The reception staff upon entering was helpful and friendly! I had a 90 minute masage with Mitch and I got the hot stones as well, I highly recoomend both! Mitch did a great job with my massage!!

Was trying to find a place to go to regularly and I found Elements. It was easy to set up an appointment. Ashley once again was very professional, got into where my muscles needed it. Next session already scheduled.

Update: I am on my third month of being charged for my membership which I was assured was canceled months ago. Their membership is impossible to cancel, and their staff is incompetent at best, if not negligent or fraudulent. My experience with actual massage services have been great, with multiple massage therapists over the course of 2 years. However, buyer beware: DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MEMBERSHIP. It seems like a great deal if you want to receive massages regularly but it is not worth it, my friends. Over two years, I have never had the same therapist for more than 3 sessions because turnover is so high. I have had multiple sessions cancelled at the last minute by the therapist/salon, but when you try to rebook they're a month+ out, making it very difficult to use your sessions in a timely manner. And, most therapists seem to work only daytime/weekday hours so it is nearly impossible to book if you have a job working normal business hours. I was charged twice for my membership this month because of a system error (fine). You can only suspend or cancel your membership IN PERSON and must give 30 days notice, and you get charged for an additional session after you cancel. That session stays on your account, but that really means you have to give two months notice, in person, to cancel your membership. Don't do it. Pay a little more each session and save yourself the drama.

I love my experiences at Elements massage. I picked them for their prices compared to Massage Envy, but their service is great, too. Michele is the one I got to and he is very sweet, polite, and professional. He was my first male massage therapist, so I was a bit nervous but he made me feel very comfortable. Now, I always try to schedule with him and work around his availability. This is my go-to place for self-care splurging.

Incompetent at best, criminals at worst. I cancelled my membership in November. In February I was still being charged. I went into the salon, they were very apologetic, and told me my membership has now been cancelled and after confirming with the manager I’d be refunded the money. I chalked it up to an honest mistake, it happens. I just called to inquire about the refund and ensure my membership was indeed cancelled. It has still not been cancelled, meaning I am/was on the verge of being charged a 4th UNAUTHORIZED/FRAUDULENT transaction. They ensured my account is really truly cancelled this time, but unable to give me any update or contact info for a manager concerning a refund. This place is a scam, would rate them 0 stars if possible.

Very disappointed with this place. The last 3 appointments I have had they have cancelled at the last minute. If you don’t cancel within 24 hours they charge you a fee but they cancel and then can’t reschedule you for a whole month and then don’t reply to the text messages they initiate. I had signed up for the monthly plan but will be canceling. Very disappointed in this place.

Everyone was very nice and Andrea was awesome. I added the hot stones and it was amazing. She noticed a posture issue and gave me pointers on how to improve it. I will definitely be back!

I called and scheduled my appointment. The staff informed me that Cole will be the one providing the service. As I was completing the paperwork, in walked this young man who looked as if he had just walked off the street. He was not dressed professionally at all. He had on street clothes with his baseball cap turned backwards. I felt uncomfortable. I was taken back by his lack of skill set. Trying to contact management.

I just completed a 1 hour session with COLE and he did and outstanding job, he focused on the areas of concern and asked the proper questions to deliver the massage I needed. Very firm also, and that's what was needed. You should always let your therapist know exactly what you need.

Mitchell always does a fantastic job and is very professional. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I've never had a bad experience for the dozens of times I've been there.

They have 1 therapist working and never during hours that someone with a typical 9-5 job can make work. Very high turnover with their therapist. Red flag.

What a wonderful experience! The staff was calm and professional. My therapist Mitchell provided the perfect relaxation experience I needed after a stressful week. He was attentive and intuitive. I give this location my highest recommendation.

Don't go here if you want a reliable, consistent company that actually follows its schedule. Major issue with canceling appointments last minute. Go elsewhere. Never have had this problem. 3 times canceled in last several months. They also don't truly go the full time. I pay for 90 minutes, and the massage typically doesn't start for 5+ minutes after the schedule time, and is cut off early as well.

I’ve just had one of the best massages, I’ve ever had today. Daniella was superb! I told her where my tight muscles were and she addressed each and every spot with precision. I almost fell asleep, right after she did my neck, shoulders & upper back. OMG, and when she finished my lower legs and feet I felt as if I was melting into the table. Can’t wait to see her again.
