapist the same they’re either quitting or they don’t have enough therapist. Very disappointed, especially because that wish I didn’t have to go back to use my other two cards might just give them away that’s how bad the service was unfortunately

Very peaceful and calming. I enjoyed the warm massage table and the fact that I got a chocolate patty mint on my pillow. I wish they weren’t so high pressure sales with their add on options and membership though. It takes away from my relaxation.

Landon was great. Docking stars bc i was told on the phone I couldn't book a 90 minute because it would cut into his 15 minutes of turn over time. Thinking i would get a full hour at least since they finally give them turnover (wasn't a thing when I worked there) I obliged. Started after 1pm bc I had to fill out an extensive intake form (not an issue) but I was still stopped at 1:55? If he gets turnover, not seeing why I wasn't stopped at the top of the hour. Especially since we didn't start on time. I rebooked though bc he was good. That's just a lot of money to not even give a true hour.

Me and my Husband booked a couples massage and unfortunately there was only one appointment booked even after calling to ask Specifically about the couples massage appointment no one said we had to book separate over the phone and then they offered us to come back later for separate appointments which was nice but at our appointment time only one of us could get a massage..

Wonderful experience! Sheri asked questions about problems I specifically have and addressed those areas during the session. She was able to relieve almost all of the pain in my hand and wrist that has been a problem and increasing for over a year, as well as significantly reducing severe pain in other areas in just one treatment. She is very professional and friendly, and the staff greeting you is also very friendly and welcoming.
